To say the floral arrangement my new boyfriend bought me was gorgeous is an understatement! Love that the sunflowers were elevated with other types of flowers and sprigs. He let me know it was very easy to purchase and compared to other local flower shops, this was our favorite this year. If you are in the area, I would check out this shop for the great product, friendly service, and the value of the product. read more

This is by far the only flower shop you need to go too when you need flowers for someone special or any kind of event. This is the only place I've bought flowers from over the last 6 years and every time they make it special. The shop owners are so personable and always remember you when you come in even after a single visit. They're the hardest working family and if there are issues they call you right away and suggest ways to substitute arrangements if they don't have certain flowers in stock. Everything is fresh and you never have to worry about replacing them anytime soon read more

Fantastic costumer service! They went out of their way to get the specific flowers I wanted and added even more than I asked for.

I needed flowers to celebrate our 24 year wedding anniversary and I found East Arrowhead Flowers on Yelp. I made the decision to order from them thanks to all the pictures. Using their website, I placed an order on Friday for pick up on Monday. Received a call on Monday morning, informing me that the shop owner needed to step out for about an hour, which was super helpful so I don't arrive when they're away. I ended up picking up the flowers on Tuesday. Parking in front of the store was plentiful. Walked in and met the store owner, and I was blown away by how beautiful the 24 red rose bouquet was! Pretty sure I've never seen such vibrant red roses before! He said these roses are top quality from Ecuador. The owner even placed the vase in a wider box secured with a cardboard grid to help stabilize it during my drive home. My wife LOVED the roses and she literally said she can't go back to a dozen roses now. Absolutely priceless reaction from my wife! read more

When a dear family friend in Chandler AZ broke his hip and was confined to bed, I immediately called East Arrowhead Flowers with my selection from their website. I live in Connecticut so I depend on a local florist to be my "eyes" for a suitable arrangement. Manager Jenny was very cordial and accommodating to ensure that someone would be home to accept the flowers. Because of the injury and many trips to the hospital and rehab, the family did not put up a Christmas tree. Instead the beautiful arrangement served as their festive holiday decoration. I cannot thank East Arrowhead Flowers and Jenny for bringing holiday cheer to my family's dear friends. read more

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and was worried when I realized she wouldn't be home to receive them. The shop was super helpful and accommodating when I called to change the delivery address. They rerouted the bouquet to her workplace without any issue. Thanks to them, she got to enjoy her flowers during the day instead of coming home to them sitting outside her house. Great service and really appreciated the flexibility. Not my first time using them and would definitely use them again. read more

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Jake & East Arrowhead Flowers in Chandler! I called them today from California not realizing it was close to closing time. He immediately instructed one of his staff members to begin creating the bouquet I requested- which turned out beautifully ("Pastels by East Arrowhead"). He even offered to deliver it himself on his way home...Talk about excellent above and beyond customer service! "You ate my begonias! God!" ― Mrs. Doubtfire Flowers are a simple gesture that can brighten anyone's day. I had wanted to pick up some flowers for my friend and this shop had been on my radar. Upon walking in, the owners' daughter encouraged us to look around and even walk inside the cooler were they store the flowers. While making our way inside, this bouquet caught my eye. Purples, pinks, and some yellow practically jumped out from its cubed vase. I knew it was perfect. A quick swipe of the card later and I was walking out of there with my bouquet in a travel-safe box. Arrowhead Flowers is a clean shop with modern floral arrangements, fair prices, and most importantly: the flowers are fresh. Support this mom and pop flower shop. This is their second location with 22-years under their belt! Wow! Arrowhead Flowers will be my new place to go for flowers. read more

I picked up birthday flowers for my wife last week and my wife absolutely loved them. They turned out so beautiful. I just told Jenny, the manager, that I wanted lavender and white for the colors of the arrangement, which were the same colors that we used for our wedding. Arrowhead Flowers did a superb job of making floral arrangements for my mother's funeral with only one day notification. We were from out of town and fortunately came across this company. The service provided by personnel was fantastic as we navigated through this difficult time. The company was able to meet all of our desires in this short amount of time and the selection from which to choose met all of our expectations, if not more. The value of final order was well within the budget we gave them. I cannot give enough positive comments for the kindness, generosity, quality of product and service, and care they gave. I would recommend this company for any occasion needing flower arrangements. read more
