Extremely pleased with my flower delivery from Tatum Flowers for Mother's Day! In the past, when a different (national brand) florist attempted to deliver flowers to this same address, we ended up losing the bouquet for several hours ... which is just not the hassle you want to have when dealing with fresh cut flowers. That kerfuffle also ruined the surprise ... which is part of the fun of having flowers delivered for someone! Therefore, I knew I wanted to go local for Mother's Day, and Tatum Flowers was highly recommended on Yelp. Placing the order was simple -- it was around $120 for one of their beautiful arrangements, and a Friday delivery. The flowers arrived right on time, in perfect condition, and I didn't have to communicate with the delivery folks at all after placing my order (which is a win after our last experience!) My mom absolutely loves her arrangement, and I will definitely order from Tatum Flowers again the next time I need to deliver to some of my family in AZ.

I visit every other week and they always make me feel so welcome. You wouldn't think you could get quality arrangements in the desert but you MUST visit this small business next time you need flowers. I hate to give bad reviews. On Saturday, we brought our own engraved vase to have a mainly purple arrangement made and delivered. We even pointed to some purple flowers in the refrigerator that we liked. We mentioned we were going to lunch and she said we could see it when we returned. We spoke to someone (maybe an owner) earlier in the week and she mentioned a possible discount for bringing our vase. We did not receive that courtesy. The design was lacking and we would have been better off picking something from the website. This arrangement looked like she just jammed as many flowers in as she could. When we mentioned we really wanted it to be mainly purple and wished she'd used the flowers we pointed to in the refrigerator she said she would add more purple. It arrived at the memorial service looking exactly as the picture I took in the store. We will likely not return. The flowers were not vibrant and fresh. The design was not a design at all as much as it was just a bunch of wrong-colored flowers jammed into the vase. It did not go with the purple theme of the memorial. Because we were having it delivered we accepted it. read more

I am so incredibly thankful and pleasantly surprised with the order that I received. These were for my grandma and I got exactly what was pictured and it was worth paying extra they are just as lovely as she deserves and they made her feel so special... I have used 1800 flowers 4-5 times and was disappointed with the quality and price for what I was getting ($80 for absolute crap that wasnt what I ordered). Never will do that again. If you are thinking of using this business DO IT the photo below speaks for itself. I put in an order yesterday and they delivered it less than 24 hours completely perfect and you can tell the florist cares and puts love into these arrangements. I already can't wait to use the service again these are the most beautiful special flowers I've ever sent and I can't wait to see more arrangements that I order in the future read more

I wanted to send my daughter a nice birthday flower arrangement for her entry into "adult hood" (30th!). After doing my research and looking at Yelp reviews I took a chance and gave Tatum Flowers a call from the east coast where I live. ( not really a "chance"; their reviews are great). I am so pleased with the service I received; from my initial telephone call with Carol, to the prompt (and accurate) delivery, to the beautiful dozen rose arrangement that made my daughter's day! I provided complicated details for the delivery location ( a Mayo Clinic....) and the flowers were delivered on time, and to the exact location needed. I am very pleased with all facets of the process; Carol was helpful and friendly, the stunning arrangement was exactly what I was hoping for, and the price point was fair and not excessive. I have used Tatum Flowers many times for Christmas, birthdays, just because arrangements. Everyone I've sent flowers to in the Phoenix area, loves the flower gifts I have sent them. I highly recommend them. I do not live in Phoenix and I have asked for photos to be sent to me of the arrangements prior to delivery so I can enjoy the beauty of their flower craft. read more

Amazing customer service! A friendly staff member answered all my questions about delivery and the arrangement. I live out of state and order flowers for my mom for lots of occasions when I can't be with her. This time I tried Tatum flowers based on all the great reviews on Yelp. My mom called me after they arrived and said they were the best flowers she ever got from me or anyone else for that matter. I've been sending her flowers several times a year for over 10 years now and she never raved like this so much about the arrangement. She sent pictures to all her friends and had to give them the name of the florist. The arrangement was so beautiful and fast. They filled and delivered the order in less than 3 hours. I found Tatum Flowers on Yelp when looking for flower delivery. My friend lives in Cave Creek so I was happy to see they deliver to that area. On the day of my delivery, I called in to see when the flowers would arrive and they were so helpful. My friend sent me pictures of the flowers and they were stunning. I was seriously so blown away! The flowers looked EXACTLY like the photo shown on their website, if not better. Sometimes at other flower places you see a beautiful and full arrangement online but get way less in person when it's delivered. This was not the case with Tatum Flowers. The arrangement was so gorgeous and absolutely packed with fresh flowers. Will definitely use this business again! read more

Excellent value and beautiful flowers. The woman who helped was really nice, too. Only dropping a star because I was a bit uncomfortable with 2/3 people not wearing masks, one a customer and the other a man who seemed to work there or own the place, neither of which seemed to care how I might have felt as someone wearing a mask themselves. The woman helping me directly did wear a mask, though, which was appreciated considering we're in a pandemic. Overall, a great experience, and I'll probably be back either way. read more

