it was my first time trying this place, the lounge vibes were really nice, relaxing and dim. i wish i would of taken photos of the food but i got the sticky wing that had such a unique flavor to them it's one of my favorite dishes from now on! we also got the house burger with wages idk how the make those fries but the were perfectly crisps and the burger was soft and well done. the drinks were really good and cute and the girls there were really kind. read more

The small menu covers all bases and with exceptional service and quality. I can't tell you that regardless if I'm looking for a burger or a ribeye or impossible options (vegetarian) you will find it here and it will blow you away, and that's just the food! The handcrafted cocktails are next level as is the craft beers on tap to a selection of other libations. So, whether it's date night or a group getting together this is your place! It's in the creed of naming the place. My go to is the shaved Brussels salad, Tomato garden salad is my Fav! The potatoes wedges and wings are fire as well! I'm a big fan of the ribeye sandwich, burgers , mushroom risotto, pasta. But most of all. My sister and I wanted to try this place for our next food adventure. The ambience was cute and updated so it doesn't look old and cheesy. We came a party of 9. The hostess did a great job accommodating the extra person I added last minute. We did had to share a conjoining, table with another group of people but it was fine. Even though the restaurant was small it was still spacious. I ordered pina colada, and a ribeye steak, medium rare. The steak had a tangy balsamic seasoning to it, which reminds me of a steak salad. I've never had that before so it was a little different. I really liked the mushroom pasta dish my sister ordered. It was heavily buttered. My niece ordered the tomahawk. I didn't get to try it, but it looks delicious. My other sister ordered the salmon dish. She said it was a little on the dry side. the drinks are definitely strong here. I would recommend this place for a date night because it's small and cozy. It's located in a kind of sketchy plaza, but there is plenty of parking space. You would expect a restaurant like this would be in this area because it's almost hidden in a way. read more

I came here for lunch at the recommendation of a local and I'm so glad I did. The honey herb fried chicken sandwich was amazing! A good touch of spice with plenty of flavor. I've eaten at this place many times now, and I can say: The food here is GOOD! The Bone in ribeye is excellent, as well as the fish tacos, and their burgers. I just wish they could make me a double, because the single patty simply isn't enough meat. The drinks here are pretty good, the best I've had were from Nate. That man is a wiz behind the bar. It's a nice place to relax and have some food with family, or friends. The only complaint I have is the service. I've been here plenty of times, and have only had good service once. Otherwise, I typically feel ignored when I come here to eat. I came here on my lunch one day and was starving. Took awhile before they even asked what I'd like to drink, and order. I got my appetizer, and they didn't even take my order until 10 minutes after I finished my appetizer, and it wasn't even busy, on a late afternoon. I'm sure it's my face, they probably just don't like the looks of it. Because this particular day I ordered like 5 things from the menu. I was HUNGRY. I keep coming back because the food is good, and I think that maybe one day I'll get some good service again. But I'm not holding my breath, and I'm only docking 1 star for the service, because this place IS good. Definitely a recommend. I'm sure you'll get better service than me. read more

Third Place is a fairly small restaurant which is perfect if you are trying to enjoy a quiet dinner. We had been wanting to try this place for a while & we are glad we finally did. What a great afternoon spot for lunch on a Sunday. It wasn't busy but I did use their online system to book a table for four. We choose a booth since they said sit anywhere. The place is dark lit but lots of windows for natural light. Cool open set up which makes it look more like a bar/lounge than a sit down. I like the vibe. Our waitress was awesome. Ordered sticky wings. Sliders. Oysters/muscles and ceviche. Everything was very tasty. I was a huge fan of the ceviche. It was a great seasoned dish and like how a gem of avocado was inside. One of THE best burgers I've had in quite some time!! I ordered the bacon jam burger (one of the specials) and the patty was cooked to perfection with the seasoning spot on. The potato wedges were crisp on the outside and light and airy inside. Again, seasoned to perfection. Wanted to order a cocktail but I refrained. Seeing the bartender make all of the drink orders sure was making me thirsty though. I'll definitely be making a return visit! read more

Mussels are amazing however the serving size is bare minimum for 25 I had to order 2 to get a proper size leaving me with a bill of 100 dollars with two drinks it's an appetizer aswell I believe it would be amazing if the serving size added up to the price read more

Credit where credit is due, it's impressive that a spot like this has opened in Lancaster where Applebees and its fellow corporate brethren reign supreme. The fare is approachable but also interesting. Decent drink selection though some of the custom cocktails weren't made well/right (namely the cucumber smash didn't go over well with my table and the old fashioned seemed watered down). Service was decent and the overall consensus for the food was the same. Prices were ok for the time frame in relation to the quality. I like the look of the place as you don't realize you're in an otherwise nearly dead shopping center. Kudos there. Not the most exciting thing in the world, but if you want to spend your money on something local as opposed to chain, give it a shot. You could like it more than I. read more

My husband and I just left here for lunch and we were both appalled by the kitchen staff. My husband ordered a $17 chicken sandwich and I a $19 Brie burger both were serviced with 6 wedges. My Brie burger was not cooked medium well but that happens sometimes, however, I wanted more Brie cheese as mine was literally the size of a small fry on both sides ( I showed the waiter). The waiter was very nice but told me the kitchen said, "No". In all of my travels to low and high end establishments, I have never been told NO and not given an option for more product with an additional cost. I will not be back but if a burger is $19 and called a Brie burger please add more than one fry size piece of Brie cheese. read more

My husband and I split the banana bread for dessert. A nice thick slice of banana bread soaked in dolce de leche with caramelized bananas, whipped cream, toasted almonds and chocolate ganache. Have been here twice now. Every time I have enjoyed my meal. The best is the bolognese! Their mezcalito drink is awesome. Tried the Shaved Brussel Sprouts salad, and it's delicious. The ceviche appetizer is also really good. The Mezcal Mule is very good as well. The restaurant is very stylish and cozy. They were able to host our party of 5. Thank you Lancaster for having a great restaurant like THE THIRD PLACE. They are tucked away in an older business/shopping center so they don't get a lot of natural foot traffic but the people who know about this place are lucky to do so! The space is aesthetically appealing and upon entering their beautiful space, your eyes are drawn to the bar which invites you to have a drink right away lol. There's lots of seating, the menu has a little bit of everything, and the place even has some "Instagram worthy" areas. I think it's the perfect after-work or date night spot! read more

I came here for lunch for the first time this weekend. Not only is the restaurant beautiful, it has a very calming vibe to it. I ordered the ribeye sandwich with a side salad. Everything came out quickly, was well seasoned, light and very flavorful. Our server was kind and recommended a strawberry lemon drop. The staff was friendly but super busy. The menu is simple which I like but offers a lot of variety. The place is new and clean and very modern. The burger was OK. It needed some seasoning. The chicken sandwich was awesome. The best part was the wedge fries. They tasted amazing even though you only got a little. The service was super slow and really long. Not sure why but I was about to leave after waiting 30 minutes. Other than that really nice place. I might be back in a few weeks. read more

First time here and amazing service!! Food was delicious!!! The fresh ingredients and quality comes thru in each dish from a basic side salad, sandwiches and POTATO WEDGES A DEFINITE MUST TRY!! Yum!! They make their own ketchup in house. Tried the chicken sandwich and steak banh mi. For dessert the tres leche banana nut was delish. I was a little skeptical since I am not a big tres leche fan but our waitress sold me on it and glad we tried it. Superb experience and can't wait to come back to try other dishes.
