I have been to Prescott many times over the years but never visited Red White & Brew until last Thursday night for dinner. Inside it's an attractive interior and I was expecting a good meal. They have a small parking lot along with plenty of street parking if that is full. The restaurant has a covered outdoor patio for dining along with a full bar room separate from the inside seating areas. I ordered the bourbon glazed pecan salmon entree for $34. The meal came with a choice of two side dishes. I went with a side salad and the baked potato. Kat, my waitress, asked if I wanted it loaded with sour cream, butter, bacon, cheese and chives. I asked her if there was an extra charge for those toppings and she said no and that it came that way if I desired it. I accepted it except for the chives. First to arrive was the side salad and it was delicious. It was a quality start to the meal. Then the entree appeared and it was a beautiful plate. The salmon was pan seared with a bourbon glaze on top with candied pecans. It also had several raviolis next to the salmon with spinach and some creole mustard sauce. Flavor, flavor, flavor! That glaze and pecans mixed so well with the salmon and raviolis. Mouth watering for sure. The baked potato had two large scoops of butter and sour cream on top with cheese and was oh so good tasting. It was a quality meal for sure. 5 stars! As I was eating the potato I noticed there was no bacon pieces in it. Figuring that someone forgot to add it, I looked for my waitress and she was no where to be found. Her service was very slow. By the time she arrived I had finished the meal. I mentioned to her that the bacon was missing but it was too late since I had finished the meal. Minus 1 star. When she presented the bill at my table I paid the bill with full tip and took the receipt and left. Just outside the door I noticed on the receipt that I had been charged .75 cents each for the bacon and cheese! Minus another star. So I went back in and talked to the lady manager. She said that my waitress wasn't aware of those topping charges and it was her fault. I told her that I understood that those things can happen but had a problem with being charged for the bacon and never receiving it. She said that she would refund me the cost for the bacon and cheese and would adjust my credit card for the $1.50. I saw her do it on their portable credit card machine. She assured me that it would be done. That was last Thursday and this is Tuesday and no credit has shown in my statement. Minus another star. This was a great spot with an eclectic menu and something for everyone. The service was excellent throughout the meal, and the drinks were very well made. Everything was on point from start to finish. I ordered the strip steak with shrimp scampi, and both were cooked perfectly. The steak was done exactly as requested, and the shrimp paired really well with it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality meal, great service, and a solid drink menu. I'm honestly confused by all the great reviews. This place is bar food at best. I didn't even eat my salad because the dressing tasted like it came straight out of a Kraft bottle. Came in for dinner on a Saturday night right after the dinner rush. They do have Yelp waitlist which is nice. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We got the caprese and mushroom tapas for apps- both were full of flavor. The caprese was nice and fresh. Mushroom tapas was yummy but I wish the mushrooms were sliced as they often slid off the bread. We got the eggplant Florentine linguini with added veggies and a side salad. I'm glad we asked about the portion size before ordering another entree bc oh my god it was huge. Like I think there was enough to feed 4 adults! Side salad was simple but fresh. The eggplant was good, having a glob of cheese melted on top made it tricky to mix it properly. I wish the pasta had some sort of sauce. We tried the chocolate lava cake and it was pretty good but somehow missed the mark. read more

Came here for dinner and boy was it a treat. The service was great, we were constantly approached and asked if we were happy with our food and everything. The food was delicious. I ordered a chicken Parmesan that was delicious, very fresh and flavorful. Big portion as well. Definitely took some home. My partner got the fried chicken sandwich that was cut in half and came with a side salad or choice of side. We both ordered the Caesar salad and it was very yummy and served in cold plates. The lighting inside was slightly dim, but very nice decor. They didn't have live music, but you can hear the music from the restaurant next-door if you sit on the patio. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Family, friendly, but we saw mostly couples and groups of friends and family around us. This was a really amazing restaurant. Very clean and very good decor. We seated and ordered a few drinks and an appetizer which was the caprice platter. Tasty. I ordered the Cajun red snapper and two other people in the party ordered the fish and chips. All great. My red snapper was a little overdone and not quite as seasoned as I would like, but still pretty good. The fish and chips were nice and crispy and were well enjoyed. Sat at the bar since there was such a long wait for people without reservations (about 30 minutes for a party of 6), but the food was worth the wait ! I'll definitely be back for dinner again. TERRIBLE service!!! Arrived at the restaurant at 12:30pm. We waited a while to order, our waiter came by and was picking up our menus and we said we haven't even ordered yet. He took our order and we waited for over an hour for the food to arrive. It arrived at 1:55pm. Manager came to apologize but that was it. Hubby ordered the Cowboy burger medium and it came out well done and tasted like a ZOO burger. My daughter ordered a medium well and she got a pink burger. It wasn't even that busy. We got a small discount I'm Not even sure for what though. We spent $90 on ZOO Burgers. Never again. read more

