Amazing spot for brunch!! Holly, our server, was THE best. Friendly and super attentive. Our food came out fast. I got the Florentine Benedict eggs. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Husband and son ordered pancakes and were equally happy with their food. The ambience of the place is very cute. Upscale feel to it but also vintage and true to traditional Prescott architecture

I don't normally go out for breakfast but my friends decided to give this place a try while in Prescott and I do not regret it at all. The pancakes were one of a kind. They were fluffy and cooked to perfection. This place is worth the wait, especially if going during a busy morning. The breakfast potatoes were also unique and good! The restaurant was so cozy and made you feel like you were getting good quality, local food. I will be going back when in Prescott!

Loved this find! My bestie took me here for breakfast and I loved it! I love breakfast places but not breakfast food and they have a menu with so many diverse options! I had the calamari! So good! A side salad with blue cheese added! Delish! We shared the a Benedict Florentine and side pancake and everything was so good! I'll definitely be back! Loved that bar and booth seating! Outstanding!

Cute place in a great location in downtown Prescott right in the square/whiskey row. Our server was friendly and attentive. My husband got the fish & chips and didn't love them. I got steak & eggs and the steak was cooked perfectly.

Lettuce wraps were ok. A little too sweet for me and wish the lettuce would have been on the side cuz they immediately get soggy. I come here because they have great fries. Tried the Eggs Benedict last time and it does not have a traditional hollandaise sauce and instead tastes like gravy. Staff is friendly and efficient. I've always gotten a seat whether alone or with friends even on Saturday at noon.

Stumbled in for an early Saturday evening meal and was not disappointed! Charming interior replete with all the charm of this historic building and space, with absolutely delightful service and great food. We split the coconut shrimp and were pleasantly surprised that it was perfectly cooked (not greasy) and the sauce was legit - made with actual bits of coconut. We also split a HUGE burger and fries - more than enough for two of us. I enjoyed their Cadillac margarita and it was perfect - tart and delicious with generous salt on the rim. We will be back!!

The food and service is amazing! We spotted the Bistro from the street and were so thankful we did! The ambiance was perfect as well. I had the tomato artichoke bisque with house made croutons paired with a superb Caesar Salad that had one of the best fresh chef made dressing I have had. My husband chose the green hatch chili stew paired with jalapeño corn bread. He enjoyed every bite! Excellent coffee and our cheese bread appetizer was devine. I highly recommend this establishment! Newly remodeled rooms upstairs, shops on the main floor and a speak easy in the basement! We will return!

We were staying at the Hotel St. Michael on Easter. We hadn't planned to dine here twice but some places we were considering were closed for Easter. That turned out to be fortuitous. We both ended up doing a kind of soup and salad for dinner. I couldn't resist Hatch Chile & pork stew. It had great flavor but was pretty mild. The green Cholula sauce on the table kicked it up just right. I also had a fine Caesar salad that was not shy on the shaved Parmesan cheese. Mmmm cheese salad. My wife had the bistro salad and tomato artichoke bisque. She really liked both of them. The next morning we had breakfast. My wife went with the buttermilk pancake breakfast. She loved the buttery eggs and fluffy pancakes. I had the Brisket Benedict which was a great Southwest take on the benedict. Service was attentive and personal. It was a real pleasure dining in this cozy and lovely bistro.

Had a pretty good experience here. Great location, good vibe and service. The food was pretty good, especially the eggs Benedict was really tasty. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, balancing very well with the sweet Hollandaise sauce and the slightly salty ham.

This is the girl that gave us the attitude when we come in she's the hostess

The food here was spectacular. Great chicken soup great green chili stew our waitress was really nice. Told us about everything but why gives it three stars is because we got here about 730 they close at eight and we walked in and with an attitude she tells us you know we close at eight, right the new generation just does not know how to treat people they shouldn't be in the limelight. It really killed the experience and she's just the hostess but my hats off to the chef

This is a classic restaurant we love to come to. The words used to describe the food were, "decadent, amazing, so delicious, and I would get this again!" Our server was also very attentive and all of our orders were correct. The restaurant is beautifully done on the inside. Moody walls with exposed brick and great views to the park. Make sure you come here for brunch as well. They have amazing Filet Benedict.

We had breakfast at Bistro St. Michael, and it was such a great experience! I had the traditional breakfast and my boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy. The food was plentiful and fantastic. We also stayed at the hotel and the whole historic charm of the bistro drew me in, and the warm, cozy atmosphere made it even better. It is a busy breakfast spot so be mindful of that, and definitely worth the wait.

    Beautiful, vintage vibes!

