Great experience at this shop. I will always buy my flowers here. It's important to support local businesses. read more

Karen's Flowers is the best! Usually when I order flowers online, what gets delivered look nothing like the picture... in this case, the flowers exceeded what was shown on the website! They were perfect! We don't live in the Mesa area but wanted to find somewhere local to buy from. After some research (and going through multiple sites that made it appear they are local but in reality, are not), we came across Karen's and ordered a bouquet for my Mother in Law's 88th birthday. The customer service with the delivery was exceptional! Angela was amazing and communicated with us when my MIL wasn't home for the delivery. She accommodated the timing for delivery to make sure the flowers didn't just get dropped on her doorstep to die in the heat. We will use Karen's for all of our flower needs in the future! Another huge thanks to Angela and the delivery driver who worked together to make sure they were perfect for her special day. read more

My boyfriend was visiting for the weekend, and he suggested since we were grocery shopping at Trader Joe's to check out this shop for some flowers. He knows how much they bring me joy and I love the scent of fresh flowers. We were greeted immediately upon entering, and loved the assortment they had to grab-and-go as he usually had ordered ahead from other places in the past. I picked a lovely assortment in a vase for only $25! The flowers are beautiful and have lasted three days so far looking vibrant as ever. Definitely recommend this florist and if in the area, I hope to shop again soon. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered flower delivery for my lady's birthday and they were going to deliver them to her work. She had to stay home with our sick 9 month old and 2.5 year old. I've been getting flowers at Karen's Flowers for at least the last 10 years! They are a great little flower shop. On 07/24/2023 I spoke with Angela who I always deal with. I ordered some pink roses for my wife's birthday on 07/26/2023! I picked them up on the morning of 07/26/2023 and they were absolutely gorgeous. They were huge, fresh, and smelled great! My wife was thrilled! I have included a couple on these photos from 07/27/2023 as they continue to open and get bigger and bigger! They are huge!! Neither my wife or I have ever seen roses so big! Karens Flowers is the best floral service I have ever used! I ordered an arrangement for my mom's birthday in January. It was the most beautiful arrangement of flowers I have ever ordered. Recently ordered flowers from Karen's when my daughter received her master in social work degree. Flowers and flower arrangement were absolutely beautiful!! And.....the flowers seem to last much longer than the ones you grab at a grocery store. Friendly customer service and suggestions for designing flower arrangement I wanted was so appreciated! Thank you so much! Also.....I wanted flowers to be delivered 4:30ish or a little later so my daughter would be there to accept them herself and Karen's went out of the way to accommodate a late delivery. Thank you! I ordered some flowers for my mom from Karen's. I live in Oregon and my mom is in Mesa, AZ. I wanted to go with a local shop in her area and I'm so glad I did. You just don't get this level of service from the national chains. The delivery was difficult due to issues on our end, and Angela was wonderful. She called me and my mom and handled everything! I couldn't even help her as I was so busy at work but Angela took care of everything! And the flowers were beautiful and a very reasonable price. This arrangement including delivery was $65. Karen's will definitely be my florist whenever I need flowers for mom. Service, quality, and price are all excellent! read more

So impressed with Karen's Flowers. I called last minute after being very disappointed by a different flower shop to see if they could make a sympathy arrangement for my husband's boss whose mother passed away. Not only were they accommodating and listened patiently to the requests I had for the arrangement, they completed this request in under 4 hours!!! When I arrived I called and someone ran it out to my car for me. Great service! I will be using Karen's for any of my future flower arrangement needs!! read more

Karen's flowers did an amazing job for an out-of-state order I made over the phone! Our surprise recipient was so thrilled with the custom arrangement. I called on Wednesday afternoon, Angela answer the phone, I described the colors that I was looking for and also a different color vase, she provided options, she even sent me pictures to choose from, and I even had a special request (I pre-ordered a cake at a local bakery and Karen's flowers was able to pick it up and combine it with their delivered arrangement and balloon bouquet for the ultimate surprise and birthday treat! ) I have family in Arizona although I live elsewhere, and I will highly recommend Karens flowers to all my relatives and those of you reading this read more

