This was my first visit at this location. We just happened to be here during the lunch hour. Let me tell you it is very busy and for good reason, people working nearby plus many use the Thai Chili 2go app. For some reason I always order the Drunken Noodles and the Thai ice tea. Was not disappointed. The place is kept clean and they have a self order kiosk or just have the employee behind the counter take your order. They do have tables with nice seating in case you want to eat in. Was a good experience but I must caution that the area is very busy so be careful driving and there is plenty of parking. A lot of eateries are this location. If you are hankering for some Thai food give them a try. read more

Have been to other locations before but wanted take out after work and all the other nearby Thai places were closed for the lunch to dinner break so I stopped here! I usually go for curry or drunken noodles as those are my favorite but I tried something new this time! I got I think it was called pad prik, wide flat noodles and curry paste, veggies, and I got mine with tofu, a mix of crispy and soft. I also added broccoli! It was ready early, right when I picked up and it traveled well! This is a smaller location I think, probably best for take out. The noodles were pretty good! I had medium spice and it seemed more like a mild. Good amount of veggies and tofu! Maybe a little too heavy on the sauce as it got towards the bottom that was more noticeable. But otherwise a good place to stop for a quick Thai meal! read more

This place used to be great, but it's really gone downhill lately. The curry containers now come half full, which feels like a complete ripoff. If you're going to charge full price, you should be giving people a full portion -- not 50%. Prices have also gone up significantly, and not in a way that feels justifiable. I ordered not too long ago, and when I went to place the same order again, the price had jumped noticeably. It's even worse on delivery apps, where the markups are hard to ignore. The kitchen also seems disorganized and slow. I've even received dishes with undercooked veggies, which just adds to the frustration. To be fair, there is one employee who always goes above and beyond -- she once gave me a free drink because the wait was excessive, and she handled it with genuine kindness. She's a bright spot in an otherwise declining experience. The ambiance inside is basically non-existent, but that's expected given it's mostly a takeout concept. Overall was tasty. However, there was definitely a problem with their loyal program that resulted in me spending a good amount of time just trying to get my loyalty rewards processed. It asks you to scan the QR code to redeem but the register could neither scan the code nor find us by phone number so that was a bit of a frustrating experience. Food wise, it was tasty. Carrots, Bamboo shoots and green bell pepper. Thai Iced Tea- Good. Packaging is so wonderful and it's like eating ramen. You can just eat out of the container. I tried to give this place a chance. But their food is very bland and the staff don't seem to know what they are doing. I had a few coupon and I wanted to use them. They initially said I can use them at once. But once i put the coupon in, they said they couldn't use more than one. And I'd prefer to use my other coupon instead if that was the case. But they said they couldn't remove it. The pad thai even with extra sauce is super bland. Unless for like giftcards or whatever, I won't come back. Not worth the money. I never leave reviews... I have gone to this franchise many times over the years getting the same thing, chicken pad Thai, and always accepted what is often a small amount of protein. I came to this location and , for the first time ever, I ordered extra chicken which brought me to 17$ and got probably less chicken what I have gotten standard in the past! Absolutely absurd. Excellent! I must say that the spice level is way high tonight. I always order Thai Spicy and tonight's order is twice as spicy as ever before. My wife ordered level 2 spicy and she is also saying really hot. This is not a complaint. I am enjoying it. Just alerting the location that they might have spicier ingredients than normal. read more

This is our 'quick' go to spot for Pad Thai and their red curry chicken. I wish the prices were a bit better, but they are quick, tend to be accurate and the staff are friendly. The red curry is really good- the pad Thai sometimes has a inconsistent taste, but good enough and quick when you're in a hurry. Use the app as that is faster $11 entree with no protein, $2 add for chicken. You can take away items (like peanuts or peppers) and does not reduce price but to add anything is generally 75 cents per item. Just fyi They have fountain drinks (we like the Unsweet Fuze tea) plus other bottled drinks in a cooler. Clean bathrooms as well as the dining room has generally been clean as well. read more

I ordered pad thai for pick-up. The bowlwas a good size but when I tasted it I realized there was absolutely zero sauce on it. It just tasted like plain noodles and hot bean Sprouts. It was not appealing and frankly inedible. When I called the restaurant to complain, the child who answered the phone was very rude and then hung up on me. They don't want to hear that their food is terrible. They already know it is. That was obvious from the little girl on the phone. I will have to recook it myself another day. I don't have time to do that today, so I'm simply left hungry after paying $27, that's crazy bs imo. I don't know how this spot only has 3 stars because I was IN LOVE with my recent order!! I have been meaning to try this spot for so long since it isn't far from our house and I'm bummed it took me so long to make it in. We don't really have any tasty Thai spots close to home so this will do the trick, especially for takeout! I ordered their yellow curry, mild, with chicken and rice noodles (say what?!) and a side of white rice because - best of both worlds!! I was SHOCKED at the portion size! It was a total of $15 with the side of rice and tip but honestly, it would easily make two people very full. I can't wait to eat the leftovers. Also, I have never seen curry served with rice noodles and it might just be my new favorite thing. It's always hard for me to pass up Pad Thai because I love the noodles but this enables me to get both of my fixes! The veggies tasted fresh, sauce was creamy and authentic, and all in all, I was in Thai curry heaven! You better believe that I'll be back. It is the best takeout that I've had in a long while. Thai 2 Go is a very attractive place in the Camelback shopping center(so there is plenty of parking). The name is "2 Go" but there's over 6 nice tables; so I ate there. Manager Lysette runs things great. My Pad Thai(with chicken)and Thai chicken dumplings were ready in under 10 minutes piping hot and very delicious. The place is also super clean which gave me a nice feeling about the food prep. Highly recommended and so far the best fast Thai food I've had this year. Looking at other reviews makes me question if I went to the same restaurant. This was the most disappointing thai food I've ever had and my bar was low because I was extremely hungry. The pad Thai had absolutely no flavor except for a burnt taste that overpowered the whole dish. I ordered it mild and it was not spicy at all. With how hungry I was I would normally have finished it but this was just awful. I also got the tom kha gai and again not tasteful at all. There's nothing "authentic" about this "Thai" food.
