However, he forgot that we have 3 cats because the bouquet came will lillies (which are my favorite flower but are deadly to cats), eucalyptus leaves, and hydrangeas. He mentioned that lillies are my favorite flower - which they are - and the florist acted on his instructions beautifully. But lillies are lethal to cats, which he seems to have forgotten. After I slept on it with the bouquet hidden away from the cats, I was able to remove everything toxic to cats and oh my heart. It was even prettier than the original. It went from "Nice flowers" to "This is ME!" The roses seemed to be different colors in the original arrangement. But when pulled out, they were cream and peach, not yellow. Honestly, I love the new bouquet better than the original. Don't misunderstand me, the original was GORGEOUS. But I have 3 cats. The flowers - all of them - were fresh, fragrant, and super high quality. Their rose selection is top tier. I adored their lillies too - just couldn't keep them. I think that, if my husband had told them that we have 3 cats, the arrangement would have been even more lovely and I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it differently. That said, I still like the smaller selection of cat friendly flowers. It feels more "me" than the original. NOT A FAULT OF THE FLORIST. Fault of the husband. The florist is 5/5. Husband gets a 3/5 for effort, and a 1/5 for execution.

I felt bad I had to involve my girlfriend who sent them by sending her some pictures to send them to Victoria at Infinity Floral to prove the flowers were dead in less than 48 hours and she now feels bad which was not my intention, so it's not been a pleasant experience and Victoria, Ms. Southern and all bubbly was not willing to do anything about the 2nd Arrangement "it was a free delivery". I popped in about a month ago to order an arrangement for a funeral that I was attending. I described what I wanted and was shown an arrangement in the case that was very popular for a sympathy gift. The arrangement in the case was beautiful and just what I was looking for. I paid in full and made plans to pick up the arrangement a few days later. When I picked up the arrangement later that week, I saw it and was immediately disappointed. It looked nothing like what I was shown at my last visit. I was in a rush and didn't have time to complain. I realize this is my fault and they likely would have fixed matters. Instead of a beautiful sympathy arrangement, it was now the day of the funeral and I had a vase that looked like it had one of everything in it. It didn't seem like it was worth the price I paid. Supporting small businesses is so important, but I feel like I was let down here.

The ones that were delivered were a disappointment due to the fact that the arrangement I paid for was just so pretty. My stepmother had just lost her father and so I sent her flowers, but instead of bright and cheerful they were deep colors which I was trying to avoid since she needed something to cheer her up. It was very hard to get anyone on the phone and I had to call several times over a 4 hour period until someone answered and wasn't very friendly. I'm giving them three stars because the flowers got to her house on the same day and at least the flowers look decent. I just really wish they wouldn't false advertise with what you're purchasing online.
