Erik, the owner, was quick at responding and easy to talk and coordinate with. The date I ended up picking was about 2.5 weeks from when I first reached out which was good with me. I showed up day of to select the tint that I wanted, dropped my car off, and was told it'd be ready for pickup in an hour. The quality of the tint was top notch, and I've had zero issues with it warping, discoloring, or peeling a month later. It reduces the interior temperature of my car during these hot days. The symptoms were very unusual--the screen would go black at certain vehicle speeds and when using the turn signals, while the radio and other functions continued to work. Michael and Jared took the time to listen carefully to the history of the problem and immediately recognized that it could be related to the aftermarket backup camera interface rather than the factory CUE system itself. Within minutes they identified that the camera interface settings had been changed, likely after a battery replacement, and corrected the configuration. The problem was resolved immediately.
