The miso soup is full bodied in flavor and one of the best I've had. The dynamite shrimp is literally to die for and you want to lick the plate clean! I appreciated their cucumber salad with a sunomono take cause while it differed from a typical sunomono salad, this was so flavorful and packed with such refreshing tastes, it left you wanting more! I have not had a single bad dish here and I still have so much to try. The drinks are great too, my partner and I really enjoyed the Thai-gers blood and Pineapple Express. The atmosphere is amazing down from the decor to the architecture of it all. I urge others to try this place, as they truly care about the craftsmanship of cooking and making dishes come to life and providing you the ultimate dining experience. It wasn't bad or inedible, but the broth was lacking that rich, deep flavor I look for in a good bowl of ramen. A little more depth and seasoning would really take it to the next level.