After having countless horrific experiences with Pro Flowers and 1800 Flowers, I decided to seek out a local Arizona floral shop. Tatum Flowers was the only floral shop with great reviews and actual photos of their work. Slightly hesitant due to my experiences in the past, I decided to give them a try. I ordered through their online platform which is very straightforward and easy. My mother adores purple everything so I selected their Deluxe "Sweet Devotion" bouquet. I ordered at 8:30 a.m., printed my receipt and went to work, waiting in anticipation. At 1:50 p.m. I received a text from my mother saying her flowers were delivered; she could not stop raving about them! She said they were fresh, full, extremely fragrant and the bouquet was arranged beautifully. My faith has been renewed in ordering flowers. From now on I will be strictly ordering from Tatum Flowers. FLOWERS NOT AS PICTURED My sister and I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom in the hospital specifically because of how colorful and bright the picture was. When my dad sent pictures of what they looked like, we were confused. The colors didn't match up at all (we got the deluxe version) and they just added more green leaves which makes the whole bouquet look very green instead of colorful... My sister spoke with Carol and she said they PHOTOSHOP the flowers online and that's why we ended up with different colors in person... My sister said she was rude on the phone and suggested my sister didn't know her colors and said "what do you want me to do, pick up her flowers and send her new ones?" Still a decent bouquet but don't go with expensive options as they do not meet the value you are paying for read more

I cannot say enough about Tatum Flowers. I called to ask about sending a birthday arrangement to my elderly grandmother. My grandfather had passed a month before, and she was in low spirits. I spoke to an employee and set a price range and then gave her free range as to the makeup/design of the arrangement. My only request was that it be colorful. The flowers arrived on her birthday and were absolutely stunning. I got the feeling whoever made that arrangement spent a lot of time and effort in the design. My grandmother said it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen, and she talked about them for days afterwards. They made my grandmother's birthday and made my day knowing they had gone above and beyond for my family. read more

Ordered long distance to have an arrangement delivered to a funeral with only one day notice. They were very helpful while ordering. Next day we got a photo via text of the beautiful arrangement. When we went to the service, we didn't see our arrangement with all the other flowers inside the chapel. My hubs was a little upset and I texted Tatum Flowers asking when and where they were delivered? Tatum Flowers responded right away that they were put on a table out front. Later we found them on the guest book table. Appreciated the quick response and A+ customer service! read more

I'll be coming back. They've earned my business. I purchased flowers and they weren't in full bloom so I wanted to add more flowers so that it can look full. They made sure I was happy and helped me with my request. They weren't disrespectful or passive aggressive and did not make me feel like my request was absurd. My wonderful husband sent me 25 long stem roses to my work yesterday for our 25th wedding anniversary. When it was delivered one of the roses had broken and bent Tatum Flowers replaced not one but delivered 3 roses the next day! Excellent customer service! Beautifully designed floral bouquets. Each flower in perfect condition. When ordering from out of town for family that lives near the shop, they have been extremely helpful and even added my order as a rush to get it there in time. I wanted to send some flowers to my cousin in Phoenix. I'm in North Carolina and went online to look for a highly rated reasonably priced florist. Tatum's in Phoenix had rave reviews and the pictures of their arrangements were enticing. I spoke to Lisa - what a lovely person - and I asked for a designer's choice for my cousin. She'd been in an auto accident and badly needed cheering up. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL -- she sent this picture and couldn't stop gushing about how lovely they were and how they brightened her day. Not too much interaction via the phone but they took care of business via their online presence and my niece thought the flowers were beautiful. He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.

What a gem!! I decided to go with Tatum Flowers because of their excellent rep on Yelp. I recently had an ACL surgery and if you've experienced this you know it's not any fun. You also know that you essentially need someone to act as a full time nurse to keep you comfortable, fed, and iced at all times. My wife did such an amazing thing to have the patience to do any and everything I needed this week so I wanted to show her my thanks by sending her flowers to her work. I called last night an hour before closing and spoke with Lisa (?) and she was so nice and took very good care of me. I didn't even see the bouquet until they were delivered at 10 this morning but knew I was in good hands. All smiles from the wife and jealous co-workers thanks to Tatum Flowers. I visit this flower shop to buy myself some flowers from time to time, and I'm always pleased with the experience. However, my most recent visit was particularly memorable. I brought my 18-month-old daughter along while we were running errands, and the staff went above and beyond to make the trip special for both of us. They didn't just serve me with their usual warmth and care; they took the time to interact with my daughter, trying to make her laugh and making her feel welcome. (My dad isn't the most observant so he didn't see them but I had a feeling they definitely were delivered). The folks at Tatum flowers helped confirm they were delivered, and still sent another arrangement b/c my dad didn't notice so the 1st one was left out in the hot sun for a couple days. She was very considerate and explained pricing of what was in the picture I showed and offered alternatives if that didn't fit my budget, which I did utilize those substitutes.
