My husband brought our daughter to Jasmine Jo for a snack. While they were there a few people gave our daughter flowers and the florist ended up making them into a small bouquet for her. She was so excited. So excited that when she brought them home I put them in a vase on the table despite the fact that I have a severe fragrance allergy and haven't been able to have fresh flowers in the house for years. Turns out I wasn't allergic to these and the whole family got to enjoy a beautiful centerpiece for two whole weeks. I can't tell you the joy the florist at Rowan Tree brought to my daughter and inadvertently to me through a simple act of kindness. His gesture guaranteed I'll use Rowan Tree whenever we send flowers. read more

Rowan Tree is a really interesting experience. I loved their coffee shop/ flower shop. The coffee was great! I'm giving it 3 stars because we had a bit of a disappointing experience on the wedding front. I started speaking with Lori about flowers for my small wedding in late October (my wedding is in oct 21 and I wanted to have the florist booked a year out). I gave her my ideas and then we drove out to meet her the first week of November. She had INCREDIBLE ideas and we really were set on using Rowan Tree for our wedding. She told me she'd have a quote to me by the middle of the week (first week of Nov) and went as far as to encourage me to book all my vendors ASAP as October 21 will be very busy with all the delayed COVID weddings. I never heard from her the following week. I reached out after two weeks and she said she was waiting for a vendor response and would get back to me after the holiday..which I understood. She finally got back to me in mid december with a half completed quote. She needed some more information from me and said after that she would finalize the quote. I responded that day but never heard back. After another week and a half went by I wrote her again (this was december 21st). She said she'd respond after Christmas. It's now February, 5 months after I initally reached out and I STILL haven't recieved completed pricing. At this point I have booked with another florist who was much quicker to respond. It's disappointing espeically because we really liked Rowan Tree and wanted to work with them. Hopefully this was just because we're a small wedding and doesn't happen to others. read more

Ignorance at its finest. I was wanting a quote for my wedding that is at the end of this year and at first the operations manager, Tiffany, was asking about my date because they didn't have that as well as what was needed. I told her what was asked and then I got another email a day later saying she needs more details in order to give me a contract. First of all I don't want a contract I want a simple quote. Second of all why didn't you get all the information you needed up front? Instead I have a million emails and the last 2 the operations manager was beyond rude. I politely told them I would be going with a. different company so they weren't sitting waiting for a response from me and I got told what's in the screenshot. "Best of luck" with my punctuation or professional email ending. You can see I was professional and nice and I got told this. I wouldn't want a rude company decorating my company at all and they won't be! :) read more

Cutest little flower/gift shop ever. We had scheduled to use Rowan Tree for my daughters September wedding and amongst the COVID-19 crisis, they decided to move the date up and elope (April 26th). With 2 weeks notice, Rowan Tree was able to secure the flowers needed for the designs and create absolutely stunning arrangements. The customer service, all around, was the best. Everyone on staff is so nice, friendly, creative and accommodating. They also happen to have a super cute coffee shop inside (walk up serve available right now) with seriously the best cold brew and Chai lattes we've had. I went with Rowan Tree for my wedding flowers. I ordered 8 bridesmaids' bouquets, a bridal bouquet, 8 boutonnieres, and a premium groom's boutonniere. I also ordered three varying sized gold hoops (see the pictures), and our total was well under $1000 (WHAT?!). Even with the incredible price, everything came out absolutely stunning. People at our wedding told us that the flowers were some of the most beautiful they had ever seen. I met with Therese and her team to explain the vibe of the wedding and they totally got us. We weren't doing the traditional white wedding, and they were able to create modern, dark, moody florals that were perfect for our space and big day. On top of that, their service was excellent. Therese was always available when I needed her, and she made me feel like I was her only client. I cannot recommend Rowan Tree enough! Please support this wonderful, local business! read more

Karen and Therese from Rowan Tree made our wedding day so incredibly special and unique. I was looking for flower arrangements that were unique and that fit our romantic backyard farm vibe. At our meeting, I showed them pictures of colors, arrangements, and styles I liked and they ran with it and made arrangements that were absolutely gorgeous. Everyone commented on how beautiful the wedding was and I think part of that was the flowers. I knew flowers were going to be expensive, but I actually think what we paid was very reasonable. Karen and Therese worked with our budget and gave us an incredible spread of flowers for a very reasonable price. More than anything, they gave us flowers that weren't cookie cutter or stiff looking. I attached pics from the Fall DIY arrangements event I went to and I was so please with how my flowers came together! It's was $20 and you got to create your own flower box!
