I'm in Cali and it's my cousin's birthday in AZ and I wanted to find the perfect flowers to send as a surprise. By the time I did my research most places couldn't do same day delivery. So I decided to find something close to her and hoped that they would accommodate me. The sweet lady who answered said yes with no hesitation and made my day. Honestly I had low expectations because I usually had bad experiences with flower shops. I told her I wanted a box of flowers and gave her my budget. I did ask if she could include some peonies and make it pink. She told me what she would include also and with those in mind, I figured they would look decent enough to make a girl happy. As the hours flew by I got worried since it was past their closing time and it wasn't delivered yet. I figured I would call them to see if they even answered and they did. She told me they were on the way over and they even made sure she got them by calling her. I can't believe the owners went out of their way to deliver them to her! They totally went above and beyond. Did I forget to mention how amazing and grand the flowers were!??! They were so fresh and beautiful that it made the birthday girl awe in amazement. Not only was she amazed, I was too. I mean, the photos obviously don't do it any justice. She told me they smelled amazing too! I am so glad I shopped local and it's businesses like these that should always be supported. Thank you so much A2Z, you are the best floral shop I have ever come across and I wish you were in Los Angeles. I wish you guys lots of success and prosperity going forward!! read more

Good price, good service, happy with our purchase we will return!! 1 suggestion though, the rose for the boutonnière was way too big. It flopped all over the place, he could only wear it for photos and then had to take it off. We tried to attach it to the lapel but it was just too big. read more

What service! I ordered a bouquet for my mom, placing an online order on Dec. 24. Not only did they make the delivery that day, but they followed up with my mom via phone at 10 pm on Christmas Eve to make sure she'd received the flowers!!! (She was out when they made the delivery.) The flowers themselves were gorgeous and my mom was very happy. Will use AG Flowers for all my floral needs in the Gilbert area. read more

Fabulous experience! Little hole in the wall florist with amazing customer service. I ordered a large Mother's Day bouquet with only 3 days notice, and they were happy to make it happen. We showed up about 30 minutes early to pick up, and they were closed for lunch. They unlocked the door and let my son and I come inside early, then they even helped carry the bouquet out to the car so I didn't have to wrangle the baby and flowers at the same time. This is now officially our go to florist in the valley! read more

Horrible quality, came in a hideous basket. My grandmas employee wanted to send her some flowers, because she's very sick right now. The employee requested tulips, they associate said they don't have tulips , but they have something very similar. These look nothing like tulips!! they came in a horrible basket and a poor quality bow. I'm sure this company thinks that the recipient isn't going to complain in fear of in embarrassment of the person who sent it to them would feel bad. This is a very sad excuse of a flower delivery and they should be ashamed. read more

If you want beautiful, unique arrangements unlike what you'll find at 1-800-flowers and everywhere else, this is your florist. They're artists with flowers. The customer service was wonderful too. When some of the images weren't loading for me on the website, they texted me pictures of the flowers I wanted to see. I really appreciate the extra special bouquet they created for my client - she was thrilled - and I was happy with the level of service I received. They gave me the feeling of being their only customer for the day - but you know with a rating like this that can't be true. Thanks AG! read more

The florist was running behind on the day of my wedding which had me a little worried but the flowers blew me away when they arrived. I had shown her pictures of what I wanted for the bridal party and family (bouquets, boutonnieres, wrist corsages), and she assured me she would do her best to re-create them. Not only did she re-create the inspiration pics, but the bouquets were better than I dreamed of. Totally worth it and amazingly well priced. Couldn't have been happier with the final product, and I received non-stop compliments about the bouquet choices. The boutonnieres were equally well done. Definitely would use this florist again! read more

Based on Yelp reviews, I selected AG Flowers to create something special for a relative's funeral. I called and asked them to modify a few arrangements I saw on their website to meet my needs. They crafted a beautiful, large arrangement comprised of purple irises, purple hydrangeas, white oriental lilies, white gladioli, lavender roses and ivy--- a nod to the Chicago Cubs. I was pleased with the price (only $85 including tax and delivery) and how responsive the florist was.Highly recommended! read more

