I am very impressed with the response I received from the company. Maria called me next morning but I was busy all day and was unable to return her call. She explained delivery address was out of their area, and she gave the fulfillment to another shop. They filled it to value. I asked for flowers to deliver on Saturday, 9/6. They were not delivered even though the recipient was home. I then called for the flowers to be delivered on Monday, 9/8- in morning before noon. She got a text message at 9:15 that the flowers were going delivered to her in about 15 minutes. They were not delivered! so then Tuesday 9/9 in the morning she gets a call from her apartment complex, that the flowers were delivered to the apartment office, furthermore that the office would be closing at 6 PM. She is a college student and works full-time and never gets back to apartment before 7 PM. However, she has the mornings open. So now it's Wednesday morning and she's been told that she will be charged $$$ , a delivery fee, from her apartment complex if she does not come get the flowers. I have sent text messages to the flower delivery driver. I have sent emails to Amy the owner , and I've called and left voicemails at the shop. I sure hope this is going to be resolved. I'm calling my credit card company by 5 PM today. The bottom line to flower shop -Do not accept a wire order if you cannot deliver to the address that is on , the order. The apartment number was wired correctly in the order and it is correct. I attach pictures of text messages as well This is absurd. I contacted the company and sent pictures and was then told to peel off the outside petals and put it in the fridge overnight. This company needs a course in customer service. It should not matter if the order was placed through their shop or if it was placed on a third party site and assigned to their shop. Shoddy workmanship and poor customer service is what matters most. I usually allow for some human error, but bad manners are something you cannot tolerate. My wife talked to a woman at Amy's (possibly Amy herself) about a incorrect delivery. She was very rude and unpleasant. The shop tried to correct the order and messed it up again. Mother's Day Bouquet delivered late! Don't count on Amy's Plants and flowers to deliver an out-of-town order on time. Why take the bouquet order if it can not be delivered on-time? My son's good intensions of celebrating Mother's Day with a fresh bouquet of flowers for me was unfulfilled! Then, when delivered the next day, you can see some flowers already opened and some had dark brown around the edges. Obviously, the bouquet was made early and kept refrigerated until delivered but that doesn't stop the progression of wilting. Fresh flowers are expensive and to have them delivered late is unacceptable! read more

I called the shop twice on Saturday to check on delivery and was told it was out for delivery and they promised it would be delivered. I even got an email saying my order has been delivered. No delivery was made and no phone call to our friends to attempt to make delivery. Why ask for a phone number if you are not going to use it? They were home all day and were waiting and nothing. Today, Monday, I called the shop at 9:01 and told them about No delivery and that I wanted a refund. The flowers were suddenly delivered an hour later. I received a call from Maddie from the shop a couple hours later and she had a definite attitude. She started with curt one word answers. She is lacking customer service. Her attitude put me on edge. Never would I have imagined that 'receiving' surprise flowers would cause such trouble and frustration. Amber from Mr K's Flowers calls me to confirm I received my flowers. I didn't know what she was referring to since I was not expecting flowers. She shared with me that I was to receive a delivery on Sept 4, her call to me was on Sep 9. (Background my granddaughter recently had a baby, and her other grandmother flew from Colorado into Arizona and stayed with my husband and I to meet the baby. As, a thank you she sent flowers to us through Amy's Plant and Flowers Since they are locally in CO they use Amy's flowers for deliveries in AZ). Amber explains to me that typically I would never hear from her flower shop, that their team gets a notification from Amy's when the flowers delivered. That she never received the notification, and attempted multiple times to confirm deliver with no luck. Amber, was going to look into it. She calls me , Sept 10 and said she received confirmation that the flowers were delivered. They were not. She was very unpleasant and upset for me and would check on the order again. I decided to call Amy's flower shop. This is where it gets even more bizarre. I call and speak to someone from Amy's, tell them I am following-up because I haven't received the flowers. Confirm my address. I hear a women, who I later confirm's name is Dawn yelling (actually screaming), we delivered them and we aren't delivering them again. I end up talking with Dawn-- big mistake! I insist that I don't have the flowers. She is yelling at me telling me, "my driver confirmed they were delivered." Come to find out they delivered them to someone in my neighborhood. I'm upset at this point-- I want them delivered to me and I am not picking them up. I received no note, call, ect, stating we delivered them to a neighbor. I remind her it's Sept 10 and delivery should have been sept 4. Why are they just being delivered anyway?And I was home all day/work from home, no one came by. When I told her I can't confirm my neighbor has them bc I am at working. Her response, "you never leave your desk? Looks like you have time to be talking to me." I'm getting nowhere with her so she decided to hang-up on me. She could not answer why delivery took so long and why wasn't I notified that they were at another house? Amber from said she would never use Amy's again and will either reimburse or get another flower shop to deliver. She also said before her initial call to me she tried to cancel the order but was rejected on Amy's. This is crazy to me? Worst customer service I have ever experienced. A thoughtful gestured turned into such an awful experience. Dawn was terrible to deal with and I'm a patient person. I would pay extra to avoid this flower shop. read more

