I've hit Lowes and the Home Depots at all hours of the day but I've never seen one this deserted. It was strange because it's conveniently located next to all sort of neighborhoods. I guess people just don't have things break in this part of town? I didn't have any issues finding the parts I needed, and there were plenty of employees available to point me in the right direction for them. This was probably the less stressful trip to Lowe's I've ever had as I didn't have to deal with all the sheeple.

The cashier was super nice and engaging during the checkout process which made the experience nice right before leaving.

The appt consisted of us in front of a computer while she scrolled thru their inventory, which we could have and did do ourselves. She only recommended one item - an area rug, which we did like. Other than that we picked a table, barstools, and another table ourselves as she scrolled. Our expectation was to have someone make recommendations as a "design expert". After the consultation I asked when to expect the plan, and she said a couple days. On the third day I called and she said the store had been really busy, but she would have the results by that evening (Wednesday) or Friday morning. She reached out to my daughter 2 times on Friday asking for the floor plan that had been provided to her at the appointment and another time via email. When we received the results, we actually laughed. (see pic) It must have taken her 10 minutes tops to put it together.
