Not pictured because I devoured it was the Rajas appetizer! It's essentially a skillet made cheese dip with cilantro and poblano peppers and red salsa with corn tortillas. It was one of my top appetizers I've ever eaten. Totally recommend a visit out here if you are looking for something different for date night or a celebration as they are a little more on the less-casual side.

I did not say anything due to the second reason. Server didn't seem to be too keen on giving us top notch service. We have taken note that when we are a table of four, they always give us the rundown of the nightly specials. In. Great. Detail. Every time it is just the Husband and I? Nada. Nothing. Not even an introduction by the server this time. It's not the same server either. Happens with whomever we have. Seems to be something that they need to work on at this restaurant. We love this place! Watchman (our server) did a great job when it came to serving the food. But I should not have to ask about the specials nor ask for his name. We always tip more than expected, but when will servers learn that going above and beyond will get them above and beyond the expected tip? My caserecce was a bit disappointing and plain, it also got cold really really fast, but the flavor was good. The profiterole was a large size and fresh, but was extremely salty with the caramel and salt on top. Excellent flavors and execution, just a bit too salty for my own taste with a dessert. Decor inside is lovely, loved the location downtown, great pace to the meal and enjoyed walking around the area before and after my meal. I will add this to my own "must visit" list for my next trip to town.