Son ordered flowers for me thru 1-800-FLOWERS and unfortunately Amy's got the order. Roses in bouquet were fully open day of delivery-- everything looked at least a few days old. Called twice to let Amy know they pooped out dead on 3rd night. "Had to find my order" was response- twice! No call back. Call again and get Amy on the phone instead of voicemail. Every excuse in the book blah blah blah. Asked her what SHE suggested and she said she "didn't know"! After the nuts call went on and on with no resolution I suggested she refund the cost to my son. She said "can't do, was online, I have no way to do" which might be true. I then suggested a smaller less expensive replacement and she said she "hadn't decided"!?@‍. I told her it was HER business and I was all ears to her ideas. She refused to offer ANY remedy! Gave up with this empty headed woman and told my husband. He called Amy and got the same "duh- I dunno". He told my son who promptly got her 800-FLOWERS account debited. Lo and behold 800-FLOWERS calls me to resend and the new arrangement FROM AMY'S!! Smaller with much fewer different flowers-- a "revenge" arrangement! They went directly into the trash. Then this ignorant woman had the audacity to call me after that delivery! Moral: 1-800-FLOWERS sucks and Amy's ought to be selling bouquets on a street corner. Amy gives ZERO RESPECT to her customers and therefore she gets none from me! I as gifted a Thanksgiving table arrangement. Delivered Monday afternoon (ok for fresh flowers generally). I took one look and told delivery driver these would not last. 2 Lily's already on way out. 4 Yellow roses same. He told me that how they look, crinkly petals etc. He rang door about 1 minute later and said, try this one, looks better. Yes, a little. By 6 pm that day, 1 rose dead another droopy, this would not be usable for table. I had to buy a bouguet of flowers at grocery to try to supplement for Thursday. Very disgusted. I used Amy's plants and flowers and found the owner to be unorganized and horrible with communication. The shop assistant was the only person who returned calls. The multiple handwritten notes in my "file" led them to call me to ask questions I had already answered. I delivered the necessary ribbons and extra fill ins with clear instruction for my wedding. It was a nightmare to get anyone's attention so I wasn't surprised when on my wedding day the family corsages/boutineers flowers came wrong and my bouquet (the brides) was wrong, not bloomed and already wilting. My bouquet failed to bloom and still (4 days later) have not bloomed. This was a horrible experience that I do not wish any bride to go through. DO NOT use them. read more

If you are thinking about ordering flowers from here....DON'T. However, if you want a florist to deliver the wrong flowers and then not correct the problem, this place is for you. This place is also known as Amy's Little Plant & Flower, Co. On V-day 2012 I ordered flowers from this place for my girlfriend. The flowers that were delivered did not contain the flowers I asked for and consisted of a meager bouquet, mostly with filler and a few wilted flowers. I asked my girlfriend how the flowers looked and she gave me a half-hearted "they are fine." This was surprising since she usually is really thankful when she receives flowers. After wrestling out the details from her, she reluctantly admitted that the flowers looked half dead and they didn't fill the vase. I asked her to send me a picture of the flowers which she did. When I received the picture, I was furious. The flowers that were delivered looked like they came from a gas station. They were horrible. There was no arrangement. Instead, it was just a bunch of wilted flowers thrown in a vase, and very few flowers at that. It certainly was not the type of arrangement you would expect for the $75 I spent. I contacted the owner, Amy, about the flowers that were delivered and she asked me to send a picture which I did. She said that the arrangement did not look like what they would normally send. I told her I certainly hoped not. She offered the explanation that it was V-day and they had over 500 orders. She actually went so far as to suggest that perhaps the receptionist at my girlfriend's work stole flowers out of the arrangement before giving it to her. I suppose she wanted me to believe the receptionist stole flowers from the arrangement and stashed them in her purse....or perhaps on her desk in a coffee mug. Without admitting the mistake, Amy agreed to deliver a new bouquet the next day. On February 11, 2013, Aaron from the store called me and solicited me to purchase flowers for my girlfriend for V-Day 2013. I agreed and ordered a bouquet for $75. I specifically requested Asiatic lilies, roses and other flowers in the arrangement. On V-day they were delivered. I called my girlfriend to ask how they looked and what they consisted of. She said 4 roses and some carnations. I told her that wasn't what I ordered and asked her to send me a picture. I received the picture. There were no lilies and the arrangement looked like the $25 variety. I then called the store to complain and spoke to Kathy who had no real answers citing that she was "temporary help" brought in for V-day. She then asked for time to look into it because they had so many orders, and apparently other problems. I received a call back and Kathy said she found my order and it did specifically request Asiatic lilies. She told me that Amy would be calling me. Amy did call. She again suggested that someone may have stole the lilies out of the arrangement. She told me some story where someone else had called and complained and when she asked for a picture to be sent in, she could see the lilies taken out in the background of the picture. I told her I experienced a similar problem last year. Apparently, she had forgotten that I had this problem before when giving her "flowers were stolen excuse." I told her that the arrangement looked complete, just wrong and that no flowers appeared to be missing. She asked me to send her a picture, which I did. Amy then called and admitted that the wrong arrangement was dropped off. This was finally a step in the right direction. She then offered to refund me $20 and asked if that would be okay. I told her no it would not be okay and asked her how much the arrangement she delivered cost. Amy told me it was a $35 arrangement. I was then perplexed why she would offer a $20 dollar discount when I paid her $75. I then requested a full refund and she became a total bi*#h. She stated I would get the full refund and that she would send her driver to pick up the flowers that were delivered. She told me "you aren't going to get anything for free." I told her that if I ordered a pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza the solution is not to reimburse the one dollar more the pepperoni pizza may cost. The solution is to deliver what was ordered or give a full refund. Amy then told me it was her business and she could run it anyway she wanted. I responded that I had spent over $300 with her in the past and would never order from her again. She did not care. Amy can run her business however she wants in the future, but I will not be a customer. The ultimate result was that Amy picked up the wrong flowers she delivered in the first place, I spent an hour of my day dealing with their mistake, and my GIRLFRIEND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FLOWERS ON VALENTINE'S DAY. I will never use this florist again. If you decide to, expect mistakes, wrong deliveries, and unprofessional customer service...oh and don't forget the excuse that the receptionist MUST have stole the flowers! read more