We have come here many times. The food is ok, nothing spectacular, but it's close to our home and we can bring our dog on the patio which is nice. We went today with our two kids. The waitress was rude from the second she came to the table. Then my 14 year old ask for a non alcoholic creamsicle drink. It says right on the menu, ALCOHOL FREE. She insisted it had alcohol and when we questioned why it said it didn't she was extremely rude and rolled her eyes. Her attitude was terrible, we decided to leave, my husband asked her name and she laughed at us and refused to tell us. The manager came out and she was equally as rude and made several excuses for the waitresses behavior, and also stated that no, it didn't have alcohol in it. There is absolutely no accountability anymore! The management doesn't care so the servers don't care. The owners aren't there so they aren't aware. NO ONE is accountable. They lost our business, and we were great customers for years. I wish the world had class and customer service in 2026, seems to be completely lost. Shame. read more

What a disappointment! First time diner that had reservations for a pre-event dinner. We were seated at a table that was awkwardly placed at the entrance of the dining room and I had the pleasure of being on the receiving end of purses, birthday balloons and bellies by all of the guests walking to their seats or the bathroom. Our server was friendly, overwhelmed and professional at the same time. We ordered pretty quickly (about 5:35pm) and waited... See order below. We watched as the waiting area became packed with people waiting to be seated, yet, the tables were only 50% seated. We figured there was an issue in the kitchen, which is understandable. We had a visit from what appeared to be a manager, apologizing for the wait and she refilled one of the drinks (but not all, which was odd). Then we received a basket of untoasted white bread (like wonder bread) and butter. This was unsolicited but appreciated, although only one of us ate it due to having taken his insulin for his meal that was expected way before now. The chicken wing appetizer was delivered 61 minutes after we ordered it. The wings were slathered in sauce and overcooked. We ate them. Upon paying, we were advised that 50% was taken off the wings from the inconvenience. Great. Thanks. We saw the food coming and were excited to finally eat and maybe make it to our event on time. The kid holding the plates didn't realize the beef juices (which was spelled BEFF bulgogi on the handwritten menu up front) were absolutely pouring all over the floor and my white pants/shoes until I realized why my leg was getting hot. He felt bad and haphazardly wiped the juices from the floor. This was the same area that was the runway of purses, butts and guts bumping into me. I was shocked nobody fell. The steak, short ribs and shrimp were outstanding. The halibut was terribly dry, small and on a great brioche bun slathered in what appeared to be coleslaw mix tossed in creamed horseradish. The fish was barely touched and the server didn't inquire why. Nor did he inquire why there were eight empty glasses, a salad bowl and two plates of I g remnants on the table. The table next to us was seated. The purple haired hostess knocked over the fresh daisies on the table, sending water all over the table and floor. She seemed frustrated/embarrassed and wiped up the water on the table but not the floor. The lone patron sat at the table for six and was wiping up the remaining water. Another person eventually joined her and was flabbergasted by the small lake on the floor. He flagged down two people to address the standing water. The purple haired gal came over and was absolutely useless. I was shocked by her inability to complete a simple task. Another boy came over and actually used THREE rags to soak the water up. It was a free comedy show for us. The women's bathroom was extremely outdated and not tidy. They had a live candle lit, masking the smell of the musty tiles and dirty toilets. We had a $100 gift card and still felt like we got jobbed from this experience. $200 and a 20% tip later, we were pitying the other patrons and barely made it to the event on time. The host/ess need to be fired immediately. Pure incompetence. The bathrooms need a good cleaning. We will definitely not return and will not recommend this place to anyone. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. I was seated quickly by a friendly hostess. The restaurant was somewhat crowded and the decor was relaxing with TVs showing sporting events. Server took my drink order and I reviewed the menu. Lots of options and today's special was a BLT. I ordered that with crispy fries. Food came out in a reasonable time. Fries were golden brown and delicious. Sandwich was loaded with crispy thick bacon and tons of turkey. Tomatoes, lettuce, and a nice sauce with some sweetness. Nicely balanced. Red White & Brew absolutely delivered. I had the maple bourbon pecan salmon, and it was hands down one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, flaky and tender, with this incredible balance of sweet maple, rich bourbon, and a subtle crunch from the pecans--every bite was amazing. The atmosphere had that classic cozy pub feel, and the service was just as good--friendly, attentive, and welcoming without hovering. This place knows what it's doing. Sierra was a wonderful server! She was kind and sweet! The food was AMAZING. We got the new to the menu parmesan crusted chicken which was over a bed of linguine that had lemon basil butter sauce, and little button mushrooms. We sat on the patio and they wanted to make sure we were warm enough/comfortable. We got the mushroom appetizer which was very flavorful. I had the avocado carprese salad which was good but not anything extraordinary. My husband said the same about his Halibut sandwich. The flavors were all pretty straightforward.
