Beautifully designed floral bouquets. Each flower in perfect condition. When ordering from out of town for family that lives near the shop, they have been extremely helpful and even added my order as a rush to get it there in time. They do get many many orders on holidays so good idea to place orders as soon as you can. Superb quality offering unique arrangements that don't just look like every other flower shop. read more

Finally - a neighborhood florist in our neighborhood again...why did it take me 2 years to find out about them? (Thanks, Yelp!) Very nice lady working there when I went in. I wanted some flowers for my wife - wanted something custom and not 'a dozen roses' - she helped me pick out some Lillies and Sunflowers and put them in a nice arrangement - they're looking great and the Lillies are still opening - way better than the grocery store arrangements. Thanks! read more

The employees were extremely helpful and patient. Helped me choose a corsage that matched my date's prom dress and she loved it! They managed to make the arrangement last moment as well. Best flower shop I've been to! read more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! This is going to be lengthy, but it is worth it. The customer service I experienced was beyond amazing, and the flowers were gorgeous. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. She never asks for anything, but this time she specifically asked for flowers. Being the money conscious (cheap) person that I am, I ordered something online that looked great. When they were delivered to my wife's work, she texted me a picture of her with the flowers. She tried to look happy, but the picture told the truth. The flowers I had sent looked AWFUL!! I decided to look for a local flower shop and found Tatum Flowers. Their reviews were great and I figured I would give them a shot. When I arrived, someone greeted me immediately and asked how she could help. I told her that I was looking for an arrangement. She said that she was finishing an order for a funeral, but she would be right with me. She then had an associate assist me. The associate asked for my budget and showed me some pre-made arrangements. They were a little more than my price range, but they were gorgeous. Plus, I was willing to pay a little more to make up for my mistake. When it came time to pay, I realized that I had left my wallet at home. I asked if they could hold onto the arrangement until I got back, and they said sure. When I returned, the associate rang up my order, and it was less than I expected. The manager or owner (I'm not sure which) who had been working on the funeral arrangement came up and said that she had freshened up my arrangement and had taken $15 off the order as well. I'm guessing that the associate had told her that I was spending a little more than I had budgeted, and she helped me out. Either way, this was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I don't buy flowers that often, but when I do, I will be back at Tatum Flowers. I have already put them in my contacts. read more

I needed flowers and I'm from Ohio so wasn't sure where to go. When I walked into Tatum I was helped promptly. I told the employee my price range. She had a bouquet reassembled but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. She knocked the price down to what I wanted and I was on my way. I was very pleased the the flowers look great! read more

I was able to send my niece some flowers via their website. I'm in California and she is in Phoenix. Fair price, family-run business. The ladies were very careful and particular about not giving me any flowers that were not TOP quality! Walked in the morning before Mother's Day, they were clearly very busy, and still took my order and accommodated me with a beautiful bouquet with flowers that I chose myself from the assortment. In and out in about 15 minutes on one of the busiest days of the year - the cost was less than $25. read more

I have been using tatum flowers for fund raising events and dinners for many years. I've also used them for family funerals, and have been warmed by the genuine caring and support received by the owner. Not only do did the flowers look very lush, vibrant and beautiful for my father and sisters funerals, only two years apart, I was treated like family and embraced during those difficult times of trying to arrange everything through grief. For this I am truly grateful. I hope the next event will be a celebratory one with Tatem Flowers. read more

It's not easy to choose a florist outside the state you live in. I've used online companies for previous orders and I have never been satisfied with what my family would receive; not to mention their high prices. So a couple years back I decided to do some research and find a good local floral shop and came across Tatum Flowers. Thus far, I have ordered 4 arrangements (one in which I ordered yesterday) and they never cease to amaze me!! Leza, the lady that usually takes my orders is always very nice and helpful. The price is unbeatable. The delivery is speedy fast. The customer service is unmatchable. And the outcome is great EVERYTIME!! She always offers to send a text photo of the arrangement. How amazing is that???? I'm speechless. I can't thank Leza enough for her wonderful customer service! And as always the receiver was very impressed!! Tatum Flowers, you have a loyal customer from MI for life and I am extremely grateful for you!! read more

