This place is good. Not great. Not gonna blow your mind. Not gonna disappoint you. The Massaman curry was pretty delicious. You can taste the spicy curry, coconut and the sauce is delectable. While there is some protein in it, I was thoroughly impressed with the flavoring of this. The spice level was hot but not overbearing. The Pad Thai is average. There is some flavor to it, the bowls that they are served in cause all of the sauce to sink to the bottom. It is tasty but not anything you are going to rave about. I would rate it a 5.4 out of 10. The prices and quantity that you receive are a great bang for your buck. I will go back if I need something that is quick, affordable, and will hit the spot. read more

Looking at other reviews makes me question if I went to the same restaurant. This was the most disappointing thai food I've ever had and my bar was low because I was extremely hungry. The pad Thai had absolutely no flavor except for a burnt taste that overpowered the whole dish. I ordered it mild and it was not spicy at all. With how hungry I was I would normally have finished it but this was just awful. I also got the tom kha gai and again not tasteful at all. There's nothing "authentic" about this "Thai" food. This place is delicious! Some of the best Thai food I've ever had. I have my traditional authentic place I go to in chandler/Tempe area, and Thai chili has replicated the food entirely. The spring rolls are Panda Express quality, not a big deal, but the food is fantastic. I had it for the first time last week and I've eaten here 4x since. And there's always leftovers so I prob ate curry every day this week. The portions are large also and I can get fried tofu added. I don't know how this spot only has 3 stars because I was IN LOVE with my recent order!! I have been meaning to try this spot for so long since it isn't far from our house and I'm bummed it took me so long to make it in. We don't really have any tasty Thai spots close to home so this will do the trick, especially for takeout! I ordered their yellow curry, mild, with chicken and rice noodles (say what?!) and a side of white rice because - best of both worlds!! I was SHOCKED at the portion size! It was a total of $15 with the side of rice and tip but honestly, it would easily make two people very full. I can't wait to eat the leftovers. Also, I have never seen curry served with rice noodles and it might just be my new favorite thing. It's always hard for me to pass up Pad Thai because I love the noodles but this enables me to get both of my fixes! There were so many times when we were in the area of Thai Chili 2 Go since we shop at the Fry's and other stores in that Camelback area, and told ourselves we had to give it a try. Tasty Thai Today a co-worker and I went to Thai Chili for lunch and we were very pleased with the service, atmosphere, cleanliness and of course the meal. On this visit I had the Pad Siew, stir-fried fresh rice noodles with green vegetables, eggs and soy sauce. After a long hiatus, I have decided to come back and "critic" the food scene of Valley of the Sun because of the popularity of this restaurant. Yep, this is this one bad apple that ruin the bunch...anyway, an Uber Eat order that cost $28 for a chicken Pad Thai and a beef Fried Rice arrived to my door steps in a plastic bag containing two superflously underwhelming to go boxes...pictures to follow. Upon opening the lids of the containers...I felt the content of my stomach churned, my eyes watered (due to hangritude! Yes it is a word...my word...it indicates my attitude when hungry). When I took it back to the store. Upon arriving the female cashier inspected the 2 containers and told the other cashier that I ate half of it, hello! I am right here...listening. Is that how you people run your business, attempting and failing to embarass your customer to each other? As if I'm a low income nobody coming back begging for sloppy 2nd . I would gladly provide proof of income to anyone who challenge me that I pull in over $9k a month. When the cashier brought to me my replacement food. Yep, in my wake of hangritude I drove over to the store and demanded a remake...of something I saw on Yelp. I wanted to tell the cashier that they can go crazy on the flavor...however, I digressed. The 2 replacements were Pad Siew...ome chicken and one beef...brought out to me with the least endeavor possible...even when I asked for soy sauce to use in the extremely likely event that I'd have to drown the Pad Siew in it (and I did), she...with the least amount of motivation reached for the packets behind the counter. Look at the pictures, people! Look how many returns they have! They put my returns next to the three other returns they had, unless they put returned food next to items to be picked up in that corner. This place deserves at most .75 star for ...uh... effort of being there. .5 star for service and/or lack thereof. 1 star for food quality...again...and/or lack thereof. I found this place accompanied by a co-worker. The menu is straightforward but the add-ins make your choices innumerable. Food is fresh & taste is good. They make everything fresh. The place is clean & spacious. Bathrooms could use some cleaning but you can tell it's not an ongoing issue. They had the cutest team providing the best customer service at the front.
