Tried to drop off amazon return and the clerk told me that the "hazard" label needs to be colored. I was like hmm... okay. I've done so many drop off packages to UPS (different store) and never had that problem before. I don't normally go to this store but since it is on the way to my destination that day, I thought why not and this BS happened. I do not wish to give even 1 star but cannot post without giving 1. Extremely inefficient staff with zero clarity about mailing costs. Sending an over night package to Canada was cheaper than sending it via ground which would take 4 days ( and please note not very cheap 60$ vs 90$) It has been 4 days and my package is yet in transit with no clarity /update. And they have a long list of disclosures about how because of covid 19 the package is delayed !! Are you'll kidding us. When We ask for other options the only response is oh yes -you can just affix stamps and no tracking number will be provided They are taking sheer advantage of being the only ups in this area- this has happened to us multiple times . They are good for accepting Amazon returns but please save your money and go to usps / fedex or a better ups location to ship documents . All they do is Charge high/ exorbitant amounts and ship by snail mail ! read more

This store gets a ton of service from local east Dublin community. I never get the personal feeling walking into this store. In recent Amazon drop off, as small as putting tape over one box, while dropping off other packages they would not help you. Most places may out of courtesy, consider this as a simple gesture. The owner is cheap and not grateful for the sheer amount of service they get from customers. Try to give a little, or give a whole lot about your customer base. After a few packages were stolen from our front door, I sent our packages here so I could pick them up in person. I thought the service here would be good because I've never had a bad experience at UPS before. This is the first time I've met a store owner this rude. He talks down to the women who work for him. I was embarrassed to have to stand in line and hear him talk like that to his staff. I also noticed that he talked down to female customers and often cut them off in the middle of their sentences. On the other hand, I saw that he was very nice to the men in the store, especially those who were from the Middle East or India. We use UPS for business and during Covid-19 I used this store on multiple occasions since it is close to home. (2) times now my package, which I received a SCANED "Drop-Off" receipt, was NEVER delivered and, honestly, who "knows" where they ended up. (1) was a return of an AAPL watch (a personal purchase) so thank God Amazon was focused on customer sat and refunded us EVEN though it never made it back. Yesterday we went in to see where our package was (since the UPS 800 number has NO PERSONS answering - is it time to swirch to Fed-Ex? Ugh...) and the person at this stroe said was..."Call the 800 number" Huh? They never tryied using any systems THEY had to track a package sent from this store. Unhappy clients tend to do business elswhere..."Lose a package once, ok. Now twice? A trend. Good Luck. read more

Very rude attitude, as if they own the entire UPS business. For using a tape the lady said that they usually charge for packing!! Really for using a 1/4 inch of tape!! And that's not at all packing!! Anyone would help with that... and make it look like it's a favor they are doing for me. Good customer service just doesn't exist at this store. I brought in a box to ship back to Amazon. Shipping back boxes to Amazon is not new to me. Most times you take the product to a return location, with or without the box, and the return is a painless experience. This time the box I was returning was a bit heavy and an 18 x 24 x 24 size box, so bigger then normal. I didn't tape the top closed. That's where the problem was. I was told they would not take it without the top being closed. They were willing to do it for me but we're charging me $2.50 for 2 and a 1/2 feet of tape. Probably 2 cents worth. Just under principle I took it home, tapped it up, and returned 20 minutes later. SERIOUSLY, A FEW CENTS IN TAPE AND A FEW SECONDS WORTH OF TIME AND OUT LEAVES A HAPPY CUSTOMER. BUT NOT THERE. They lost me as a customer forever. Hope you read this and truly think about your customers next time. We pay your bills. UPS's policy is Customers 1st, I guess this store on Fallon Road in Dublin, CA doesn't follow the policy of Corporate. read more

Came here to get something notarized and as it is conveniently located at the Fallon strip mall next to yummie eateries and target, you can run your errands and treat yourself after. It was vey quick and easy. The owner does everything and he is also very friendly. I also have to get my passport and life scan done and he said they do everything here. Awesome!!! Very friendly staff who always go the extra mile to make that extra errand (as dropping off packages always seems to be) pleasant and fast. The store is also in a very convenient and accessible area - right off 580 in the same plaza as a new Target in Dublin and across the highway from the new Livermore outlets. So when I go it's like killing two (or is that three?) birds with one stone! To summarize: Mailing off those packages can be a chore, but come here to make that chore as pleasant (and quick) as possible! read more

Had to get a document notarized so I went to this location. It's fairly new (~10 months) and tucked away in the Fallon Gateway Strip mall. I was greeted with a smile and left with a handshake and a smile. Prity (my notary) was very pleasant and she also let me know of other services they had in a very non-soliciting way. I travel full time and get packages to ups stores a lot. This is the most expensive and ridiculous price gouging. They held one package overnight and one came in the next day and I paid $15 for less than 12 hour storage. Most ups stores do $2-$3 flat rate. I won't be using this store again and will let the rest of basecamp also now how high it is and we won't be using it. read more

I've been going to Prity at the UPS store for 2 years now- since they first open. I remember I first walked in and Prity greeted me. She was so nice, I knew right there her and I were going to have a great relationship. I was just starting a small business so I needed a mail box -I was actually there first mail box customer- she even took a photo of me standing by my box.. lol She gave me a great deal on the mail box. I believe it was a purchase of 6 months and get 3 free. It was 9 months for around $300-$400. Not a bad deal. Every time I go in, they go above and beyond to help me. They also do my business cards which are wonderful quality and very affordable. They are about $60 cheaper than the last company I went too. Prity, her Husband and her employees are all very sweet and kind hearted. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services. read more

I went in there for a passport photo (non US), the supervisor of the store went through the country's passport website to see all the requirements and helped take the picture, unfortunately the picture was not accepted and I returned back to the store and told him that the picture was not accepted. The supervisor immediately helped take another picture with no fuss or complains. He genuinely was trying help solve the problem, i will probably just go to him for all my passport pics and other services they offer. read more

Honestly. This may be the worst UPS store in the area. I walked in, 9 months pregnant, with boxes for registry return from Amazon. The place was dead. I have been taking stuff to other UPS stores over the last few months, open, because of the quantity and the fact that Amazon doesn't let you return multiple items in one box. So in order to keep boxes from getting mixed up with incorrect labels, I keep them open. The gentleman was incredibly rude, didn't offer to help me, and wanted to charge me a stupid amount to tape some boxes shut. I have been to 4 different UPS stores in the area and not ONCE did anyone say anything about the boxes being open. In the past, I took tape with me and they said, don't worry about it. We prefer to tape it ourselves. Not Dublin. And when I made a comment about that, the gentleman rolled his eyes and said, if you want to send it today, you need to pay. Well, screw you. And then, rather than being a good citizen/gentleman, he just walked to the back rather than offer to help me take all the boxes back to my car. Thanks dude! Worst UPS store. read more

Friendly owner (Mr.Hiten) and good customer service. Notary is $15 a document and color print is 0.49 per sheet plus 1.5$ flat fee if you mail in the documents to be printed to the ups email id. Had mailed in the documents and the store had the printouts ready when I went in for pickup. Recommend the store for their good service. read more