I called A2Z Flowers around noon to see if I could get flowers delivered same day. Expecting a price tag of well over $100 for a dozen roses and same day delivery, u was happily surprised when the owner told me it would only be $90! Not only was the bouquet delivered the same day, but when the building they were delivering to was closed the went out of their way to call the person I was having them delivered to and make an extra trip to their home for the delivery! I couldn't be happier with my choice of florists. Thank you A2Z Flowers! read more

They forgot to deliver the mothers day order and didnt bother to call or apologize. Didnt forget to charge the card though! Very disappointed to say the least. I called up A2Z Flowers for Mother's Day flowers for my Mom who lives in Gilbert. The flower shop is also in Gilbert. On the phone, the woman rushed me and was half listening to me but I went ahead with my order because the arrangements online looked nicely put together. She tried to charge me quite a bit extra for delivery, but I asked her why it would be so high if she's in the same city, so she went down on price. We settled on delivery for Saturday 5/9. Half way through the day, the flowers never showed. When I called back in, she backtracked and told me it either would be Saturday or Sunday and to text her the information on my order? huh? Shouldn't she have my order info? I told her I paid her for a Sat delivery and a service, I expect her to follow through with the service I paid for. She said, okay. The flowers never came Saturday. I called her around 9p and she still didn't remember my order with my name and the address. She also gave me a pretty bad attitude and told me I should relax and give her some leeway since it's Mothers day and the covid thing.. I told her, no. If there was going to be an issue, I should of known that before she took my money when I could make a decision to go with her or not. She asked if I wanted her to bring it now (9p) then admitted she was working on it then instead of it being in the delivery truck she told me earlier in the afternoon. I told her to bring it Sunday in the AM but that I was extremely unhappy with her service. The flowers were pretty and fresh. Not great though, for the price I paid. Long story short, they need to work better with their organization and also their customer service. I will not order from them again. read more

POOR QUALITY, LATE DELIVERY, NON-EXISTENT COMMUNICATION, ALL SERVED UP WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. All I wanted was to get my Mom a nice flowering plant for Mother's Day. I didn't think that would be too much to ask. But apparently it was. I had to repeatedly call the A2Z to request updates (the delivery was 2 DAYS LATE) because they wouldn't return my calls. They said they took pictures so I could choose from 2 Azaleas. They never sent any pictures. A2Z's excuse: We are too busy to respond because it is Mother's Day. My recommendation: unless you like bad late service and poor quality product, take your business elsewhere. read more

I live in Orange County, Ca and found this floral shop on Yelp and it seemed to have good ratings and nice photos so I gave it a chance. I called to order some flowers for the arrival of my cousins new baby boy at Chandler medical center. The lady on the phone sounded nice and said if I trusted her she'd make a really nice "baby boy" flower arrangement, and I asked that she use blue and white flowers. I had called at 9AM and not only did they finally get delivered much later that evening that day, but she made the arrangement with sunflowers and small purple flowers (see sad photo). The arrangement was $65, plus a balloon and delivery, ended up costing me about $90 dollars. It's a shame that places like this take advantage of people who may not know flowers, because if you did you would know that sunflowers are extremely cheap flowers and not to mention yellow and purple don't exactly scream baby boy. What she doesn't know is that my mother is a Florist and I am an Event Coordinator so even if I didn't tell her exact Flowers, my "trust" from one vendor to another vendor in this industry was an epic fail. I hope this helps you when you are choosing your next floral shop! read more

I walked in on January 24th to purchase some tall flowers with a lot of greenery. She let me walk back to her flower fridge and pick out the ones I wanted. I didn't have cash on me so she told me to just take the flowers and come back with money another time. It's now January 5th and the flowers still look amazing. I would definitely recommend this place as she is lovely and her flowers last forever. Very happy we found A2Z flowers! read more

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Our wedding florist fell through at the very last minute, and Anush was incredibly helpful and found everything we were looking for at an incredibly reasonable price. AG Flowers in Gilbert AZ is simply the best. I needed flowers for a baby shower that I was hosting for my daughter and I sent them a picture of what I wanted the arrangements to look like. I met with them and they assured me that the arrangements would be duplicated to mimic the picture of what I wanted. Not only did they create the arrangements as promised they were even more beautiful than anticipated and very reasonably priced compared to other florists. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were- I won't use anyone else in the future for my floral needs! Denise W. read more
