Great service. Great prices. Adrien was very helpful with weighing and informing me on the price range and distance for my product.

They were really friendly and professional at this location. I'm so glad there is finally one in near me where I don't have to drive to the next city over. read more

I went in there today to return a t-shirt, I wasn't having a very good day but the woman Sofia helped me out and listen to my short story about what was going on with the crappy company I had to return the package to .. kindness goes a long way the girl was rather new but she was doing a wonderful job with talking and communication , if there were only more girls like her in the world keep up the great job. read more

I was happy to find this UPS store so conveniently located just off the 10 and 215 freeway. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The two representatives were pleasant and very helpful. Brittany H. helped me locate a box to finally ship a gift to a very important client. She also assisted in including a return envelope for a document I needed signed. I had a positive experience at this location like so many others. read more

This place really sucks don't think that this is a UPS Store Its just an authorize place to use their name the customer service here is way below average The ñonGa there is rude and uneducated There is an "H" technic On To How to Tape a Box Well this idiot does not k ow how to go about it and charges to use the tape unethical of this is a shipping place you should at least provide tape .... This is the best UPS store in America there are nothing but friendly faces and smiles. I had the greatest encounter with one of the workers named Sandra Gutierrez, she really took her time to answer all my questions and was very patient with me while I took the time to box my package to send. She even let me know that UPS offers notary services to their customers as needed. Ironically I did indeed need a notary services done and I will definitely come back to do business with UPS. I have had some bad experiences with FedEx especially because they always damage my boxes I will never go back to them again. read more

I went into the ups store in Colton on mt Vernon yesterday 6/19 and if I'm honest I can't remember the last time I had better service, Jenn really made it her mission to get me the copies I needed which proved to be more difficult than expected but I left with what I needed and she truly helped immensely, Richard also helped me out he was very friendly and enjoyable while I was in the store and while he was ringing me up 10/10 would recommend thanks guys read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. every single time I come in the lady at the counter (the owner, Kim Ma) is too busy to hand you an envelope, yet there are no other customers in there. When I asked a question she is very rude and short in her responses, even though I go in there weekly and wish her a nice day each time. my work uses her office to send shipments, but we will be using a different location now and drive the extra mile just to avoid her. terrible businesswoman, terrible service, terrible all around. (one star only because it wouldn't let me post without it) read more

I used to come here for years as I thought this was actually UPS. From what I later found out its just a authorized location, no different than other mailing places that does multiple mailing services. The service is slow and the workers lacked customer service. I got to know the workers over time which service got a bit better. Shipping things were a headache. I now go to the actual UPS hub, its a little further but its worth the drive to get it down right and headache free. read more

I have not visited or used many UPS shops or print shops. However, I know good service when I get it. I have needed prints, notary, and other services in the last few weeks and have been here each time. All the employees have been very friendly, professional, and provided great service. Sandra has helped me each time and she is phenomenal. I laugh every time I come back in because I think I'm done and something else pops up that I need to take care of, fax, or print. She's been there every time and has been a good person to work with. I don't feel bad paying the cost to print, fax, and notarize (gotta spend money to make it I guess) because I've had such a good experience here. Thanks again Sandra and the Colton Mt Vernon UPS store. Appreciate ya read more

Horrible service. The lady was very rude and when I complained she told me I was free to leave-which I did. The ups store in Redlands is fantastic. I'm sure the owner is related to her so no point in complaining. I will never go here again. They need more employees. The one in Redlands has two or three at a time. And she needs to get fired. No customer deserves such treatment for merely wanting service. Zero stars!!! read more

Avoid at all costs. Only a handful of shipping supplies are visibly priced, requiring interaction with the surly and unhelpful staff. They require a $5 minimum purchase to use a credit or debit card, but don't have any sign or notice of this policy. Plus, it's in a sketchy shopping center. Go somewhere else if you can. read more

I would drive an hour to another UPS Shipping location rather than ever go here again. I went in with a box, a prepaid UPS return label from Amazon Prime, and they charged me $1.50 to tape and handle the package. The clerk was extremely rude, and insisted on photo id for the small charge prior to me entering the pin number in the terminal. He appeared to be amused at me being appalled at his behavior, and when asked if he was laughing at me, said he was. Obviously no idea how to serve customers, or to ensure that they return. When I had him price a UPS ground package, the charge for the slow method was $15.00. Absurd. Their markup is excessive Obviously this location is not representative of the UPS brand. Their franchise should be revoked immediately. read more

What a rip off! I had a tiny box I wanted to send priority mail which is supposed to come with a tracking number and the lady wanted to charge me $15 plus $2 for the tracking. I went to the post office and it was only $7. That's a $10 mark up! I will never go here again. read more

This place is horrible. An Asian lady was working when I went it. I drove about 15 min to this store. I got there and the lady was taking a personal call about a ticket she had gotten with a friend. I waited about 10 min before I got pissed off and walked out. How is this place still in business? It's a night and day difference between this one and the one in Redlands. read more

very disappointed. this store is a poor reflection on ups which I think is a very stand-up company. never going back to that place, I simply don't have enough of my life left to wait there any longer. read more

Yelp, you need to remove all the reviews for this UPS Store prior to May of 2019. Before then, it was a Mailboxes Plus with two different owners in the time I had been a patron, since 2015. read more
