This place is cute and diner like, the waitress was great! The food came out wrong on 2 of our orders but they quickly fixed it so not a big deal, the Mary's favorite Benedict was so good I added ham. The scrambles were great and great proportions.

Been to the cracked egg before. Had to revisit and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The portions were nice and generous. The place was nice and local.

This is a must-try spot for breakfast/lunch! There's plenty of parking available and the restaurant can accommodate lots of people during the busy times. The staff is friendly and can provide recommendations if you need or want them. They make their own chorizo so I ordered the breakfast chimichanga which has chorizo. We're definitely going to return to visit them again to try more of their food. There is a bar with stools for seating diner-style if you like and there's also plenty booths and tables. They do offer alcohol so you can have a mimosa or margarita with your meal. Check them out when you're in the area.

Delicious! Scratch-made delicacies ranging from sweet to savory. Cinnamon roll pancakes are to die for and the breakfast tamales were as authentic and delish as they come. The restaurant is spacious and we were seated quickly on a Saturday morning when the crowds were bustling.

Great diner-style energy every time we come to The Cracked Egg. We love this place for Sunday brunch because there's a little bit of everything for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're looking for a classic American breakfast or something with a bit of cultural influence, the flavors are always great, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. Their coffee is also one of our favorites. No matter where we go, we always end up comparing it to the coffee here , it's just that good. Today we ordered the Cowboy Skillet, which had great flavor with the gravy and the mix of peppers and potatoes. Everything paired really well together and made for a hearty breakfast. The waffle was well made with a nice butter crisp on the outside. We also tried the Shaved Ribeye Benedict with mushrooms. I really enjoyed the flavor coming from the mushrooms and onions cooked into it. The shaved ribeye was a little on the dry side, but overall the flavors still worked well together and the dish was nicely plated. Energy here is always phenomenal as people are always so kind and making sure to be constantly checking on us and making sure we have everything we need always! Ambiance is great and always nice and warm feeling. This is a place we always recommend to people, and we'll definitely continue coming back.

This is truly a local hidden gem! not the best location but one of the best Huevos Rancheros plates I have had! The quality and taste was amazing along with the friendly stuff made the whole experience perfect.

Staff was so friendly. The place is cute and comfy. Coffee is good! Food was delicious. My first coffee cup was dirty and my order was messed up, the tortillas are also not that great but honestly everything else tastes so good and the staff is so friendly I didn't even care. Even had someone approach me and asked what I was eating because it looked delicious.

I used to go here for weekend brunch with my family when I was a kid and used to live several miles down the road. Came back to visit and stopped by for good old memory. Still with good services (better before in the late 80s) and good foods, slow service but it was busy morning so understandable. Decor still felt like back in the good old days but with modern touch. Parking is great since it has a big lot. Prices are changed for sure but glad that I stopped by and try it again.

I came here for brunch on Saturday around 1130. There was a 10 minute wait and they don't take reservations. The inside had classic breakfast diner vibes. Our server Lindsey was awesome. Very patient and helped answer all of our questions and was attentive to all of our needs. I ordered the breakfast tacos which came with refried beans and I choose potatoes as my side. The portions at this restaurant are very large and the food was solid! I would definitely order this again! My husband ordered the steak fajitas and also really enjoyed it! This place has a huge menu, something for everyone!

The service was great. The food was good. We came in for brunch on Saturday on the place was hopping still Saturday at about noon! If we're in the area, we would definitely visit again. I wanted to try the biscuits and gravy, but I overheard the waitress tell another table that there biscuits were about the size of a softball and there's no way I could've eaten all of that!

What looks like a former Denny's with a clay tile roof is a pretty standard breakfast and lunch place. The menu packs meals into combos, so if you're looking for a simple egg and bacon breakfast you purchase items as sides. Our server provided outstanding service. The kitchen also performed well by delivering correct orders quickly. It's a comfortable spot but the hard walls create a loud space once customers start filling seats.

