So I decided to find something close to her and hoped that they would accommodate me. The sweet lady who answered said yes with no hesitation and made my day. Honestly I had low expectations because I usually had bad experiences with flower shops. I told her I wanted a box of flowers and gave her my budget. I did ask if she could include some peonies and make it pink. She told me what she would include also and with those in mind, I figured they would look decent enough to make a girl happy. As the hours flew by I got worried since it was past their closing time and it wasn't delivered yet. I figured I would call them to see if they even answered and they did. She told me they were on the way over and they even made sure she got them by calling her. I can't believe the owners went out of their way to deliver them to her! They totally went above and beyond. Did I forget to mention how amazing and grand the flowers were!??! They were so fresh and beautiful that it made the birthday girl awe in amazement. Not only was she amazed, I was too. I mean, the photos obviously don't do it any justice. She told me they smelled amazing too! I am so glad I shopped local and it's businesses like these that should always be supported. Thank you so much A2Z, you are the best floral shop I have ever come across and I wish you were in Los Angeles. I wish you guys lots of success and prosperity going forward!!

We were greeted immediately upon entering, and loved the assortment they had to grab-and-go as he usually had ordered ahead from other places in the past. I picked a lovely assortment in a vase for only $25! The flowers are beautiful and have lasted three days so far looking vibrant as ever. Definitely recommend this florist and if in the area, I hope to shop again soon.

I wanted to send a friend something of a 'thinking of you' and I loved that Azelly's website was easy to navigate and had some different options. I chose the "Peach Sorbet" with pretty but subdued peach and white colors (perfect for a lot of occasions) that comes arranged in a box with macaroons. Well, as I ordered, I selected Google Pay and it automatically entered my address as the delivery!! Yikes. Well it was 8 PM and I thought I would call and hopefully leave a message as there wasn't an email on the website. After initially reaching an automated answering service, I pressed a button and spoke to a live person. I think it was the owner and I felt a little awful about having interrupted her life at 8 PM but she was really nice and ensured the correct delivery address was planned. She also called me back the next day to confirm delivery, and my friend loved the flowers. She sent a photo and they looked just like the website. Fresh flower deliveries are never cheap, but I thought this was an excellent value. They had options across price ranges and really pretty options that were different than what I've seen on other sites -- and actually pretty and tasteful non-flower options like the beautiful macaroons. Absolutely recommend and would use again!

I try not to look at price point as it's the thought that counts, but he said it is comparable to other locations both in Arizona and Florida (work trips) that he has ordered for me this year. Thank you for the not one, but two plant food packets as my flowers lasted over a week! Truly amazing vibrancy that lasted so long that I had to document in various photos. My boyfriend and I agree - no need to look around for another florist. Also, they hand wrote and sent my boyfriend a note saying thank you. Truly remarkable service and they were very communicative as they delivered while I was at work. This is THE place when ordering to my house! Which I love as I recall this business being next to my family's jewelry store (Kyhn's Jeweler's) years ago. So thankful my photographer recommended working with The Floral Theory…read more I initially got the recommendation a little late and I was looking for someone to help make a floral crown for my senior dog's photoshoot. Knowing that I was asking for a floral crown for a New Year's Eve photoshoot made me a little nervous since I figured most florist would already be booked or busy. I reached out to the Floral Theory on Instagram to connect and ask if they were available. While Instagram may not be her preferred way of communication, she was quick to answer, and asked questions to make sure that she could help. She was able to give me confirmation on being able to help us rather quickly, and even mentioned that she would be willing to pick out the flowers for us fresh from the market. I found it extremely sweet, that she went above and beyond to help us during the holiday weeks when her team was out of the office. Even though they were closed, she went to the market, picked out flowers for us, made our crown and met us at the store for us to pick it up . I am so thankful that she was able to help us make the perfect memory and she truly helped make my vision come true.
