I'm pretty disappointed with this place. After seeing them on social media and how beautiful their arrangements looked, I sent my husband the link for Mother's Day. He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement. read more

It arrived w almost hit water in the vase, which told me it hadn't been in a temperature controlled vehicle. This local AZ flower shop is an absolute gem! Over the past couple of years, I have sent 2-3 arrangements to my mom (who lives in the area) for her birthday, Mother's Day, etc. and each time have been so impressed with how stunning they turned out. I always opt for their box arrangements as I find them to be the most impressive but given those results, I'm sure their other offerings are equally as beautiful. Really disappointed given all of the great reviews and 5 stars on Yelp. The comparison picture speaks for itself. 1) I paid $253 for the Large Eco Breeze Arrangement. I understand that some flowers may differ given the season, but the flowers in my entire arrangement seemed to be replaced with different, much cheaper flowers. This gave the arrangement a completely different look. 2) Not only were the flowers different, but there were considerably LESS flowers than what was pictured. When I reached out about this, the response I was given was that they accidentally made a medium arrangement instead of a large. They offered to refund me the difference between a large and a medium ($40), but this was not an acceptable solution due to the fact that I cannot re-send flowers for my friend's grand opening for her business. It's embarrassing. 3) The rose petals were already falling off indicating to me that these were either not fresh flowers, or they did not spend much attention to details to remove the outer petals and this is how they delivered it. 4) The vase was also different. There were no disclaimers stating that the vase would not be the same as what was pictured. The pedestal vase is what completes the entire esthetic of the arrangement. 5) Much like other customers have mentioned in their reviews, my order was also delivered later than the window I requested. I reached out directly to the business immediately after the order was delivered, but they were not accommodating and stopped responding to me. I gave them sufficient time and a fair chance to remedy the situation, but unfortunately they chose to ignore me. I would think twice about ordering from them. read more

My husband ordered me 24 peony flowers for Valentine's Day 2 weeks in advance. He followed up with them 1 week in advance to make sure they were still able to proceed and deliver this order. They could not give an exact time of delivery when he spoke with them, but I work from home so that wasn't an issue, besides our dinner plans, but we were hoping they'd arrive before then. Come Valentine's Day, my husband waited patiently and around 2 pm with the reservations coming up he decided to give them a call for an update. They were not responding and he decided maybe they'll get back to me through text. They said they'd give him an update in 15 minutes. Hours go by and we go to dinner anyways, we would just tell them to leave them at the door through our camera. We arrive home and still no flowers were delivered and no updates were sent. My husband checks their website and it states that all flowers will be delivered by 10 pm. So we waited and at 10:30 we went to bed, no flowers and no updates, i thought this was a $400 scam and we'd have to report fraud in the morning. (Keep in mind we tried to call twice in between those times). Finally in the morning we got a text saying they are sorry and want to make it up to us by giving a full refund or just have it delivered Monday with $50 extra worth of flowers "on them" (which is what 3 stems?). So still charge us $400, 3 days after Valentine's Day with a couple extra flowers. Really? You missed Valentine's Day!! My husband called twice and they picked up the second time and they said how can I help you Benjamin, she sounded annoyed. My husband proceeded to tell her he'd like a full refund, and expressed his frustration and how lousy their offer was. Why on earth would he even want to support a business that doesn't follow through on a simple and expensive order. She apologized and said it was a "system glitch". My husband then received a call from Anthony and he said that Olga was a new employee and messed up big time and he apologized. (Which here in yelp Olga is listed as a business owner? There could be 2 Olga's working there, but how likely is that?) He tried to offer us a full refund plus delivery of the flowers on Monday at no cost. You can call us unreasonable if you want, but we didn't even want their flowers after all of this. It's completely unfair to us that we were forgotten about and that our order wasn't important enough to them. And even if it was simply a shortage of flowers, or couldn't meet the delivery time, or whatever it might be, you let the customer know!! That's my biggest thing, the customer doing all the follow up and checking in is not the way to run a business. The customer should feel secure in the purchase that they made and receive regular updates on delivery times. My husband was worried all day that I wouldn't get my flowers, but he trusted that they are a reliable company based on the reviews. I don't understand how they have 5 stars, maybe we really are one of the unlucky few, but their lack of communication, unreliability and poor delivery planning will eventually catch up to them. I've noticed a lot of reviews are a 5 because they "fixed" a mistake. But there's nothing you can do to fix missing a pre planned Valentine's Day flower delivery. read more

I wanted to send flowers for a friend's recent loss, and I found this business on Yelp. I placed my order on Saturday, selecting an available delivery slot for that day. However, when I contacted the business, I was informed that they couldn't deliver on that day -despite being listed as available. I agreed to a Monday morning delivery and requested to be updated. Come Monday, I didn't receive any updates. After sending a few messages, I finally received a late afternoon reply. It turned out the arrangement hadn't even been prepared yet, and I'm unsure if it would have been completed without my follow-up. The representative was defensive and cited some confusion (unclear to what?). When the flowers were eventually delivered, they arrived without the note or sender information that was supposed to be included. It arrived with nothing, not even the business name. A couple of very thoughtful friends sent me an arrangement from NovaPetal today. I'll preface this review by stating, I've received hundreds of bouquets and arrangements throughout my 55 year lifetime. Mostly from my dear husband; who has spared no expense on many occasions. This bouquet/floral arrangement is by far the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen much less received. It's creative and visually stunning. The flowers are gorgeous, the arrangement of the flowers is artful, the vessel is beautifully fitting, the colors and scale are amazing. Chinese peonies, snapdragons, delicate, blush-colored tulips, hydrangeas, roses, all complimenting each other. Beautiful greens filling in the center and cascading down the side of the vessel. I am in love with these flowers. This arrangement is on a completely different level than any other florist I have been to or received bouquets from. I can't imagine anyone would be dissatisfied with anything ordered or designed from here. I am already googling how to preserve these flowers in a custom made tray because I want to keep these gorgeous creatures forever. I have no idea how much this arrangement was but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it was absolutely worth every single penny. We deeply value your trust and would love the chance to create something beautiful for you again. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed, and we'll take care of everything") And when I tried to call, they didn't wanna pick up the first time and on the second call she finally picked up and said how can I help you Benjamin.
