Imagine Flowers is top of the line! I ordered the "Golden Lady" floral arrangement for my managers mother (it was so her) and it was a fabulous masterpiece! The flowers were fresh and beautifully bold in color with a gold "lady" vase fit for a queen with impeccable art work. I ordered via phone from New Jersey and the process was seamless (excellent staff). When the flowers arrived to the destination in Arizona, I was sent a text and a photo of the arrangement to assure me of the delivery ( A-1 customer service). I am so glad that I ordered from Imagine flowers. The value and floral arrangement was definetly worth it! read more

Not sure I've ever ordered flowers before, so this was a new experience for me. I wanted to support a local florist directly, and I'm really glad I did. The arrangements available are absolutely stunning--some are outside my usual budget, but I found the Leeloo bouquet, which felt like a great upgrade I could still stretch into. I was ordering on behalf of my son, who's currently unable to manage many errands himself, and the bouquet needed to include peonies--his girlfriend's favorite. This one did, and the vibrant colors matched her personality perfectly. Ordering online was simple, and I received a text confirming and clarifying a few items. I selected the 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. pickup window, and when I asked if they'd be open at 8:30 a.m. sharp, they confirmed yes, and I planned accordingly. When I arrived a bit early, the shop was still closed. I waited for a while, then texted to confirm I was in the right place, and received a kind phone call apologizing--turns out there had been a small miscommunication, and someone was on their way. They arrived quickly and were genuinely kind and apologetic. It did cause a bit of a timing crunch (the card I'd written got a bit messed up in the shuffle, and I ended up improvising), but the bouquet was so stunning it made up for it. I wish I had taken better photos, but I was rushing to get the flowers to her before her birthday morning started. She loved them. What really stood out to me, aside from the bouquet, was the care they took after the fact. I received a heartfelt voicemail from the team explaining what had happened--it was someone's first week, they were so sorry it impacted the experience, and their sincerity came through. That kind of follow-up matters a lot to me. So yes, the experience wasn't perfectly smooth--but it was perfectly human, and absolutely worthy of 5 stars. I'll definitely be back. read more

I had ordered some flowers from somewhere else in Phoenix/Scottsdale, but they canceled my order on the day of delivery. So, I went online looking for a florist that delivers same-day and has some cute boxes. I found Imagine Florals, and their prices were pretty good for what I was looking for, and they delivered the same day. They even sent me a picture upon delivery, which was great to make sure my friend got her birthday flowers. read more

Absolutely stunning flower arrangements! Some of the most pretty flowers I have ever seen. I wanted something different and they were able to provide that with an arrangement in a Chanel purse container and an over the top flower arrangement suitable for a queen like my mother for her birthday. The pictures do not do the products justice because they are even more spectacular in person. They also sent over a bundle of balloons and I would recommend them to anyone looking for something truly special. Thank you for making my mother feel special on her special day. read more

Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and the experience with Imagine Flowers was excellent from start to finish. The flowers were only one part of a larger gift, so it was very important that they arrived on time. The shop came through beautifully, delivering exactly when promised even during one of the busiest weekends of the year. The arrangement itself was stunning, fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed. My mom absolutely loved it and mentioned how carefully everything was packaged and presented. It truly added something special to the rest of her gift. Customer service was also outstanding. Communication was prompt and professional, with clear email updates and a follow-up to confirm delivery. It is rare to find that level of attention and reliability, especially around holidays. I will definitely be ordering from Imagine Flowers again. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, I could not include photos. read more
