Yesterday we received a floral arrangement from Chandler Flowers for my husbands 75th birthday. The arrangement was sent by wire from out of state. On looking at the arrangement, we felt that the freshness of the flowers was not the best. Several flowers were broken, and the roses did not look like they would last more than a day. I called the shop and spoke with a very pleasant man who listened to my concerns. He asked if he could call me back after discussing with his manager. True to his word, he called back and asked if he could come by. A short while later he arrived with a beautiful replacement arrangement. I called this shop to order flowers for teacher appreciation week. I told them my son's teacher had a beehive theme for her classroom. I was hoping they could make something bee themed, same week notice mind you. They were so helpful and it is also Mother's Day weekend. They told me they didn't have any bee accessories but they would make something bee friendly. I've used this shop a few times now for flowers for my mother-in-law (I live in WA) & each time I have been very pleased with everything. Even when I've ordered last minute for holidays like for this christmas, they delivered quickly, the flowers looked great & they even sent me a pic of the arrangement beforehand. I am continually impressed with the service and quality from Chandler Flowers. Their bouquets are always gorgeous and fresh. But this time they went above and beyond. I found out at 9pm on Wed that the father of an old friend had passed from Covid and the funerary was Thursday at 11am. I took a shot and placed my order, adding a note that if the time wouldn't work because of the short notice, they could contact me for a home address to deliver it to instead. Within an hour I had a picture of what the arrangement would look like, and the next day I got a delivery confirmation before 9:30am! I started using Chandler Flowers at the recommendation of a friend, and from now on, for any occasion I have to send flowers to anyone in the greater Phoenix area, I won't use anyone else. read more

Great people make great flower arrangements! I was in need of a basket arrangement at 5:15 pm and and apparently most flower shops close at 5:30. So frantically I started calling different flower shops in the area. After being turned down by 3 other shops, I called these nice people and said that they would stay open to help me. When I got there I told them that there was an arrangement I had seen on line that I loved. And without hesitation they made one for me on the spot. STAY AWAY......I went there to pick up some tulips, no big deal. I asked for an arrangement, cool. The woman working there said they would be beautiful, OK. I pay this egregiuos amount, and while dealing with the sticker shock still, I let them know I'll be outside making a call while waiting for them.
