For my one year anniversary, my boyfriend and I booked Grand Hyatt Scottsdale for the weekend. He surprised me with flowers that were delivered to the lobby. What a stunning surprise to enjoy for two nights in the hotel room, and also lovely when brought home. Love the box design and the arrangement of sunflowers, roses, and additional floral items. My boyfriend advised that they were cat friendly as he reached out to have a couple substitutions. Greatly appreciate the level of service and care that went into this bouquet. Additionally, he said they were quite affordable comparative to other shops he looked at. If in the area, we agreed this would be the shop! My mom just moved into a new apartment and someone sent her a beautiful flower arrangement from Tatum Flowers. I saw it during a visit the day it arrived and was super impressed. It has now been five days since it was delivered and it's still looking gorgeous! I'm not sure if the arrangement is "Charmed" or "Flower Garden" or "Shining Star" or a custom arrangement but I'll add a photo here to Yelp. I would definitely consider using Tatum Flowers in the future based on what my mom received! read more

Wow! Ordering flowers for a special occasion from afar is a daunting task sometimes. I started with Yelp! and found Tatum flowers for a Mother's Day bouquet for my mom in Arizona, while I am in Kentucky. I found what I wanted, completed the order online, and received immediate email confirmation. Then later that day, my mom sent me a picture of the flowers she received, and they were exactly as I had ordered, which is uncommon for online flower delivery. I am very impressed and will absolutely use Tatum flowers again. Thank you, Tatum flowers! read more

Having recently moved to this area, my husband used Tatum Flowers for the first time. He ordered the "lasting love" anniversary arrangement, which was beautiful! The arrangement was simple yet very elegant. The flowers lasted almost two weeks (which is unusual for most Florist's.). Thank you Tatum Flowers for a job well done! read more

They open at 9 on Mother's Day, but they saw me outside checking their hours at 715 and ran out to help me! They said "we're not open but we're here so what can we do for you?" Incredible customer service, especially when they're so busy getting Mother's Day orders ready. And on top of that, Gossie hand made the most beautiful bouquet that my wife will LOVE. I'd never been before today, but they've got a customer for life now! read more

Thrilled with the overall experience with this floral establishment. I ordered a floral arrangement for a dear friend who celebrated a birthday in December 2025. After calling around several places, I found this establishment; contacted them where someone answered the phone within three rings. I explained what I wanted. They listened and asked about budget and crafted an arrangement that was amazing. My friend was thrilled which made me very happy! read more

Tatum Flowers went above and beyond with my recent order. Carol was incredible to work with--she made sure every detail was perfect and that the flowers were delivered right on time. The arrangement came out absolutely beautiful and truly carried our message of love to our loved ones. I'm so grateful for the care, attention, and professionalism they put into this. Highly recommend! read more

The highly experienced florists at Tatum Flowers always deliver & will blow any expectations out the water. Beautiful selection of fresh, healthy stems. My very first visit, I hand selected flowers which were then reviewed by the lovely owner. She took the time to educate me on picking the best ones, and replaced a few while letting me also keep what I'd chosen myself. I was sold from that moment based on honest business practices. Have returned/ ordered several times since. Thanks again, Tatum Flowers! read more

Extremely pleased with my flower delivery from Tatum Flowers for Mother's Day! In the past, when a different (national brand) florist attempted to deliver flowers to this same address, we ended up losing the bouquet for several hours ... which is just not the hassle you want to have when dealing with fresh cut flowers. That kerfuffle also ruined the surprise ... which is part of the fun of having flowers delivered for someone! Therefore, I knew I wanted to go local for Mother's Day, and Tatum Flowers was highly recommended on Yelp. Placing the order was simple -- it was around $120 for one of their beautiful arrangements, and a Friday delivery. The flowers arrived right on time, in perfect condition, and I didn't have to communicate with the delivery folks at all after placing my order (which is a win after our last experience!) My mom absolutely loves her arrangement, and I will definitely order from Tatum Flowers again the next time I need to deliver to some of my family in AZ. read more

