This flower shop goes above and beyond! I called one afternoon (as a first time customer) asking for a floral arrangement be delivered the same day. I had called three other flower shops who told me they could not deliver that day. When calling Watsons, I Spoke to a very helpful woman who took my information and the delivery information. The man who delivered the flowers waited at my girlfriends house until she arrived. They could've easily left them at the front door with no problem. Instead, they insisted on delivering in person which was amazing. The flowers were beautiful and are still thriving two weeks later. My lady friend was so happy and Impressed with the delivery process and I scored (extra kisses) because it was such a beautiful Christmas arrangement. Thank you Watson flowers! I don't remember who helped me, but there was two. One who was primarily at the cashier desk and the other was more in the back. The cashier lady was very nice. I made conversation with her, and she was pretty receptive. She seemed happy to be working there. The other one was a bit rude once I told her to put together a white flower and pink flower bouquet. She asked me which flowers I wanted and I picked two, and asked what other options that she had. In an angered voice she said that she can put whatever flowers I want. I said I am not creative enough to put together an arrangement but I guess I can go online and look one for her to mimic. She then asked me for my budget. Once I told her, she became overly nice and said she can put together a nice arrangement for me. As we were leaving, she was cheerful and sweet. It was so strange to observe the change in character. Me and friend noticed how her attitude flipped a 180 once I gave her my budget. The budget was only $45. Not much but maybe much for a Sunday? Anyways, thanks for the arrangement as my sickly mother loved it and it made her hospital room smell like a garden! I don't know if I would go back because of the attitude, but maybe a phone order instead. We will see on my next trip to Phoenix. read more

I recently called from California to place an order for flowers. I explained that they were for a special occasion, and we were from out of town. This was just a cut arrangement in a basic vase, and I gave a budget of $65. When we arrived to pick up the flowers we were shocked. I have ordered flowers all over the country, for both personal and professional reasons. This was NOT a $65 arrangement. When we complained that it was too small, the owner came out and let us know it was because we requested nicer flowers. The entire arrangement was 3 lilies, 2 roses, and 1 mini rose type stem. So SIX stems for $65? And the 2 roses were very tired looking. I wish we had thought to take a picture. We felt like they thought we were from out of town, and would not see the arrangement ourselves. The owner did agree to add a few "inexpensive flowers" to make us feel better. Later on, after researching their prices online and looking at several other florists in the area, this florist tends to be overpriced. I gave them 2 stars because the person on the phone was nice, they followed the color scheme we requested, and did add a few flowers. But expect to overpay if you use this business. read more

My husband always chooses Watson's when he orders me flowers and they never disappoint. I received an arrangement of white lilies with white babies breath on September 13th for our 35th wedding anniversary. My husband didn't know the address of my office, but told them the name of the company and they took care of the rest. My flowers arrived at the correct location, no problem. The arrangement came with quite a few buds and one by one they all opened. It is now September 21st and I still have one lily left. I know I'll have to probably throw it out tomorrow, but the babies breath still look as good as they day they arrived.
