When we got there, as busy as RJ was, he took the time to introduce himself, tell me about the services and show me the shop and the incredible cars he and his team were working on. He gave me a quote and ultimately I chose to get tinting done first. We arranged on a day and time for me to drop off my car and so I did, at 9:30am. RJ told me it would be ready by the afternoon, before they closed. I headed to work and went about my day. Not even 3 hours later, I got a text from RJ that my car was done. As I was walking to the shop, my car was already outside and I have to say, best tinting job I've ever had in a car. Just as RJ had described, the XPEL ceramic film is magnitudes above the stuff other places use, which is why it looks as good as it does. As others have said, RJ and team get my highest recommendation and I have found my go-to shop for detailing and other auto services.

Serkan and Omar did a great job explaining everything and did an awesome job making my vision come to life! We started with 2 step paint correction. They did such a great job making the clear coat look really good and made my paint shine. Then I went with full front clear PPF + ceramic coat. I also had them ceramic coat the rest of the car. I went with 20% ceramic tint on the sides and rear. I went with 70% ceramic tint on the windshield. They even helped remount my dashcam with static stickers. I also had the front bumpers red lip wrapped in matte black PPF + ceramic coated. I had my headlights and the light bar tinted with stek DYNOshadow. I had the taillights tinted with stek DYNOsmoke. They also put on the smoked vinyl I got from badgeskins on the rear bumper reflectors. I had glossy pillar covers attached that I supplied and they ceramic coated them. Last, I had them hit the car with R1 Revive which is the same brand as their ceramic coating. It made the hydrophobicity like day 1 and the paint was so glossy! The car looks so good! They did such a great job! I came all the way from Baltimore to have everything done! They are so nice and knowledgeable! Their prices are great and they really hooked it up! Their shop is so clean and they have a loft with drinks, couches, tv, and PlayStation for you while you wait! Your car is in great hands at Lux Garage and you won't be disappointed! ** This review was from a few weeks ago. I had to repost this because it was showing double posted on my app and when I deleted it, it deleted both. Oops... lol ** Update - Went back today to have my 285motorsport gloss black OEM spoiler installed as they were able to squeeze me in! They also finished some ceramic coat on the b pillars and the spoiler and fixed a tiny PPF bubble. Omar made quick work of it! They are so awesome at making your vision come to life! Everything looks perfect now! The owner Serkan came and said hi again and he had awesome cupcakes while I waited. Another 10/10 A++++++ experience! I did have someone walk in without an appointment and they were able to give them a timeframe and begin working on their car shortly. Note that some of the photos on yelp so that they are at the very end of the unit but looks like they moved to a middle unit. Google maps is up to date on the location so refer to that.

She showed me the tint displays and explained the different options/coatings available. I needed some hand holding, so we went in the parking lot and she pointed out the cars and what percentage tint each had--this was extremely helpful and made it really clear as to what to expect. They have pricing clearly displayed. They had quick availability for scheduling, but since it was close to the end of the day, they offered to put everyone on the job and get it done for me same day (took about 45 minutes but 3 of them were working together). They invite you back for any air bubbles that haven't resolved within a week--I had one and it dried out and went away within two days--part of the cutting process. Also, they put a sticker over your window buttons because you cannot roll them down for 3-5 days after the install--no drive throughs allowed, haha!

They operate out of the same garage but these are two separate businesses sharing that space. As for Ashu and Next Level Tint, I understand that no tinting job can be perfect. However, how a shop treats customers when asked about any issues should be very telling about how they would treat you in the future if there is a problem or if there is a warranty issue. Before getting my car tinted there, I specifically asked Ashu about his 100% satisfaction guarantee that he kept bragging about. Based on how things actually played out, that guarantee means nothing once he has your money. Communication was a problem from the very beginning. When I first reached out to schedule my appointment, Ashu went silent for over a week before responding and then offered no explanation. Once the tint job was done, I noticed obvious contamination and gapping along the edge of the film. Ashu initially said oh yeah that's adhesive, bring your car back in and I can redo it. I brought my car back at business open and came back to pick it up at 6pm as he requested. Turns out the car had sat in the lot the whole day and one of his colleagues said "oh we didn't get to it". Ashu then came out and initially lied saying that he had already redone everything. When I pointed out that this was clearly false given that the contamination bubbles were still in the exact same place and that his colleague just said that they didn't get to it, Ashu immediately became dismissive and defensive, walking away saying that "there are no refunds" even though this was not anything I had even asked for. When I pointed out the ongoing issues, he tried to gaslight me by saying "that's nothing" which is an interesting response given he was actively walking away with his back turned. Separately, Ashu did not even bother to reinstall one of the interior door panels in the vehicle. They were left pried open after the initial tint job, and he tried to act like he was doing me a favor by addressing this (but not before saying I didn't do that, despite his colleague telling me right before he came over that they do remove those panels to install the side window tint). I ended up running into Amr from First Class Tint and Wrap, who not only fixed the door panel immediately but also fixed the poor job that Ashu did on the first try by the next business day. That alone tells me this comes down to skill and attention to detail on Ashu's part, not just an unlucky first attempt. On top of all this, Next Level Tint charges a premium price compared to other shops in the area, so you're paying more for less accountability and worse results. Between the dismissiveness, the lack of communication, and the lack of accountability, I have zero confidence in this shop standing behind its work. I am not sure how Ashu Saini isn't embarrassed to be operating out of the same garage as Amr. Save yourself the headache and go with Amr at First Class Tint instead.

However, Contour's owner Mr. Tim Davison wasn't satisfied with the outcome and told me I didn't owe him anything even though they worked on my car for a week!
