My mother-in-law ordered the flowers over the phone to be delivered for my wife's first Mother's Day. The florist texted stating there was an emergency and the flowers needed to be delivered a day later (originally expected two days before Mother's Day). Mother's Day comes and goes with no flowers nor any communication. We have called and texted and have been completely ghosted without a refund. Just had an awful phone experience while inquiring about a Mother's Day corsage. I was leaving a voice message to see if they by chance had a specific flower, when a woman abruptly jumped on the line and rapidly interjected... "We don't have those flowers and we are not taking deliveries!" (I didn't even ask about deliveries, I was choosing this shop because it's right around my house!) ... I kinda chuckled to lighten the tone and switched gears to ask about what they did have so I could just choose from what was in stock. "Wow! Two strikes against me... what else would you have on hand for me?"... An almost annoyed: "Nothing"... yikes, that caught me off-guard! No way did she just say that to a potential customer... "Wow, so you're busy enough you're just turning away business now?".... "Yep"... and thus ended my interaction with Red Mountain Florist!.... I've been on the phone with 5 other florists this morning, all of which were busy ramping up for their Mother's Day orders... none of which were at all rude or short-sighted like this. While they didn't have the lily I was looking for either, they were very friendly and helpful in suggesting where I could find some and wished me luck. Unfortunate and really bad interaction with Red Mountain Florist today... they won't be getting any of my business or recommendations... in fact, she went out of her way to have that poor interaction! She would have been better off letting me finish the voice mail and just never responding! I don't need that kind of bad juju in the flowers for my mom ;) Good luck! read more

It's quite rare to find a business that thinks and cares about the customer.. this is one of them!! Shelby was an amazing help and was able to accommodate for the perfect custom bouquet for my girlfriend. I ordered the day before our anniversary, and sent a picture of a custom arrangement I was hoping to get something similar to. It was the end of the week and they didn't have some specific flowers/items in stock, I was told they would be back in stock and ready for delivery early the next week on Monday. This was no problem to me, however Shelby was looking out for me as I'm sure she does for all her customers, and she generously sent out something small for the day of my anniversary. I had a difficult order. I wasn't at all sure what I wanted. My best friend of over 40 years had lost her father, three days before her Moms 75th Birthday. Fantastic! A+ Service! After scouring the depths of YELP, I placed an online order for sympathy flowers from Red Mountain Florist for a friend who moved to the Mesa area (I live in SoCal). Shelby emailed me immediately to let me know that it was too warm to leave the arrangement outside in the heat, and together we were able to establish a delivery time for when my friend would be available to receive the flowers. Shelby was patient, personable and so kind in our multiple communications while I tried to figure out my friends schedule without blowing the surprise. She even threw in a little stuffed animal for my friend as she is expecting her first baby any day now. Would 100% order again and would 100% recommend. When the flowers were delivered, my friend immediately messaged me letting me know how pleasant the delivery process was, along with photos of the arrangement - which was even BETTER than I could have ever expected. Buyer beware! Not a very transparent company. I ordered a particular plant from the website with a nice brown wicker basket with five nice plants, no ivys. I ordered this particular basket based on the basket and the type of plants shown. The website shouldn't even show photos but instead say random basket with random plants. Because that's exactly what you get. When I called I was told that there is a disclaimer and they can give you whatever they have. read more

I would like to start that this flower shop is family owned and operated and you just cant find that anymore. The customer service that this Mother and daughter duo provide is unmached!!! They of course are helped in that department by Fritz! That adorable little puppy runs up and greets you as soon as you walk in the door!
