With Caitlin M's 40th birthday fast approaching, I wanted to do something special... Another friend and I decided we would send flowers from our families, so to Yelp I went in search of the perfect florist to deliver. I quickly realized that having a birthday the day after Valentine's Day meant that there were many florists that were closed that day or already over committed, etc... The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly, helpful, and assured me that not only would they be open and delivering, but they would be getting a fresh shipment of beautiful flowers early that morning. Its National Boss's Day, the regular grocery store selection is dull and I needed to find something ASAP with the limited time I had. DO NOT BUY HERE, POOR QUALITY I like trying places that have unique arrangements so tried this place. Never again! They tell you to be sure and select your flower color preference or else you get whatever they send. I knew to look out for that! However, their online ordering system is messed up. I go thru each prompt as it comes and when I got to enter payment info instead of taking me to next screen like it says it completed my order!!!! Didn't get a chance to enter delivery name and address, nor did I get a chance to review the order. They did call my husband cuz credit card is attached to his info. I completed email info on their website giving them the rest of the order info. Thought everything was cool. Since system completed the without actually getting everything, I didn't get to select delivery method. They didn't charge me for delivery. Flowers got delivered and edges looked like they are dying. Besides wrong color that I wanted. Guess I should've known better since they didn't have any other info for order to check on entire order?? My job apparently. Emailed them and they said got flowers from their supplier today so not their fault?? Didn't care for how they handled my complaint at all. But at your own risk but not me. I'm from San Jose, CA. I'm used to things being overpriced. I ordered online and they gave me an option of a pretty blue box with yellow flowers, and I'm like oo super cute and even though they're not the ones that last for like year it's still really cute with a really cute presentation! I order. Comes out to like $92. I'm like damn, that's a hefty price for flowers but what the hell, it's for one of my really close friends and she deserves that and more. They get delivered (additional $20) charge. $20 to go somewhere that's less than 15 min away. So 45 min total let's say for 20$. Whatever. They get to my friends house and she sends me a picture of it... not what I expected at all. Wish I could return them. I wish!!! I spent over $100 on this guys... look at my photos... the picture of the pink roses, which I forgot to specify what color I wanted. So the girls at the flower shop prolly gave me those cuz they were bigger and didn't last as long. To the lady I spoke to on the phone, you were nice... but I'm sorry, I got ripped off. This shop went above and beyond, they are incredibly responsive and happy to help make your vision come true. I ordered a large "box" of roses, a plush bunny, 2 bags of rose petals and some balloons. I gave them specific instructions regarding the delivery as it was to a hotel that I wouldn't be arriving to for a few hours and everything was perfect. I wasn't even a fan of flowers until they delivered the most stunning arrangement I've ever seen (bonus points for my lover ;) The lady who delivered my flower was so sweet too. She brought me a cute little gift to go with it. 5 star service. They're the only place in Phoenix that makes these unique arrangements - never seen anything like it. The difference between this and a Fry's or 1800-flowers bouquet is night and day. Her 'boîte' was delivered the morning of her birthday... ( I asked for specific instructions on where to deliver on our property so that our daughter would see it first when waking up on her day ..& they got it right!!) .. The flowers were beautiful! Pink and fresh ! The box and flowers is a complete keepsake.
