What a great little breakfast place! We were here with friends who frequently dine here and we were glad we finally got to try it. My husband tried the French toast breakfast with bacon and thought it was delicious. I ordered a Ham & Cheese Omelette (well done) with a side of crispy hash browns and they were both cooked to perfection. My only issue was the amount of ham that was served. It truly was very minimal and I would've preferred that the ham be mixed with the egg as opposed to spooned in the fold, but I guess I should've requested it that way. Our friends had their usual Chicken Fried Chicken and Eggs with Bacon breakfasts and both had the house potatoes, which I got to try and they were fantastic! I would certainly order them instead of the hash browns next time. One of our friends also added a waffle to his breakfast and we all took a quarter of it (because sharing is caring! ). I'm not a huge fan of waffles, so I cant really give an opinion one way or another. I'm guessing it was good, because they ate it! It's an ok breakfast joint. And has good apple fixings. The waitress seemed preoccupied with something else. We were there with 6 and given three separate checks which was nice but a service fee was tacked on for large parties. That is perfectly fine and u would give at least that but I had to tell everyone that the tip was included. Even so one in our group actually filled the tip for extra. Ask them why they removed the picture of Charlie Kirk from their window. read more

Decent food, terrible service. Came in and watched two tables come in after us and get served before us. One was a full table of 4 people, the same size as ours, and the other was a table of 2 that came in 20 minutes later than we did. Both were served much sooner than we were. The table of 4 actually had their order taken before us despite coming in quite a bit after us. 40 minutes into waiting for food, I asked our waitress to check on our order in the kitchen. Cute, old school little diner with great traditional breakfast and hefty portions! Sit at the counter and people watch (like I did) or bring your group and get cozy at a table. The shop is small, but buzzing with people enjoying delicious offerings. The staff was equally wonderful. Everyone was friendly and seemed to share duties as various folks checked in on me and helped me out throughout the meal. I had the Apple Pancake, because it just seemed like the thing to do given the name, but next time id like to try the French toast, which also was highly recommended. Recently visited Prescott with my cousins and their 2 families, (there were 9 of us in total, 5 adults, 4 kids). We were looking for a family friend place and this place was ideal. We did have to wait a bit, but it was to be expected considering the size of our party, but the staff were accommodating and allowed us to split the bill 3 ways. They have neat wall decor which makes for an ideal rustic diner. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and coleslaw. Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Coleslaw was good, not great. A little dry. This was a solidly just okay breakfast spot, and pretty expensive for the quality. I was not happy about a $4 avocado add on that I wasn't warned about. There were probably $15 worth of additional charges for the table- things like $2 for a slice of cheese. The decor was cute. Very slow service. To be fair a large group came in before us but two girls were working hard while the other girl was literally sitting at the counter drinking coffee while we were waiting for some for a long time. Maybe it's not her job to help customers because I saw her cleaning tables when people left. The food was good I really liked the apple crepes. The corned beef hash has plenty of meat. Good flavor on seasoned potatoes. As you can see from my others reviews I am always looking to point out the positive but this place needs some help with the service working as a team. This review is from last Mother's Day. We waited about 45 minutes to order after being seated. Then another hour to receive our food. They only had one server on a holiday. I wanted to wait because they were busy and give them the benefit of the doubt but I was very disappointed that the food was mediocre and plain tasting. This is a cute little café, very nostalgic. The food is good. We got breakfast. The eggs were perfectly cooked over medium as we ask. The bacon was extra crispy as we asked, and the potatoes were delicious. The staff is excellent and I would highly recommend this place. Came in on a late morning Tuesday. Good crowd but no wait. Decor is warm and the front windows are sunny. Hostess brought drink and took order quickly and with a big smile. I ordered the special apple pan scramble, side of bacon, and bagel with cream cheese. The scramble was perfect, loaded with eggs, potatoes, cheese, and veggies and came with a side of salsa. The bacon was crisp perfection. Bagel was nicely toasted and buttered. The server suggested some homemade apple pie with ice cream and whipped cream. I was unable to resist and it was delicious! My only little complaint was the pepper. It was so finely powdered. A couple of pepper mills with big flakes would have made this 9.5/10 into a 10/10! read more

An adorable old school breakfast cafe just a few blocks from Whiskey Row, this place is a favorite of locals and a gem for anyone looking for a simple, good breakfast and hot, always-full coffee. Quaint little spot that was busy even on a Thursday morning. Food was hot and quick, bacon was thick and crispy.
