Ordered funeral flowers for my Uncle's services. Acacia flowers did a wonderful job! I am out of state so I found them on Yelp and called in my order. The person was very friendly and helpful. They sent me a text with a picture of the arrangement (see the standing spray) and the flowers looked gorgeous. It arrived as they promised and I am very happy with their service.

I ordered them to be delivered to a nearby restaurant so they could be set at the table to surprise my wife when we arrived for dinner. This is a cute little flower shop right on the corner of 32nd Street and Cactus. They were closing early for a family event which was communicated prior so I picked up the corsage 10 minutes before they were closing. They already had the corsage out and ready to go. It was lovely and I approve. I was greeted upon walking in and it literally was a quick in and out to pick it up. They have several types of flowers and bouquets to choose from , but this is what I needed for prom season. Prices are reasonable as well. read more

I ordered a special bouquet for my aunt's 80th birthday and was very clear about what I wanted. The florist substituted flowers without even calling me - sending a completely different arrangement than I ordered. When I contacted them, they promised to resend the correct bouquet on the 20th. The driver claimed he "left it at the door," but my aunt was home all day, and no flowers were ever delivered. Even the neighbors didn't see anything. I spent good money for something meaningful, and what I got was a total lack of communication, accountability, and customer care. Very disappointing experience -- I would strongly caution others before ordering from this florist. read more

Clerk seemed to have difficulty understanding me and I could barely understand her. Apparently English is not her preferred language. This has been my favorite flower shop for many years. Not anymore. I think they would be okay if I wanted to send a standard FTD arrangement because I could just point to a picture. Sign of the times I guess. read more

Best roses in valley! I ordered three dozen roses for my wife for our third anniversary. I ordered them to be delivered to a nearby restaurant so they could be set at the table to surprise my wife when we arrived for dinner. Bought an arrangement with 4 sunflowers, baby's breath and some greenery. It was pretty, but not worth the money. I was charged $5 for each sunflower. A list if all the flowers and their prices for one were listed on a dry erase board. Not one was more than $2.99. I looked to see how much the sunflowers were and go figure, there was no price next to it. The ONLY flower that didn't have a price per flower..why?? Because she decided to charge me $5 for each! She knew I was in a hurry, and needed something quick and completely took advantage of me. My suggestion...go to frys and get the same thing for $6.99 read more

Very disappointing. I saw the flowers they sent to my friend and they were different than the picture. 3 roses and the rest Lily's. It was supposed to be the other way around. Long stems on the Lily's and the roses were short. I was embarressed. Her son passed away and that's what she got. I will never trust ordering there again. read more

Amazing, guys let me tell you how for Valentine's day I was busy with work and by the time I got out it was late so last minute I walk in here and they also we're already shutting down I asked if they can do me a favor and make me something quick now let me explain something to you guys she could have did something quick and gave it to me I was desperate for anything, but she didn't do that, she made me an amazing bouquet of roses with a varieties of flowers. My girl was amazed and loved it I got chocolates, balloons, and a teddy bear it was just perfect. I was so impress with the flowers delivered on Tuesday for my birthday. my coworkers said the roses was smelling very strong all week from a distance. I would say from Tuesday to Saturday the roses are still strong, carnations are still fresh, the Lilies are still blooming. Please know you can be surprised when you order from here. I am sure if I wasn't happy, the florist would be accommodating, most florist do. Thank you for making my week. read more

My wife & I received some flowers delivered to us as a gift from Acacia Flowers and they were gorgeous! They also have been lasting so long! We also encountered an issue with the glass vase it came in that had a leak, and they were said they would immediately get us a new one, and it came the very next day with a whole new bundle of amazing flowers!
