Teriyaki beef bowl meat very thin
    Victory I.

Has anyone noticed or is it just me when Yogi's grill first open they started off using thicker sirloin steak meat for the teriyaki beef bowls but now it is reduced to super thin carne asada meat? I thought it was just one of their location but apparently all of their locations are serving the very thin carne asada style meat for their beef bowls, for a while now. I hope they go back to the original way they made the beef bowls with real nice sized sirloin steak and not thin carne asada meat which is good if you're having a burrito , the teriyaki beef bowl would be sliced in a row now similar to how the chicken is advertised but nowit just looks like pieces and meat all over the rice It's not sliced in a row because it's so thin. Please go back to the original way you used to make it with the thicker sirloin steak this meat is obviously different if you know how the company used to make it when they started here in Arizona I can't forget because it was one of my favorite places I would go, But I stopped going for years because of this and decided to give it a shot again and nothing has changed It's still very very thin meat.

I'm updating the last review I left on here complaining about the smell. They have since updated the whole inside and now it's super clean and nice! I love the sushi and the spicy tuna bowls!

YG is in a big shopping center on Camelback, so it's nice to eat here after shopping. Service was great by Alex-friendly, professional and the food is fast. My tempura and sushi roll were delicious. The portions are huge. Recommended for fast, quality Asian at superior value.

So annoyed all I asked was for the chicken teriyaki bowl with the brown sauce and onions on the side and asked the girl to Repeat it... over and over she stopped paying attention and then said "sorry what"... I repeated my pick up order 3 times and sure enough it's completely wrong... and now I called back and it's crickets- thanks for not listening to anything I said oh and your avocados are bad!

A bit disappointed with my order today, I had been here before and things were alright. But this time I had ordered the veggie udon and all of my vegetables were still raw. Little sad but I might come back and try again another day. Otherwise the service was good and the restaurant was tidy and clean.

This is the best Yogis I have been to in Az. I got the salmon bowl and it was cooked perfect I added avocado. I forgot to ask for green onion but when I asked after I received my order the cashier was so nice about it. Loved the food and service.

Disgusting. Food was cold and veggie rolls soggy. When I reached out did not seem to care. Will not order from the business again.

Definitely a vibe for anime lovers! Food-wise, we started with the gyoza and they were delicious. Perfectly cooked and even better dipped in the ponzu sauce! We also tried the sushi flight, which was a great way to sample a few different flavors. Overall, I really enjoyed it, although the eel was probably my least favorite of the flight just personal preference. The crispy tuna rice was easily the star of the meal! Crispy, flavorful, and the textures worked so well together. I would 100% order that again. The ramen, however, was just okay for me. It wasn't bad or inedible, but the broth was lacking that rich, deep flavor I look for in a good bowl of ramen. A little more depth and seasoning would really take it to the next level. The service was honestly one of the highlights. Our waiter was super friendly, cool, and attentive without hovering, which I always appreciate. Overall, there were definitely more hits than misses. The great service, fun atmosphere, and crispy tuna rice are enough for me to give Full Moon Izakaya another try. Next time, I'll be exploring more of the menu!

I've served in restaurants for 20 years, at elite places such as, Hillstone along with Chelsea's Kitchen and Buck and Rider, and I am appalled by the behavior of the staff tonight. I discourage anyone from coming into this place. The service is underrated. And as a paying customer, enjoying a meal with a friend, I am very disturbed that they would kick us out before closing time. This lady walks around and says "closed, closed" and starts turning off all the lights. I said "Oh the website says you close at 10pm" and the lady with the top knot bun and glasses said "yeah, but no one is in here so we are closed." Ummm we were in there. Poor hospitality on their part. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. Sushi Michi on 16th st & Bethany, or Full Moon Izakaya Sushi and Ramen, is way better and they don't close earlier because they didn't have any walkins at the point, nor do they kick people out before closing time. Also when we left a car had just pulled up to grab dinner. Turning away customers is poor ethics on behalf of Cherry Blossom. No wonder no one goes here and everything is so out dated. ALSO I had asked for a wine sample to decide which wine I wanted and our waitress said "we don't do samples". Okay well every other restaurant I've been to and worked at has samples. What a way to miss a sale. Wine was $15 a glass. Wouldn't you want that to improve your check average? These people are turning away money. So sad

As someone who's a bit picky, that meant I had to sit and wait quite a while for the specific items I wanted to come around on the belt which was kind of frustrating. That said, I've figured out the hack: come right when they open for lunch after 11am. It's a completely different experience. You can order exactly what you want, and it comes out almost immediately. Way more enjoyable and efficient. Even during my first visit, I still had fun. The little robot that delivers drinks and wasabi is a cute touch and definitely adds to the experience. The concept itself is great, it just depends on timing. Food-wise, it's a bit hit or miss. I do NOT recommend the spicy tuna or regular tuna. The quality hasn't been great in my experience it tends to have stringy fat and sometimes tastes fishy. On the other hand, the spicy yellowtail hand roll is consistently my favorite. It always looks fresh with a nice color and texture. The app is also a little confusing. When you try to pay, it still redirects you to a QR code and opens a webpage instead of using the app directly, which makes you wonder why you even need the app in the first place. One more tip: double-check your to-go orders. They've forgotten utensils, soy sauce, and wasabi for me before. Overall, the staff are really nice, even though interaction is pretty minimal.
