Went in and someone asked if I need help. Checker was kind and helpful at self checkout. Everything was clean and stocked.

They have planter wall blocks for flower beds for about three dollars. For bulk purchases it costs less. Maybe about thirty three cents less plus eight cents. So forty one cents thereabout. They also have a Kellogg raised bed that feeds for thirty days. The bed costs about ten dollars each. This is equivalent to the dollars and thirty three cents each. They are also organic. They have a nice sign with instructions. They have other interesting items for purchase as well like gazebos. I heard that one of their Halloween items is really hot and flies off the shelves. Customers call ahead to get a jump on them. These are the very tall werewolf wolves or skeletons. I saw a gigantic werewolf wolf on display in the store. One of my neighbors had a skeleton from them and it was on display during the Halloween holiday season. read more

do not go to this Home Depot. spent 1500$ on a Milwaukee lawn mower and weed eater, I live 3 hours away and I told them this over the phone when I ordered. they put my order aside and I picked it up and went home. once I got home I realized my mower had already been opened by an employee and my 2 12.0 batteries that are supposed to come in the box are not there. the wrapping is still on the mower and everything looks brand new so I know this is not a return so I'm sure an employee took them out of the box. I will be calling as soon as they open tomorrow to speak with a Mananger to see how they are going to fix their mess up and what seems to me to be an employee potentially stealing batteries (469$ for 2 batteries). Also the employee I spoke with over the phone told me they only had 1 mower left in stock but when I showed up 3 hours later, they had 5+ in stock on the shelves. I am not a huge fan of Home Depot and Lowe's. I mean certainly I go there frequently because you know, I'm a guy and that's what we do (insert Tim Allen Home Improvement grunts here) but honestly if you need a ton of random stuff where else are you going to go. Having said this I have to admit that this one has enough people working there that it's easier than most to find help if you need it. It's also tucked away a bit off of Clearview that it's not as busy as most Home Depot's that you go to and they always have what I need in stock. I ordered and item to be delivered and never received it. I call and talked to supervisor in delivering and she was going to be off on Saturday and someone would call me. I called and talked to male manager and he said it was delivered and they have a picture. The picture was so bad I couldn't tell what it was they took a picture of. I called again and spoke to big shot female, number 2 in the store and she assured me she would call before 5 pm ( no call) I have call 4 times talked to two managers a supervisor and a customer service representative, not one person called or cared that I I never received my item. On 11/1/24 I wrote a sincere letter of complaint to Ted Decker, CEO of Home Depot, against one of their ProReferral contractors. Never even received an acknowledgement. Their contractor damaged my toilet when they performed unauthorized work, which ended up costing me $100 to repair. Home Depot stands behind their contractor. I have been a Home Depot customer for dozens of years and have made purchases of over $30,000, including a $12,000 new roof, $1,000 fridge, and a $900 washer, plus all of my other hardware needs. Customer service starts at the top. Home Depot does not value customer loyalty. Not only will I no longer shop at Home Depot, but I have no faith in any warranty they provide. Decker's behavior is shameful and unconscionable. Apparently, ProReferral does not even vet their contractors since they obviously favor the riff raff that they referred to me, even though he has numerous negative reviews all over the internet, including walking off a job in anger. Going forward, I will now be shopping exclusively at LOWE'S. read more

I want to thank a Superstition Springs Home Depot Customer Service employee for outstanding customer service. A few days ago, Mikheal helped me with a problem concerning a small refrigerator I ordered on-line. I was charged the wrong price and he assisted me in contacting the online supervisor to get me a refund of the over-priced charge. He also loaded the refrigerator into my SUV for me. He was so polite, friendly and professional, that even though this Home Depot location is out of the way for me and there is a closer Home Depot, I am so very impressed by Mikheal that he now has a repeat customer in me. I arrived at the Home Depot after closing hours last night. As I was sitting in my car checking the internet to see if another store was still open an unmarked car pulls up and the driver starts aggressively telling me to get off the property. I asked who he was and he said the store manager. He accused me of behaving strangely because I was there after hours. When I asked him to stop yelling he threatened to call the police. The man clearly has an anger issue and shouldn't be interacting with customers at all, let alone managing a store. It makes me wonder how he treats the employees. read more

Rented a power washer earlier today and the process was easy and stress free. Price: The price to rent a 2,000-2,700 psi power washer for 4 hours was $65. Process: I simply showed up to Home Depot, went to the back where their Tool Room was, told them what I needed, showed them my driver's license, and inserted my credit card. It took about 4-5 minutes to be walking out of there. Service: The guy I had the pleasure of checking out with was slightly above professional. I felt he cared about his job and put in a few extra smiles. Power Washer Tips: Never ever rent a power washer that has less than 2,000 psi. If you do, you mine as well hook up your water hose and spray things down. Tip To Management: Be careful who you hire. I've noticed that more Home Depots are hiring unprofessional looking and speaking people. It causes your stores to look like your trashy and going down hill. read more

