Ordered Door dash, got several items, all of which was expensive as hell, and it was all garbage. They messed up the breakfast burrito, burnt eggs, and overall just not tasty at all, the fries were super soggy, which may not have been there fault entirely, but the bacon lover's omelette, Was vomit inducing. Pretty pissed off, I spent a bunch of money and the food was awful. Do not buy from here, they have no Idea how to cook. I can cook better at home. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I just left this restaurant and I'm so grossed out and will never come back. To start off I noticed our waiter touching food without gloves then she touched her hair and was on her phone then touched the food AGAIN. I'm sorry but that's absolutely disgusting. Then I noticed there was a bucket of butter that was just sitting out and they were using it on toast. All the waiters kept touching the bread with their hands and putting it in the toaster then would take it out and just leave it on top of a machine. No plate or anything. I noticed another waiter touching the bread and poked her finger in it. (probably checked to see if it's still warm) but again you don't do that. Then when our food came the bread she had poked she gave to my husband. There was 2 holes in the bread where her fingers were. After that I felt so gross and I didn't want to eat. With or without Covid you don't touch food with your bare hands. If they are doing that out in the open what are they doing in the kitchen. Wow this place was a total surprise. We found it on yelp since it was near the car rental place! The place was clean, staff was so friendly and they had safety protocols in place. The food was BOMB!!!!! I had the Cholita Benedict's and omg that CHORIZO, I wish I could bag it and take home. I cleaned my plate. My bf has the Cowboy Burrito and that was another amazing dish. What a great breakfast! We arrived about 11 am, immediately got a table. The staff is super nice. Drinks were delivered quickly, and we had adequate time to look at the menu. The food came out quickly, and EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! Our server checked in a couple of times, our used plates were cleared quickly. We weren't extremely hungry so we decided to share a meal. We were going share a 2 piece pancake combo with pork sausage, hash browns and eggs and an extra order of turkey sausage. The waitress wrote our order down but then said, "Hey we're running a special. 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, hash browns and a meat for 5.99 before 10am". WHAT?! That's exactly what we were about to order with the addition of the extra meat but for way more money. SO ... the special we ordered! Everything was perfect. Between the two of us we were not able to finish the pancakes and hash browns. The portions were huge. Will definitely return! read more

I love breakfast of all kinds and will take into consideration the delivery time. We ordered Irish Benedict, the classic burrito, biscuits and gravy, and a side of sausage and chicken tenders. The side items and burrito were good! My mom said the biscuits were really big and a little dense but overall fine. The potatoes were unseasoned and soggy (assuming because the delivery did take a minute). The Irish eggs Benedict were an experience... the meat was not very good, there was no poached eggs and no hollandaise sauce... just the meat on top of some English muffins. I mean the EGG is usually in the title for eggs Benedict. Why it was omitted I have no idea. Idk why but they also threw in a second order of the biscuits and gravy. Such a disappointment. I really dislike giving a less then favorable reveiw of a restrurant when there are so many positive reviews. So let's start off on a good note. The staff at Cracked Egg are warm, friendly, and accommodating, which is why I feel terrible for calling out their food as bland and tastless. We really wanted to like the cracked Egg so badly, but the way to begin a meal is not with brunt black toast, over- cooked eggs/bacon, and undercooked potatoes. My only complaint is that the space between the table and the booth is really narrow so I felt a bit claustrophobic. We ordered the pineapple upside down pancakes, chicken fried steak skillet and a side of biscuits and gravy since we saw so many reviews mention them. (We weren't going for healthy today, obviously!) My pancakes were delicious! I would have taken a picture, but the waitress accidentally spilled the syrup all over them so it wasn't the most attractive presentation. My husband really enjoyed his skillet and the biscuits and gravy were enormous! Definitely large portions, so much I think my hubby and I could have split something if we had similar taste in food haha. Ok, I'm from out of town and went to a locals only type of place. If this place doesn't support locals only then I don't know how else to explain it. We walked in and were seated in a timely manner. The waitress come over gave us menus and asked for our drink selection. All we ordered at that time was water. As we sat there and sat there and sat there, our waitress helped 3 other tables. Then she noticed I was making eye contact with her. She acknowledged me by saying sorry, there was no "I'll be right with you or give me a minute". She said sorry and turned and walked the other way. She then proceeded to grab the coffee pot and refill the other customers. I am of the pacific Island decent and my companion is Native American, we have dark skin and are always mistaken for Hispanics. We know there is a huge American vs Mexican deal in Arizona and maybe this was the case. We stood up and walked out, no one came after us to try to recover any our business. On a Sunday which is today we were greeted and seated immediately. The menu is full of options for breakfast items. I ordered the California Eggs Benedict and I will be ordering that again when we return. My mate ordered the County Fried steak, seemed to enjoy it alot, demolished the whole plate of food. This is definitely a new favorite breakfast spot. My wife's favorite breakfast is eggs benedict, so unsurprisingly she ordered the California Eggs Benedict. The poached eggs were served on top of an English muffin with fresh avocado on the side and hollandaise to top the eggs off. The house fries were their version of hash browns. I had a little more trouble deciding, as I usually try to taste new things. After much deliberation I decided on the El Patron Skillet. This cosists of a bed of country potatoes, cheese, chorizo, pickled jalapenos, and eggs done your way (I ordered mine scrambled). Salsa and sour cream are served on the side. You also get a choice of tortilla, toast, English muffin, or biscuit. I decided on the biscuit, which was huge! My wife was pleasantly happy with her breakfast. Not many places do eggs Benedict to her liking, though she is not too picky. As for me, everything was delicious! The biscuit was not as fluffy as I hoped but nonetheless it was good. The service was awesome. From the minute we went into the establishment, which resembles an old diner, everyone smiled and welcomed us without making it awkward.