Ordered a sympathy bouquet online this past Saturday for delivery locally, just a couple hours before the shop closed for the weekend. The first available date was this upcoming Monday, which was completely what I expected given my late ordering time. The shop texted me about 1/2 hour after the order and asked if I would like them delivered that day, to which I responded, sure that would be great! Maybe and hour later or so, the delivery person texted me to confirm the delivery was made, including some special notes regarding the circumstances at the house it was delivered to. Then, later that afternoon, the recipient called me and said she was blown away by how stunningly beautiful the arrangement was, and it brought some much needed joy to a sad situation. 10/10 operation, I couldn't possibly have been happier. Will use for all of my future floral needs. read more

I've used them before and was extremely satisfied which is why I came back. This time they really blew me away. I screwed up on my order. It was 100% my fault and 0% theirs. But they still took care off the problem as if it was their mistake! And on probably their busiest weekend of the year- Mothers Day weekend. I will definitely use Karen's Flowers again! Thank you! read more

I am from another state and when my niece gave birth shortly after noon, of course I wanted to send flowers. I called Karen's Flowers around 1pm and explained that I wanted to send a cute baby girl arrangement and plush, but I didn't want the traditional "baby girl" pink and white flowers. I also told the sweet lady on the phone that if she had some particular flowers she liked to go ahead and use them. When I received a picture from my niece at 5pm (the same day) I was more than pleased with what they made and sent to her. It was exactly what I could have hoped for and truly fit my niece and the new baby. Thank you so much to Karen's Flowers! I will be using you for all my future needs in Mesa, Az. read more

I received the most beautiful flower arrangement from Karen's flowers. I have received a lot of flowers in my life but I think this is the best one I have ever received. There were so many different kinds of beautiful colorful flowers in a basket. The arrangement was done so well with the flowers accenting each other. There were roses , mums, Gerber daisies, Ranunculars and many beautiful green leaves. This will be my go to florist for the future. Thanks for making my birthday special! read more

I wanted a sympathy wreath to celebrate the life of my former grandmother-in-law. I searched online as I really wanted a heart shaped wreath to celebrate the life of this "amazing" 91-year-old woman. The service was early on a Saturday morning so I wasn't certain they'd be able to accommodate an early delivery so I called for details. The person who answered the phone was an absolute delight with excellent customer service skills. She confirmed that while they could not guarantee an early delivery that they would contact the funeral home to see if they could deliver the day before. Unfortunately, the funeral home did not have a cooler or staff to accommodate a Friday delivery, but Karen's Flowers did commit to having the wreath prepared by 9 AM on Saturday morning. My daughter (the great granddaughter) picked up the arrangement on the way to the service. They arrangement was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website! Karen's Flowers will be my go-to local florist whenever possible! Fabulous quality and customer service, which is difficult to find these days. read more

Though I ordered an arrangement three days in advance, Karen's stated they couldn't deliver the "day of" without an additional $10 charge (to cover an additional driver) since the funeral home didn't allow for deliveries the day before the funeral and Karen's doesn't open until 9AM and couldn't get it to the funeral home by 11AM, though in the same zip code. I've never encountered this before in over 30+ years of ordering flowers. read more

Customer Service was great, truly kind. I ordered a dozen pink roses for my moms 75th Birthday to be used on her cake. I ordered two weeks in advance. I picked up the roses today and I am very disappointed. The roses looked wilted and are very greenish yellow ALL OVER, not just a little bit. I don't know what types of roses are out there but I don't know anyone who would want roses that look wilted on a cake. I could have gone to the store and picked up wilted looking greenish yellow roses if that's what I had wanted. I'm sitting in front of the cake shop picking all the greenish yellow petals off and praying it will look decent, not beautiful like I had envisioned, but just decent. This is what a fail looks like. So disappointed read more

The arrangements are beautiful ! Use them often for various occasions ! I like for them to add more baby breath to roses and the flowers are fresh and they last a longer time if you change out the vase water and snip a little bit off each stem of the flower arrangement and I add a baby aspirin in the water when I bring them home ! ENJOY! read more

I received a beautiful and thoughtful arrangement from my grandmother for my last day of student teaching. Unfortunately now I am leaving the classroom infested with fruit flys. I called the shop to try to remedy the situation as the flowers are going straight into the trash and the lady who answered the phone responded "weird, I don't know where they came from". Incredibly unhelpful. read more

I ordered a wreath for my husband's memorial. It surrounded the box with his ashes. I asked for bright happy colors. The wreath was stunning in oranges, peach, yellow, white and green.