This was our first time eating at Bistro St Michael and I think both my husband and I enjoyed not only our food, but the overall ambiance which was amazing! We went in for breakfast after church with a couple of our friends who had been here before and lucky for us, we got what I believe was the best seat in the house! We sat at a four person table tucked into a corner with a perfect view of a hustling Whiskey Row intersection. This place is located on the perfect corner in the historic Whiskey Row of beautiful downtown Prescott. It is a historic building which also houses a hotel. The interior of the restaurant tells a story of days gone by and is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, I've never stayed in the hotel, so can't say anything about it (for now?). Service was great and everyone enjoyed their selected dish. My friend had her usual Eggs Benedict and she said they were delicious. Her plate was wiped clean, so I'm going to say I believed her! Our other friend ordered the Whiskey Burger (?) and he ate every single bit of it too! Either they were very hungry or they don't believe in wasting! My husband had the French Toast breakfast, which he also said was very good. It was definitely well-served and he finished it all! The bacon was probably his fave! He loves bacon! A lot!!! I ordered the Smoked Turkey Club and it was good. My only complaint (which I never voiced!) was that the bread was neither soft nor toasted. It looked like it was placed on the grill (burn marks), but wasn't really toasted. I guess I'm just used to having club sandwiches on toasted bread??? Needless to say, my sandwich was stuffed with delicious smoked turkey and a whole lot of bacon. I selected fries as my side and they were the best! Super crunchy on the outside, but soft in the inside. Yummy! I did end up eating only a quarter of my sandwich, because I had plans to take it home and transfer it onto toasted bread! I did it and it was superb. We look forward to trying other dishes and do recommend this place.

We found it's better to make a reservation if you want a table or if it's a night where there is something going on at the Elks, which will mean they will likely be busy. I had the halibut which was perfectly cooked. I asked for the sauce on the side, which I always do, and they complied. I found the taste of the sauce to be very good, but it was really gloppy -- not what I'd consider a sauce, so I was happy it wasn't on my fish. But that was a not enough to make a difference in how I rated the meal; just perhaps something for the Chef to consider. We were a group of four and everybody's food was excellent. It's kind of our go-to place when we're going to go to an event at the Elks because it's so convenient. FYI -- Our Elks event started at 7 PM, and our reservation was at 5:30 PM, and we finished with about 10 minutes to walk over across the street and get seated. A reservation any later than 5:30 PM would not have allowed enough time for us to comfortably eat and get to our 7 PM event. We also did inform our server right away that we had an Elks event.

We arrived for our 5:30 reservation around 5:20 and was promptly told that it would be a 40 minute wait. We were sat about 5:35. As we understand it, the kitchen staff was ill-prepared for the stampede of senior citizens that had rushed in to the restaurant at 4:00 PM for the prime rib special. It seems fair to also state that on this evening there were huge events in downtown Prescott for the holidays, and this particular restaurant was the fourth restaurant that my wife called to make reservations (the three prior could not accommodate our reservation for a party of three). 5:40 They took our order and we waited. 6:30 my eight year old has resorted to stealing the free cookies from the lobby of the hotel. She has lost hope that food is coming, and frankly so have I. 6:40 our appetizer came out (apparently they had to drive to San Diego to get the octopus for the calamari). The calamari was delicious, but I could really do without the drunk boomer behind me whistling at the server, from here on out we will refer to him as Whistling Dixie. And then, out of no where, the choir of old ladies in sparkly shirts showed up to sing Christmas Carols. I'm pretty sure the lady on the end was carrying her tune in a bucket. I'm convinced that the kitchen staff was waiting for my steak to die of natural causes. I don't think we're going to make it to the zoo lights. 6:45 the calamari was delicious, or we were really hungry. I've almost had enough beers to go in the kitchen and cook my own steak. My eight year old has lodged a complaint with the management, and Whistling Dixie behind us is getting more and more baligerant. 7:00 my wife is convinced that they are just getting us drunk so we have to rent a room. I'm convinced the fisherman has finally just realized there are no Salmon in the Colorado river and my wife's dinner is never coming. My eight year old has gotten bored and joined the choir. Whistling Dixie behind us just finally got their food. 7:05 Lucy the cow finally passed, and after a brief funeral they cooked her up and served her to me. She was delicious. They played a little loose with the medium rare (the center was still cold), but it was good.I was especially impressed when the Cesna 150 landed in the parking lot to deliver the fish fresh from Alaska. My wife loved her salmon. 7:15 free cheesecake. Apparently my eight year old's complaint with management has spawned into a free slice of raspberry cheesecake. Our server apologized profusely. We missed the zoo lights. At 7:30 I had to walk off several beers in downtown Prescott before driving home to Phoenix. First though, we made our way across the walking bridge overlooking the creek, decorated with Christmas lights, and cut through a man and his wife arguing about how much he had to drink at the Christmas party to get to our car to get our jackets. Overall, it was a pretty interesting place. The food was great, and our server was amazing, but I think the kitchen staff could benefit from some training in crisis management.
