Saw this place on Yelp with good reviews and we were just passing by so decided to give it a try since there weren't many people. The mushroom bisque, farm crab cakes and the steak tacos were ordered. The mushroom bisque was good and wished we had all ordered that instead. The steak tacos were on cold tortillas. Our friend tried to get the waitress' attention when they made eye contact and the waitress didn't seem to care to come over until my friend took a bite (by then she didn't feel it was worth it to say anything with the way the waitress was). The crab cakes were pretty bland and not worth $20. The waitress didn't check up on us again until we were done and came to refill my ice tea one time but halfway. Very impressed with this restaurant. My wifey and I came by the night before the wine festival and had a wonderful experience. We got here a 7pm and somehow was seat immediately outside but do understand, you need to get here early. My wife ordered the Scottish Salmon and it was fantastic. It was perfect cooked to 130-135ish with a slight touch of pink in the center. This salmon was gently placed over roasted sweet potatoes with a heavenly sauce. It was a blood orange ancho... I don't remember, I've woken up from the dream and lost a little bit. I got the Chicken Pot Pie. This was the best pastry covered chicken creation I have ever had. I'm here for a conference and came here for an early dinner. I ordered the Smoke In the Water (i think it's called) without the syrup and a filet meal. Everything was delicious. Decided to try this place since it had good reviews. I ordered the Chicken sandwich and fries and iced tea. Everything came out fresh and filling- l actually could only eat half the sandwich. The only thing that concerned me a bit was the server brought the wrong bill. I noticed there was another receipt that was attached that clearly wasn't mine. So I asked her about it and she confirmed I was charged the correct amount and had accidentally grabbed another tables receipt. The food is good, unique and definitely fresh. The Farm walleye tacos are very good! I ordered them with a side of avocado and jalapeño. They come with pickled slaw, pico de gallo, cotija, smoked chile cilantro aioli, avocado crème served on either corn or flour tortilla. You get two full size tacos which is a nice amount of food. They are flavorful and really hit the spot. The goat cheese salad was my home run of the meal! It has an arugula base and is topped with goat cheese, chia seeds, glazed walnuts, sun dried strawberries, candy striped beets and mission fig balsamic dressing. There is just enough dressing to add to the flavor without being over powering. The salad in the picture is a small. Next time I will get the large, add a protein and make it my meal! My husband had the Farm fettuccine with chicken. During his first couple bites he was very impressed but thought it became bland as he dug deeper into the bowl. He still thought it was good and finished the bowl but had to add some pepper and salt. It is made with fresh fettuccine noodles, pancetta, wild mushrooms, AZ sun-dried tomatoes, aged pecorino, FARM alfredo sauce. There is a full bar and a speciality drink menu. We sat on the patio which is very small and is on the corner so there is a lot of traffic. We dont mind because we like to people watch. We split the large Farm House Salad and the Chicken Pot Pie. We requested grilled onions versus the traditional onion slices. The lettuce and the fixings were organic. Yes the ticket prices were higher, but as a foodie who doesn't have all the money in the world, I have to say the quality of food and the attention to detail far exceeded the price. Highly recommend this spot for your special occasion, we will absolutely be back. We got the New Zealand elk and the Chilean sea bass. The elk was incredibly tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare with creamy mashed potatoes and demi glaze and the sea bass was butter soft and flaky, paired with a gorgeous crab and corn risotto that my lover was infatuated with (he told me to say that lol). We like to share entrees and briefly mentioned we'd be splitting both, and without asking they even created two separate plates for us- so what you're seeing is split entrees. We had a late lunch and I opted for the Spanish Rose (they had two and I asked for the drier one which bonus was less expensive too) and the Crab Cake appetizer as my meal. They were small but perfectly prepared and pure crab/no fillers. They came on a slaw that was crunchy and tangy and had a great mustard sauce. I had a bite of my friend's Ruben which was really well done and flavorful. I stole a fry which was crispy and good. I didn't try them but the fish tacos were huge! First of all, 10/10 service. All the staff were super kind, especially since we had a big dog with us. They let us sit outside and brought out a water bowl for our dog too! We got the farm burger and