I will say the menu online wasn't exactly the same as what they offered. They did have some dishes the same, but it wasn't as vast or identical. I happen to be staying at this hotel, the Westin Chattanooga, and I was fortunate because there is a really dope top floor cocktail bar there. They have tapas as well so you can definitely eat some food too. The bartenders they were really proficient at their craft and I really appreciate it that! Order the few drinks, of course I I stuck with bourbon, and just enjoy the vibes. There are a few TVs there so you could watch some TV while you're there. They have an indoor and an outdoor kind of situation, obviously the indoor is the indoor but the outdoor is closed in with plastic for the weather. So if it was a really nice day, you could blow those windows off and you can really get a good breeze and really touch outside. It was a super nice night even though it was a little bit chilly but it was still a decent view. They have fire pits on the inside so even if you are on the outside patio area, you can still retain some heat if it's cool. I would 100% go back to this again. Everything looked cool on the menu and it was reasonably priced. I saw no flaws in it and I feel like this is why I am staying at this hotel lol! read more

The chef served tapas of chicken skewers with a chimichurri and another sauce, Patatas Bravas - potatoes with a red and orange sauce, beignets with whipped cream, and an espresso bean old fashioned (Basil Lime Spritz mocktail for me). Eeeeek! My husband and I always search for a tapas spot whenever we travel, since we don't have one in Indy. Imagine our delight when there was one above our room in our hotel - woo! This tapas bar is half inside / half outside and located on a top floor in the Westin Hotel. The views of the city are awesome, especially lit up at night. There's a bar inside, as well as a lot of comfortable, group seating around. We settled on an outdoor couch and ordered the: + Shrimp al ajillo: garlic shrimp + Tortilla de patatas: egg, onion, potato pie with creamy sauce + Patatas bravas: chunky potatoes with a creamy sauce + Goat croquettas: fried little balls of potato and goat goodness It was all sooooo good and we ate up every little bite. Wow. This place surpassed my expectations. Located in a hotel, it was a little tricky to find. But it is on the 10th floor of the hotel, so just ride the elevator all the way up. When we arrived, the setup was a bit confusing as there were only 2 workers behind the bar. No servers or hostess. However we were instructed to find a table and service would come. There was live music and an outdoor space. Making for a nice, intimate atmosphere. They have a dress code, but it seemed more of a recommendation, as most were not overly dressed. Our table tried and loved the cocktails, like the sangria & palomas. The service was okay. Not overly friendly or welcoming. But what really stood out was the food. Holy cow, kudos to the chef. This is some of the best food I have eaten in Chatt. What I've tried was the calamari, strip steak, asparagus, bread, patatas bravas, meatballs, chicken skewers, and olive oil cake. Worst food I ever had! I really liked the service so I did not complain. The waiter was courteous. Fried calamari tasted like fried batter in old oil. The shrimp lacked seasoning. No words to describe the short rib. The grilled octopus was the only average thing. The cocktail was also good. If you want drinks and a nice view, I'd recommend this place but definitely not the tapas. Which is funny coz their name has 'tapas' in it. What a shame read more

This bar is on the 10th floor of The Westin hotel. We decided to go there last minute because we didn't feel like driving or walking after a long day. But what a great last minute decision we made! The place has such a cool look and vibe with an amazing view. The drinks were outstanding and the tapas were espetacular. We had shared 5 tapas between me and my husband and it was plenty of food for us. They are very small though, so if you are hungry you may need much more than that. The only tapa we were a lil disappointed was the octopus. The taste was ok but there were more potatoes than actually octopus on the dish. I still think the place is worth 5 stars though. Perfect for a late night bite and some cool drinks with your significant other or a group of friends. read more

Such a cool place with an amazing view over the city and landscape! Great drinks and snacks too, my wife and I got some the potato cakes and some drinks to kick off our date night and were pleasantly surprised with the flavors and selections of cocktails and beer. It was a Friday night but we felt a little neglected as the night went on, I don't believe they have set servers so it was sort of difficult to figure out who to ask for assistance. What a nice surprise!! We came down to West Village for the first time, planning on eating at one of the bigger restaurants like Alimentari... but happened upon Paloma simply because Alimentary was full and the host said "follow me (literally thru a connecting door)... you may really like this". And we LOVED Paloma!! We'd never done tapas before and had so much fun trying 10 (yes 10) different plates lol. Plus Flan for dessert. Everything we tried was delicious. We stumbled across this newish Chattanooga gem on a weekend trip. We went TWICE for their daily happy hour (5-6pm) and enjoyed the free tapa with each drink purchase. The wine list was fantastic and the tapas were beautifully reminiscent of trips to Spain. My two favorites being the iberico ham (hard to find) and the boquerones. I really liked this place. I def recommend. It's at the top of the Westin hotel, so you have a view. There is not much to see around them but it was still nice to be in a rooftop. The customer service was so great!! The manager came to our table to make sure we were ok, and the server seemed knowledgeable about their drinks. The food was really good too. This has to be one of the coolest places in Chattanooga to grab a drink. There is beautiful views of the city and it's just a cozy place to hang out with some friends. 4 stars and not 5. Drinks are pricey but the view and setting make up for it. The help is awesome BUT they do not have enough of it. I understand everyone is in the same boat. I totally recommend this place. Delicious Spanish tapas and cocktails! We came here before a show at the Tivoli. We ordered several tapas - tuna-stuffed piquillo peppers, country pate, olives, and eggplant dip, plus a pitcher of sangria. All were extremely tasty! First time visiting from out of town. Both my son and I have eaten in Barcelona, and have to say we truly enjoyed our tapas. We tried probably over half the menu. Dates are a fave of mine, but these had Valdeon mousse as opposed to being stuffed--they were Incredibly delish. My son's fave were the shrimp al ajillo, had some zing not just garlic shrimp, very tasty but seemed a little on the tougher side for me but he got a second order. Olives are a must have, make sure to savor the various types plated. As usual I always love Jamon, this time we had salchichón that was insanely good. Just a slight zing and with our Manchego and Drunken cheese had a party on our tongue. Cócteles were fantastic. Sangria was ok, the star was a special this evening with Cardamom which is a fave for me. Bartender was fantastic!! Caipiriñas are jUst as beautiful as they are superb. Highly recommend. read more
