It did cause a bit of a timing crunch (the card I'd written got a bit messed up in the shuffle, and I ended up improvising), but the bouquet was so stunning it made up for it. I wish I had taken better photos, but I was rushing to get the flowers to her before her birthday morning started. She loved them. What really stood out to me, aside from the bouquet, was the care they took after the fact. I received a heartfelt voicemail from the team explaining what had happened--it was someone's first week, they were so sorry it impacted the experience, and their sincerity came through.