ranchers reuben. Fries were amazing, burger was nice and juicy with a nice charred taste to it. Ranchers reuben was pretty good, I will say it was a bit salty but overall really good. The $6 appetizer bread with whipped tomato butter was also actually really unique and tasty. We like the mushroom bisque, I do think for a bisque it should be thicker. My arugula salad was a bit sad though, didn't have much in it. Disappointed I'm a regular here and the service was struggling today (they weren't slammed, as I've eaten here when they have been; had great service all other times) so maybe today was an off day. I do want to highlight one employee who was busting her ass, named Prezlee. She literally picked up everyone's slacked and checked on each table. It didn't look like her coworkers appreciated it but she deserves credit. She stepped in when our waitress disappeared on us....my mom thought we weren't going to be able to order since it's been so long. Food has hit the spot 99.8% of the time. The blackened chicken sandwich was so delicious with crispy fries. The deviled eggs are always a win! Something I order every single time. The sea bass is usually something I get, recommend (didn't get it this time). The hamachi crudo was the only food disappointment. One bite and knew immediately it was not the fish for me (and I'm a huge hamachi crudo fan). The restaurant itself is so cute and in the heart of town. Highly recommend making a reservation for this adorable place We were super lucky and they squeezed us in outside going early enough for dinner. Love their menu variety and how it has vegetarian and gluten free sections clearly labeled. To start we tried the gouda.fondue with chorizo and grilled artichokes. First of all, I'd like to say that service here was exceptional. Extremely friendly, prompt, reliably present without being annoying. I had a really nice meal on the patio, and even though it was hot outside, there was nice shade. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful as well. I had the goat cheese and fig salad, pictured here. You won't see the candied walnuts because I asked them to leave them off. The salad was perfection. There were a load of figs on it, which made me incredibly happy. So often there is just a nominal amount of something that you actually ordered the salad for. Not so for this one! Also, I don't know how they made the dressing but clearly they used fresh garlic as part of the recipe, it was absolutely delicious. I wish I didn't have to say this, but I found the bread a little disappointing by comparison. Particularly for the price. The bread itself was good, a little too crispy for my taste. It was as if it had been double toasted or something. The flavor was good. However, the condiment on the side was disappointing. This was our 3rd visit and the food was FABULOUS as always! We got the halibut and bison specials, the smoked burrata, the goat cheese salad with chicken, the berry cobbler and chocolate cheesecake. ALL delicious! Our waiter, Jackson, who recently moved here from Hawaii was also amazing! So very personable and accommodating. It was my husband's birthday and my friend's first time there. I put the birthday info on the reservation. The girl who poured our waters was also so sweet. However, we were 6 minutes late because our friend hit traffic driving up from Scottsdale. Our reservation was 6:45, we got there at 6:51. When we arrived, the hostess greeted with, "You were late, so this will cut into your time. We have an 8:15 after you, but you should still have time to eat. Your table is there" and pointed to the front corner table. Not a good way to start a nice and fairly pricey dinner! (Side note- when we left around 8:25, there were so many empty tables. I don't know why she felt the need she had to start our visit with such an admonishment.) My husband's got the "Night I the Pines" whiskey drink. The rosemary was fired at the table and it smelled great! We also ordered two "Smoke on the Water" drinks because of the fabulous bubble on top. When Jackson brought mine he accidentally popped the bubble setting it down, but he brought another so I could video the pop and smoke! Well done. That's the reason those drinks were ordered! We got the smoked burrata for the same reason. But the girl who brought that seemed rushed, distracted, didn't speak to us and basically threw it on the table, ripped off the lid and left before I could raise my phone. I know taking pictures isn't everything, but when the presentations are so beautiful, I'm sure they know many people would like to do that, especially for a celebration dinner! They should make some fanfare at the table when the reveal is such a wow factor!! When she brought the food, same thing. She just put them on the table and left without talking. My friend went to move his plate closer and burned his fingers. A simple, "the plates are hot" would have been sufficient. He was not happy.