Update: Lisa delivered a new arrangement with an apology for the wrong bouquet being sent in error previously. I live in Las Vegas and saw all the great reviews so called for help picking out something for a sad occasion in Phoenix. They were so nice and helpful in picking out just the right arrangement and delivery was perfect to my niece and her husband. I called just before closing and then the following morning to change the verbiage on the card and they also let me know they had already called to confirm delivery to the recipient. Thank you for your help, compassion and being so easy and patient to work with. I would certainly use Tatum Flowers again without any hesitation. read more

Been meaning to dust off the Yelp pen. Sitting at the Starbucks across the parking lot from Tatum Flowers I remember having a good experience there and I should tell Yelpers so. I strolled in around 6:00 pm, on Valentine's Day, on my way to dinner with my lady. Way to procrastinate, me. I asked if they had flowers left and the lady who helped me out laughed and said, 'Yes. What would I like?" "Like"? I don't know. I'm a dude. Not a meathead but a dude, nonetheless. Flowers are not something I get. I said, "I have no idea. Can you just throw something together for me?" She obliged and the bouquet she put together was beautiful. I didn't know it then. They're just flowers to me. My girlfriend was floored, however. When she pointed out the bouquets at Costco the next day and said, "Those are the same bouquets every other girl got, mine was just for me." and squeezed my arm, I was glad I strolled into a local type place over a Costco or Fry's or whatever. So thanks Tatum Flowers for a personal touch in a rush. read more

I've been coming to Tatum Flowers about every week for the last 7 months. I wrote my first review then, and wouldn't change a thing. Lisa and Carol always put a smile on my face when I walk through the door on Friday. I wanted to share the amazing arrangement I received today, for Halloween. Carol took extra care on this one. She spray painted the twigs black and even made the roses look spooky. Those added touches along with the perfect colors for the season is just one of the reasons I keep coming back! Please check them out when you get a chance, you won't be disappointed. read more

My girl's Bday is on 2/22. I needed flowers delivered to her work so she could show off if she wanted to. According to my sources, this was highly important in terms of me not "screw[ing] it up big time, Tom." My mom was very clear on this point. Anyways I find Tatum Flowers on Yelp naturally cuz its well rated and it said they deliver throughout the valley from the little shaded area on the baby-sized map on their yelp page. I need them to get to Glendale, tomorrow, by noon. I go to their website and submit an order for some lilies and roses that looks sick and is sure to get a good reaction. I write a nice note for the card. Done and done, bill's in the mail, doghouse avoided. I got a missed-call minutes later from Lisa at Tatum Flowers, who left a voicemail explaining that they do not deliver to the specified Zip code. She also expressed her hope that I could find another flower place in time for Bday, which as far as she knew was tomorrow (its actually 2/22 but whatev.) No worries. After I check the VM I book new flowers elsewhere and boom I'm good to go. I don't return the call because I figure Lisa was just doing the basic follow-up. She sends a follow-up email, reiterating her apologies and her hope that I can find a replacement in time, specifically stating that I will not be billed for her order and that there is nothing more I need to do to cancel, in case I hadn't heard her VM. Fantastic customer service, Lisa, especially since this was all off a website. Your voicemail saved me, but your email made it clear that you care about the customer and their reasons for buying the flowers, and not just getting the $$. Thanks read more

I ordered a delivery for that special someone on Valentine's Day. Lisa took my order and she was great, very consultative. (Helped me get something unique, appropriate, and in my desired budget) The arrangement arrived later than I'd have preferred, but within the window promised (no concerns there), AND it looked beautiful! The next morning unfortunately, some of the flowers had wilted considerably. I spoke with Lisa about the problem and she was both apologetic and emphatic about improving my experience, and she insisted on sending a replacement arrangement. I didn't think it was possible but the replacement was even more beautiful and fragrant, and with none of the wilting issues - so I have to assume that was a fluke. Bottom line - If you are looking for top quality flowers, expertly arranged, from a business with real pride in the product and excellent customer service, this is your place! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. read more

I was kind of in a fog when I walked into Tatum Flowers looking for some sort of arrangement to bring to a dear friends wake. I did not know what kind of arrangement I wanted and I think Lisa, the owner, sensed I was having a lot of difficulty. After we discussed what I thought I wanted, she showed me several beautiful plant arrangements and I picked one out that was absolutely perfect. I was soo pleased with the gorgeous arrangement when I picked it up two days later. It was so fresh and vibrant.