They have outside seating with a ton of misters. I believe that you can stay cool but if you're worried about frizz and your hair, I wouldn't do it lol They have a happy hour until 5 pm EVERY DAY!!! And PLENTY of options which is much appreciated. We all enjoyed our drinks, pretty to the eye and going down the hatch haha (espresso martini not on happy hour-see menu) We didn't get food but damn their ribs smelt so good, I have to come back for that. Plus, you can still order ice cream and I think that's so amazing and they look like they have so many delicious flavors. I want to try that as well. Service was awesome and friendly. Our waitress came back around before the happy hour ended to get any last-minute orders and that was really appreciated. You don't get that often or ever. I love the feel of the bar. It has a classic fuel makes you feel outside of Arizona. You can definitely go on a date, catch up with friends, or enjoy the bar to yourself. This is on my radar to come back as soon as possible Cheers

The food options are great too. I ordered the fried chicken after hearing so many good things about it. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown for me. It was super crispy and juicy, but also really salty, which kind of overpowered the flavor. The mac & cheese was pretty basic, but the Matador and breakfast sandwich were both solid choices. And don't forget to check out the ice cream shop next door! They have some really good flavors. Overall, still a great spot for brunch, drinks, and an amazing deal.

The blue cheese definitely stole the show, but the wings were delicious on their own, too. Next, hubby and I shared the Caesar salad, and it was fantastic! Salty Ramano, shredded romaine, and crispy, buttery garlic croutons. At $14, it's definitely a splurge for a salad, but it was a solid choice! For our entrée, we shared the Aviator pizza and added caramelized onions and jalapeños. The crust was super thin and crispy - just how we love it! Overall, it was a great choice, although it lacked a little flavor. I think some hot honey would be the perfect addition next time. We finished by sharing the peanut butter brookie with ala mode with the table. This one was just OK for me. There was hardly any peanut butter flavor, and it was a little too rich for my taste, although others at the table enjoyed it more. Overall, a great first visit, and we'd definitely come back to try their roast chicken options.

But I was genuinely surprised by how great the entire experience turned out to be. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The servers were kind, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. The owner even came by our table to talk with us about the restaurant, their values, and the care they put into making everything from scratch. That personal touch, along with a complimentary dessert, really made the experience memorable. The food was outstanding. The chicharrones were perfectly crunchy and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. The salsa tasted incredibly fresh and paired well with everything on the table. The carne asada was cooked beautifully, developing a flavorful crust from the Maillard reaction, which gave it that rich, savory, slightly crisp exterior while keeping the inside tender and juicy. Overall, this was one of those restaurants that completely exceeded my expectations. Between the warm hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent food, it's a place I'll definitely be coming back to. I think I'm to the point where I only feel it's worth coming when you can sit outside - I prefer tables along the entry walkway which are picnic tables, and that level of casual really doesn't match up with the price dinner menu, so by that logic, it's boils down to worth it for happy hour. My main issue with the dining room, ever since my first time there, is the acoustics. There's always one loud table (if not more) and something about the building just amplifies it. I feel exhausted after eating there from having to shout to converse, and thereby also needing to keep topics of conversation pretty shallow. Also, a more recent phenomena is the portion sizes have become enormous. We most recently did the Arizona Restaurant Week menu, I tried to come with a big appetite for multiple courses. I opted for the ahi tuna small plate for the first course (for something more interesting than a salad but less substantial than the very large chicken wings that come with potatoes), the shrimp pesto tagliatelle for the second, and the chocolate cake dessert. The tuna would have been a suitable dinner; knowing there were still 2 courses to come, I had to call it quits before finishing. I managed a few bites of pasta and took the rest home, along with half the cake dessert. It made for a nice dinner the following night, although still went not entirely finished! Secondary to being mind blown by the portion size, yes everything was delicious. The happy hour dishes I've most enjoyed (these rotate a few times a year) include the various flautas, the eggplant meatballs, sun-dried strawberry and ricotta spread on grilled bread (bring this back!). The charred sweet potato, grilled chicken wings (with potatoes), and smoked beets are pretty good as well. I look forward to focusing my return visits on this menu!
