I needed flowers to celebrate our 24 year wedding anniversary and I found East Arrowhead Flowers on Yelp. I made the decision to order from them thanks to all the pictures. Using their website, I placed an order on Friday for pick up on Monday. Received a call on Monday morning, informing me that the shop owner needed to step out for about an hour, which was super helpful so I don't arrive when they're away. I ended up picking up the flowers on Tuesday. Parking in front of the store was plentiful. Walked in and met the store owner, and I was blown away by how beautiful the 24 red rose bouquet was! Pretty sure I've never seen such vibrant red roses before! He said these roses are top quality from Ecuador. The owner even placed the vase in a wider box secured with a cardboard grid to help stabilize it during my drive home. My wife LOVED the roses and she literally said she can't go back to a dozen roses now. Absolutely priceless reaction from my wife! read more

The shop was super helpful and accommodating when I called to change the delivery address. They rerouted the bouquet to her workplace without any issue. When a dear family friend in Chandler AZ broke his hip and was confined to bed, I immediately called East Arrowhead Flowers with my selection from their website. I live in Connecticut so I depend on a local florist to be my "eyes" for a suitable arrangement. Manager Jenny was very cordial and accommodating to ensure that someone would be home to accept the flowers. Because of the injury and many trips to the hospital and rehab, the family did not put up a Christmas tree. Instead the beautiful arrangement served as their festive holiday decoration. I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Jake & East Arrowhead Flowers in Chandler! I called them today from California not realizing it was close to closing time. JAKE answered my call and could not have been more gracious and helpful! He immediately instructed one of his staff members to begin creating the bouquet I requested- which turned out beautifully ("Pastels by East Arrowhead"). He even offered to deliver it himself on his way home...Talk about excellent above and beyond customer service! This is the best flower shop in the East Valley with the most amazing florist. I picked up birthday flowers for my wife last week and my wife absolutely loved them. They turned out so beautiful. I just told Jenny, the manager, that I wanted lavender and white for the colors of the arrangement, which were the same colors that we used for our wedding. "You ate my begonias! God!" ― Mrs. Doubtfire Flowers are a simple gesture that can brighten anyone's day. I had wanted to pick up some flowers for my friend and this shop had been on my radar. Upon walking in, the owners' daughter encouraged us to look around and even walk inside the cooler were they store the flowers. While making our way inside, this bouquet caught my eye. Purples, pinks, and some yellow practically jumped out from its cubed vase. I knew it was perfect. A quick swipe of the card later and I was walking out of there with my bouquet in a travel-safe box. Arrowhead Flowers is a clean shop with modern floral arrangements, fair prices, and most importantly: the flowers are fresh. Support this mom and pop flower shop. Thank goodness for this shop! I needed a corsage & boutonnière set at the last minute, and they were glad to accommodate me! (Our family is from a remote area in Northern AZ and there are no local flower shops, malls or even Walmarts unfortunately). & of course my niece decided at last min to attend her prom, ugh! LOL... When I first called, I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes by a young girl only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. When I called back, a different person answered and transferred me back to the same young girl, who seemed bothered and uninterested in helping. She kept speaking over me while I was trying to convey what I was hoping for and repeatedly tried to upsell me even after I clearly explained my budget of $150. This was not my idea of a grand gesture for a birthday gift. I specifically asked for peonies to be the centerpiece, and what was delivered felt lackluster, underwhelming, and lacking creativity. The arrangement my daughter received looked much smaller and far less impressive than what I expected for the price paid and the expectations set. It did not feel grand or special at all. Overall, the customer service and final product did not match the experience I hoped for. I will not be using their services again. Edit: I've also included the pink bouquet I purchased from Imagine Flowers (Scottsdale) at the same price, delivery included.

Everything looked full and lush and all the colors were very cohesive- my dress had flowers on it so it was very important to me that nothing clashed. She absolutely nailed it! There was some confusion early-on about whether or not they'd be able to deliver for our early morning set-up time which caused some stress, but in the end Frances was onsite bright and early personally arranging our ceremony arch flowers and pinning boutonnieres to the dads' suits. Everything looked so romantic and perfect. We're thrilled she was a part of our day.
