I talked to Steve over the phone to order a bouquet for a friend. The conversation was quick and easy. I called during the afternoon and was surprised that they could deliver the next day. I had to send flowers to someone in Cave Creek on very short notice, so I looked for places nearby and found this shop. Hoping it wasn't too late in the day, I gave them a call and spoke with Gina about my arrangement and where it needed to go. This was after 2pm local time, any nobody else I had tried was willing to deliver by end of day with an order placed that late. After taking a few minutes to check with her delivery driver, however, Gina confirmed that they could in fact squeeze me in! I was delighted to give my business to a local operation, rather than some faceless national chain, and Gina did a fantastic job. I got several comments on the flowers and the kindness of the delivery driver from the recipient's family, and could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you Gina for going out of your way to help me send flowers to a grieving friend and his family on such short notice. Genuinely appreciate your patience with all my questions and helping me get everything squared away in a single phone call. I will definitely give Floral Impressions my business again in the future, and highly recommend them. read more

Absolutely incredible! I have used many florists in the past, but nobody has even come close to Gina for design, variety, and creativity. My parents live in Scottsdale and I love to send Mom flowers because she is always astonished with what Gina puts together. My instructions are usually simple with where arrangement will be used, use bold earth tones (loves orange), crazy exotics appreciated, and please try to use something she won't be able to recognize because that's part of the fun, since she tries for days to figure it out on the internet. I will NEVER change florists because I've never gotten anything less than exceptional. I have been using Floral Impressions a minimum of twice a year for the past 8 years, so you can be confident in this review. read more

We found this company on Yelp and specifically loved the peaceful garden stand that was featured on their website. It was nice to see a website with actual photos versus most which feature generic photos. In addition to this, we specifically chose them because of their proximity to the national cemetery. Gina was extremely helpful and understanding of the national cemetery procedures and they were delivered at the appropriate time for the funeral service. The flowers that were delivered not only looked exactly like the one online -- but better!! The arrangement was absolutely stunning and the flowers were fresh and colorful. We chose an excellent company to honor the life of our loved one with blooms. We would absolutely use Floral Impressions again -- hopefully next time for a more cheerful occasion! read more

Absolutely stunning! I needed to send sympathy flowers, but living on the east coast wasn't familiar with local businesses and I don't always trust the national floral services to do a good job so I consulted the reviews of Yelp. Based on what others had to say, Floral Impressions sounded like they could put together the classy and elegant arrangement that I was looking for. Gina is amazing! She used to have her floral shop in a store front on Raintree in N Scottsdale - but after years there she determined that there just wasn't that much walk in business - so, she moved her workspace to her home. She's still doing flowers and arrangements and does an amazing job. Every arrangement I've ever had Gina do has been gorgeous, and lasts and lasts (and the price is very reasonable) - it's really an art form! So, if you need flowers, I highly recommend Gina. They deliver all over the valley (pretty sure of this). read more

Gina!!! This lady knows her stuff! I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy and excited to show these beauties off! Today is my parents' anniversary and I wanted to get them a special floral arrangement for when they swoosh into town (crazy jetsetters that they are) for the holidays. Yesterday, my coworker suggested that I call Gina, his neighbor, because he is continually impressed with the arrangements she creates. After verifying her awesomeness based on her Yelp reviews, we gave her a call. Despite this being one of her busiest times (holidays and flowers go hand-in-hand don't they?), she took the time to speak with me, get an idea of what I was looking for (it helps to visit her website if you aren't the best at florally saying what you want, you can get an idea of some of the masterpieces she has created). After giving her my color palette, a few ideas of what I found attractive on the site, and my tight deadline, we wrapped up the call (she's VERY friendly and nice to talk to). This morning, I receive my flowers, and I can honestly say I don't remember seeing anything this beautiful and creative. She is a true artist and I will most certainly be a repeat customer. read more

Hi, I have also used Floral Impressions for several years and I am extremely picky when it comes to flowers! Even when I try not to notice problems with other arrangements from other companies, they just bug me. ;) The company I work for was close to Gina's old store front office and with 2000 employees; a lot of arrangements were delivered on a regular basis. Discerning women could always tell though when an arrangement delivered to the security desk was from Floral Impressions. There is just a WOW factor that other florists don't have. Gina is very detailed oriented and so easy to work with. She is the only florist I trust enough to just tell her what colors/look I want and feel confident that she will create a perfect arrangement without me getting more involved. Floral Impressions is the only florist I use and everyone I have referred to over the just loves her too. read more

We work out of a private floral studio where each piece is custom made with only high end flowers at very reasonable prices. You won't find a carnation here unless of course you insist! We deliver all over the valley and can take care of your requests for out of town deliveries. Our permanent arrangements (silk, dried, synthetic and preserved) are also a true specialty........so lifelike and natural looking, custom made to suit your decor.

Established in 1999.

We started out in the Scottsdale Airpark and have since moved to a private work studio. We've never advertised as our awesome arrangements speak for themselves and word of mouth has gotten us quite a nice clientelle.

This is my second shop. My first shop was on the East coast but missed doing what I love so much since moving to AZ years ago. With 20+ years of design experience under my belt, I still have such a passion for what I do and translate that passion into my floral designs.

I was not home when my delivery arrived. The delivery driver called me. She did not just leave my flowers on my very hot front doorstep in the middle of summer in Phoenix. I unlocked my door remotely and she stepped in and put the flowers in the entryway while we were on the phone and I relocked the home remotely. Now that is personal service! He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.

I have sent text messages to the flower delivery driver. I have sent emails to Amy the owner , and I've called and left voicemails at the shop. I sure hope this is going to be resolved. I'm calling my credit card company by 5 PM today. The bottom line to flower shop -Do not accept a wire order if you cannot deliver to the address that is on , the order. The apartment number was wired correctly in the order and it is correct. I attach pictures of text messages as well This is absurd. Along with the other reviews from people, don't use Amy's plant house. I sincerely hope that I get refunded all of my money. And then I can come back here and change this review.

Recently I needed 3 EXCITING and INTERESTING arrangements of hard to get peonies in various colors and styles along with 7 wrist corsages on theme and 7 amusing and creative boutonnierres for my Mom's 90th birthday. Our guests, once again, were charmed by and still talking about Gina's clever arrangements, corsages and boutonnierres. They were not only stunning, witty and clever. Gina and staff never fail and can find whatever flower you need. Haven't used another florist for years and receive only the most delighted thank you notes when I do. I have an Aunt that is with Hospice and she is bedridden and is at my cousins home in Cave Creek, AZ. I randomly found Floral Impressions on line to have them make an arrangement for an early Thanksgiving Dinner on her behalf. Since we live in California, I wanted to make sure that a florist in Cave Creek area could deliver quickly.