If I could give this florist 10 stars I would! I am very particular about the florists I use in a day when few people send flowers ("mom you're the only one who sends flowers..."). This florist did not disappoint and has now been added to my list in the Scottdale area where my daughter's MIL lives. We all lost someone very important in our family in December 2021. It was so unexpected and so heartbreaking. I called Tatum's and told them why I was sending flowers (I live in CA) and the young woman on the other end of the phone was more than kind and emphathetic. A beautiful arrangement was created and within our budget. I am attaching a photo of the florist sent and what the recipient sent. I appreciated Tatum's adding a bit of Christmas to the arrangement. Sorry for the late review. Thank you! Grateful in California read more

Once again - AN AMAZING JOB! Tatum Flowers is now my go in north Phoenix/Scottsdale. Selected tall designers choice option on line and this was outcome!! GORGEOUS! Why wouldn't you give the professionals here free reign to design something. Delivery was done early on birthday morning so flowers can be enjoyed throughout the day. On another note - I needed help with flowers in Ahwatukee which was out of their area and they recommended someone that was equally fantastic. Well designed arrangements with fresh, interesting flowers at a very fair price. And they deliver.

This is a very highly ranked flower shop. Unfortunately, our experience was not acceptable. We ordered a stunning tropical arrangement for $115 as shown in the first photo. The next day the shop called to let us know that they didn't have all of the flowers we purchased and said they would substitute equivalent quality flowers. The second photo shows the display we received, which appears quite pedestrian compared to what we purchased. If they don't have the flowers displayed on the website, they should note that the particular display is not available at this time or provide something that is equivalent or better. read more

Lisa helped me and she was so amazing during my phone order. This was my first experience here and I have ordered flowers many times to be delivered, so I'm very well versed on the process and expectations. I had ordered to be delivered a few days out originally but then changed to next day and Lisa was so accommodating and didn't make me feel like I was burdening her what so ever. I can't tell you enough how stunning the arrangement was. I was shocked at how they looked. I sent to my boyfriend at a VERY UPSCALE JEWELERS and they actually displayed it in their show room. I can't tell you enough how I appreciate that they were accepting of the arrangement when originally it was only for my boyfriend. I'm so happy many people got to benefit from the gorgeous art of this arrangement. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It means more then you know. These particular flowers that I sent were such a meaningful statement for me to send my boyfriend. I can't tell you enough that because it was so stunning that it means that much more. My heart is so filled with love and appreciation. Much love and I so wish all good prayers towards you beautiful business. Richard Garay read more

My husband got me flowers for Mother's Day and the bouquet was literally delivered with half of the arrangement dead. I was really disappointed and sad to say the least. I threw away what was dead and was left with 4 tulips that I had to transfer into a different jar. I didn't want to complain to my husband, because it was a nice gesture and the thought that counts. So instead I left a poor review here on Yelp. The business ended up calling my husband about my complaint, making it more awkward because I hadn't complained to him. I think it would have been a bit more professional to reach out to me here, rather than calling the sender. Although I do understand and appreciate that they were trying to fix the problem. They did replace the bouquet with another, and left it at my doorstep with an apology note, which was nice. read more

NOT AS ADVERTISED IN PHOTOS. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. Better deals for $15 at SAFEWAY or WALMART instead of this place. Expectations will not meet reality at Tatum Flowers. You can see how much I paid before tax in the advertised photo. You can see the end product. Disappointing. When I picked up the flowers, I was not only disappointed in the actual flower bundle I received either. I was really annoyed by how lackluster the service was, and how stressful it was to be in their shop on Valentine's Day. I've dealt with many different flower shops on a number of occasions, yes even on busy days like Valentine's Day, and the service has always been pretty good. What a waste. I feel like I was robbed. Seriously - just look at the photos. read more
