i've been here a few times already and i've had great experiences in the past, but tonight was even better. i ordered the bbq bacon melt burger and it tasted amazing, couldn't ask for anything better. the burger was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly, and the combination of the bbq sauce and bacon made it even better. i also got a milkshake, which was just as good and paired perfectly with the burger. the food and milkshake came out really quick, especially considering how busy it was. everything was fresh, hot, and made exactly how i wanted it. the employees were nothing but kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the whole visit. you can tell they genuinely care about making sure customers have a good experience. overall, another great visit and definitely one of my favorite places to come back to. great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. i'll definitely be coming back again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger and a great experience! Bussing tables (even though it is self-bussing tables - those lazy college students), handing out cookie samples, and getting my complex order correct. Second, the food is genuinely SO good! Came down to this location because a friend recommended it to me. Let me just say that I'm very impressed with the Customer Service, the quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. When I came in, there were options for either a kiosk or the staff. I decided to order with the staff on duty and Mellissa took care of me. She was very friendly, asking me about my day and what I've been up to along with that after finding out I was coming from far, we had a conversation about where I came from which isn't something I've experienced with any other restaurant I've been to. Overall, I was very satisfied with the short wait time for her to get my food out to me; Along with that the serving size of the food was enough to fill me up and leave me with leftovers for later. Tried The Melt at the family and friends event. Everything was delicious! There was a line to order, we waited less than 5 minutes which allowed us time to look at the menu and make our decisions. The ordering process was quick. There are also ordering kiosks you can place your order from. We ordered 2 Melt Burgers, garlic Parmesan fries, bacon ranch fries, an Oreo hand spun milkshake, a strawberry lemonade and a kids cheeseburger with fries. All of our food was ready quick. The food tasted fresh, the burger patty was definitely not skimped on, the fries were perfectly crispy with the right amount of toppings, the milkshake was delicious and the strawberry lemonade tasted so fresh. My toddler really enjoyed the fries too. We tried a fountain drink as well that was tasty, all the fountain drinks are made with cane sugar. The restaurant is very clean, staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. I can't wait to come back!! read more