I hired HD to complete Carpet a install, not only did they do a terrible job, but my son stepped on a nail/staple they used. When they came out with the contracting company guy removed all the nails and stated they did not do it. It must have been the guys who installed my flooring two mo the ago... I really needed a 12' skeleton for Halloween this year. I found the last one in Arizona at this Home Depot. He had a sign on him that said he wasn't for sale because he was the display. Went there ... and bull crap, they had 1 (damaged) when the website said 10, and none of the other size when the website said 8. Asked for help in Paint (closest store assistant - almost 200 feet away), and he paged someone. Walked all the way back, waited a few minutes and finally started a stop-watch. After more than 10 minutes ... no one. Glad it wasn't a medical emergency. Called another Home Depot store, website said they had over 20 of each size I wanted. After about a 6 minute phone run-around, they hung up on me. Gave up on these crappy losers. I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot . Bought a dishwasher got it home and the hose leaked . Tried to give them time to resolve it. 2 weeks later took it back and ordered another dishwasher and paid more. Told delivery will be in 6 days. 5 days later we get a call saying ...oh they may have it in another week ! What horrible service . I'll go elsewhere for the other appliances we are replacing. I went to return a DeWalt drill at this Home Depot location. Joni K. handled this whole process from beginning. She mentioned it wasn't going to be easy with return because computer alerted of my frequency of returns and purchases had flagged me for this return. The Assistant Manager Monike V. had to call on this phone a third party company who handles disputes to honor my refund. Fortunately everything worked out with proof of purchase with my receipt having my card, and all items in the box which validated this transaction. Finally made the long overdue trip to purchase paint and stain for our backyard today. We made that department the last stop as we knew we would be spending the most time dealing with colors. Lots of helpful associates in the departments we visited along the way, gardening, plumbing, tools - each asking if they could be of assistance - very friendly, very helpful. I wish I would have kept track of names to give them each a shout out. I would have scored this visit higher, except for the snotty female working the paint desk. After negatively commenting under her breath to the customer she was waiting on about the convo we were having, she completely ignored my boyfriend when he walked up to the counter later to ask her a question (after her customer appeared to have concluded her transaction). Instead of directing him to one of the other two available associates (3 of them around the counter, none with a customer in front of them) she simply ignored him - not even making eye contact when he said 'excuse me.' The only thing saving this review is the super friendly/helpful guy we did wind up with. Answered every question, gave lots of tips - super helpful. Thanks for saving the afternoon - wish I would have grabbed his name but he was younger, with a beard. read more

Staff is not wearing masks, in fact this store has more responsible customers than they do employees. I asked one girl employee to put her mask back on because she was talking in the middle of the isle with it hanging on her ear. She proceeds to yell at me and tell me she has asthma. Isn't that more of a reason for her to keep her mask on? She's more high risk. Also why are you yelling back at a customer would would like to pass by safely? Another employee decided to pull his mask off his face in the middle of talking to me... why? I wouldn't have asked for help if I knew that was gonna happen. I just wanted to say 'thank you' from a VERY satisfied customer. A couple weeks ago we ordered a Traeger grill for delivery and there was an unexpected mishap on the scheduled delivery date; I was informed that they were not able to deliver on that day. Needless to say I was upset and extremely frustrated. I immediately reached out to the store and spoke to the assistant manager on duty, Monika Villegas. I explain to her my frustration as my work schedule as well as my fiancée's is very inflexible. Monika told me that she understood and quickly informed me that she would take care of the situation and assured me that delivery would take place on the promised delivery date. I was EXTREMELY impressed when Monika actually showed up that evening with the assembled grill in hand--delivering the 100 LB plus beast all by herself. Her professionalism and follow through, as well as keeping her word meant the world to us. She is definitely an asset to Home Depot, specifically the Superstition Springs store and I am sold - - I will definitely do business with them again!!! The service is very friendly at this location. It took a couple of employees to find what I needed but they found it, and he took several minutes to make sure we had what we needed. I noticed they don't seem to have very many employees working here, which is why most of the time I prefer to go to Lowe's. They usually have people falling all over you to help you. The Christmas tree selection is nothing to sneeze at, I prefer to buy from a farm and support a local small business. However, we bought several Rosemary trees in the shape of a Christmas tree for $20 each. They smell amazing! As a bonus, you can snip off a twig and use it in your cooking. read more

*This is a store review* I typically prefer Home Depot, but my most recent experiences with some of the Superstition Springs store associates has changed that. The second week of December I noted that an order I placed in November had been shipped with Fedex and had successfully transferred through several hubs before stopping in Ohio on the 5th. Figuring it was a holiday delay, I didn't worry too much but at least wanted an estimated date of arrival. I called Home Depot customer service and was told it was a store order and I had to talk to the store. I called the store and a rep told me she would call the vendor and definitely call me back. More than one week later no call back. I called again and spoke to another person. He immediately responded to my question about an estimated date with "Mam, you know what time of year it is, don't you?" SERIOUSLY? I wasn't even upset about when it arrived, I was just looking for an estimated date so I had some idea of when to expect it. He also told me there were no notes from my previous call. He offered no apologies or further assistance. Two weeks later I summoned the courage to try again. I got someone named Jamie I believe, and she said she would look into it She advised she could see notes from the first call in December. She said she'd look into it and definitely call me back. She forgot to call me back. I called the following week and she advised that I would have to start a FedEx Claim myself. I did as asked and the next week FedEx denied the claim. I called the store yet again and the person I spoke to called Fedex while I was on hold, then told me she had reopened the case and to wait a week. Waiting a week, I called Fedex, and was advised that Home Depot had never opened a claim. At this point I was done. I called the store to see what options they had. The woman who answered seemed to be familiar with my situation but didn't provide a name. She jumped right to refunding the order. No apology, no options. I was taken back by her short tone, and went to clarify the order because she had erroneously mentioned "dot com" and she very tersely spoke over me for the order number. I told her she was being very rude, no apology again. I gave her the order number, she told me she was refunding and I'd have to replace the order. I said ok, and instantly she transfers me to the online store. She didn't explain the refund process, didn't warm transfer me, didn't say goodbye or anything. This has been a HORRIBLE experience. read more
