I've checked few other local places and looks like this place is very competitive in price. They also provide that personal touch that you don't get from the grocery store florals. My daughter trusted Cactus Flower to deliver a beautiful bouquet for mother's day 5/12/24 and what I received was very disappointing. The flowers were one dz red roses and purple orchids. My husband wanted to make my birthday special -- it's been a tough year. The arrangement was artful with orchids, hydrangeas, a dinner plate-sized dahlia, lilies and a mum. He specifically asked the designer to use flowers that would last. Well, it lasted exactly overnight. The only flower that is not drooping is the little pink mum. With plenty of water, cool conditions and placed away from sunlight, the flowers wilted. He is not one to complain even though he spent $150. Outstanding floral design - Exceptional Customer Service! My mother received a large, stunning arrangement filled with very unique and colorful flowers. We marveled at the variety all evening trying to guess the names of each type of flower. But in the morning, two of the fragile hydrangeas had wilted. I called to ask for a replacement, and immediately the staff/owners were very apologetic and concerned. They wanted to replace the flowers right away that day. I needed to send flowers to a dear friend that was having major surgery in Chandler. Was basically "flying blind" since I live in Florida and do not know anyone else out there. The staff was fantastic! They called me back to let me know she was listed on the out patient surgery list and wanted her home address in case she was discharged today. They assured me she would get the flowers today regardless of the location. She was not discharged but these sweet people waited until later in the day for confirmation and delivered them to the hospital. It was just the pick me up she needed. I finally ordered the flowers from Cactus Florists who are in Scottsdale and within 2 1/2 hours, I received a note saying they were delivered. Can't do much better even if I did it myself.
