Phoenix seems to be a city that a lot of restaurants close at 8PM, so I was lucky that when the place I wanted to eat at was closed, that Sushi Vibe was located right around the corner and this place took care of me super quickly. I came into Sushi Vibe at around 8:30PM and since I was flying solo, they sat me at the bar and took care of me right away. I was feeling simple and hungry, so I ordered three rolls that I'm too stupid to remember. I think it was a Crunch Spicy Tuna Roll and two others that I'll probably never remember the name of because I usually just order random stuff. The staff was super attentive during my visit and had me fed and ready to go in like 15 minutes. The sushi was great here and tasted really good. The crunch had crunch, the fish tasted fresh, and the food did it's job and filled me up. Overall, Sushi Vibe was a great place to grab dinner and I truly have no complaints over my visit. The restaurant was super nice, the food was super good, and the staff was very friendly. Need Sushi? Sushi Vibe will take care of you.
I absolutely love this place. I've never really cared for raw fish or traditional sushi, but their vegetable rolls are wonderful, and I've always enjoyed a good teriyaki--both are done exceptionally well here. The lunch special is a fantastic value and very generous in portion. I usually order the bento box lunch, which includes miso soup, a roll, a small appetizer, and the bento itself with rice, chicken, and salad. It truly exceeds my expectations every time. I also appreciate that they offer plenty of vegan options, all of which are surprisingly flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance--calm but still modern and inviting--and the staff are consistently warm and welcoming. It's become one of my favorite spots.
When checking out an Elite Week event at Salt & Straw with one of my besties, we found ourselves strolling the plaza and feeling a bit peckish. Why not stop in for some sushi since a few of my Yelp friends gave this location good reviews? For a Friday night, they had a small wait and the location was filled. A sign of a good place if you ask me! The hostess was very nice and so was the server who checked on us several times. We ordered: Booty booty roll, Cherry Blossom Roll, Side order of Shrimp Fried Rice, and Chili Garlic Edamame. Though the Booty booty was solely for the name and subsequent laughs, it was pretty good! I've added fish back into my diet, and been loving sushi. This definitely hit the spot. Still in awe of the sheer size of the "side order" of shrimp fried rice! We both ended up taking it to go in a styrofoam box, which was nice to enjoy the next day. Definitely good eats in the restaurant and for leftovers. Well worth the price point and we both said we would return again!
I stopped by Sushi Vibe on a very busy night and was told the wait would be about 30 to 40 minutes. Luckily, the outdoor bar seating was open, and since it was a cool night with the heaters on, it had such a nice vibe. We decided to sit outside and were seated immediately. Everyone here was super friendly, and we were helped right away. The sushi was delicious! We started with the crunchy spicy tuna appetizer, which was really good. Our server was amazing. She brought out the Lion King roll and mentioned it was her favorite. She even told me she usually enjoys it with two different sauces and brought them out for me to try. They were both delicious! I also got to try the beef yakisoba, and everything was packed with flavor. It ended up being the perfect, relaxed date night with a beautiful view of the Christmas tree outside.
I had a great first time at sushi vibe! I came in with a big group and our waitress was helpful with everything we needed. They have an afternoon happy hour and the pricing was very reasonable. They have all the classic rolls you could think of including my favorite Vegas roll. But I especially liked their first love roll and sunset roll which included little lemon slices providing a really fresh flavor to the sushi. You can never go wrong with the yellowtail! I would come again

Food: For appetizers we ordered One Garlic edamame. For entrees we ordered One Vegas Rolls, One Chicken Katsu that were cooked to perfection, and One Chicken Fried rice. Service: Dine in order, Service was great and food was prepared correctly and under 25 minutes, service was also fast and dinner for 3 in the heart of Biltmore only cost $65 our order was fresh and worth the wait! This food very much tastes exactly like its sister company "Sushiholic" another valley must try.
Super great location, there's a really cute common area surrounded by a variety of establishments. It's hidden in the back corner. Modern but cozy with plenty of indoor seating, great vibe & outdoor seating when it cooler . The lunch special is fair; good food for around $10 each.
I didn't know what to expect from this sushi spot but I was pleasantly surprised. They have a wide happy hour menu with plenty of different options. The sushi itself was tasty but I loved the edamame, the sauce they use was so good! The vibes of this place give date night but also casual outing with friends. If you're looking for good sushi that won't break the bank, this is the spot!

It's a whole vibe in here at Sushi Vibe! I'm so glad I stopped in for lunch, as they had awesome lunch specials, even on the weekends! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was top notch. I sat at the bar and perused the menu for a bit before deciding on the 3 roll special for $13.95. Yeppp, you read that right! I couldn't believe it myself!! Granted these aren't fancy rolls by any means, but I wasn't feeling fancy, and the rice-to-fish ratio is legit! I didn't have to ask for less rice. Sweet! I ordered the Tootsie Roll, Salmon Roll and the Yellowtail Roll. All 3 were perfection, and the sizes were on point. I was satisfied after I demolished all 3, and I wasn't feeling stuffed like I overdid it. The bar area is pretty, and I like that they have the purse hooks underneath the counter. Every restaurant should have those, lol. The dining room is a good size, and they also offer outdoor dining as well. If you're in the Uptown area in Phoenix, hit up Sushi Vibe in the Uptown Plaza. You'll be glad you did! =)
The value at Sushi Vibe cannot be matched! The specials are so affordable it's crazy. The sushi is also good - not the greatest, but for the price it's amazing. The shishitos though are truly delicious. Don't skip them! The fish is also fresh. I really like the sashimi sampler and I think it's also a pretty good price cause they give you fat slices of fish. Service can be pretty meh. It seems like they don't have enough staff so you can be waiting for a while to order and get your food. They have a cute patio though.
If you're a fan of Sushiholic in Arcadia, you'll feel right at home at Sushi Vibe, a sister restaurant. The menus are clearly related, especially the lunch menu, with many of the same favorites and a familiar layout. That's a good thing, because the food here is every bit as good - if not better! The sushi was exceptionally fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and modern, but I'd say it has a slightly more upscale feel than Sushi Holic while still being comfortable and unpretentious. The service was genuinely friendly throughout my visit. A special shout-out to the bar: I ordered the Gin Ginger Sour from the happy hour menu (happy hour starts at 2 p.m., right when the lunch service ends). Made with Roku gin, plum wine, ginger syrup, and lemon juice, it was one of the better gin cocktails I've had in a while--balanced, refreshing, and not overly sweet. The bartender even poured the extra cocktail left in the shaker into a separate glass instead of letting it go to waste, which was a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. Excellent food, great cocktails, warm service, and a chill atmosphere. I'll definitely be back. read more
Solid 4 star sushi restaurant. Rolls were good, interesting drink options (Yuzu Mule), and decent service. Will be back but feel there are tons of amazing sushi spots in the valley so won't be rushing back. Something about the food just fell a little flat. Might have been the chicken fried rice which was the weakest item of the night. We should have got noodles instead haha. read more

This is in my top 5. I've been going there pretty frequently because I live close by. Great "vibe" and the service is always on point. Sushi is always perfect. They have a great happy hour menu. They can get pretty busy at night so I started sitting at the sushi bar. It's cool to chit chat with the sushi chefs, get their recs, and watch them do their craft. read more

Literally stumbled on this amazing place. Way larger than it looks w some great outside seating. We sat at the bar w Sedona as our server/ bartender. She was outstanding. Crab puffs and spicy edemame apps then a roll and some tuna. Everything was outstanding. Met the owner who was great. We can't wait to return. Place was busy for a Tuesday night. read more

I've been to their sister restaurant Yasuo so figured they should be great as well. I noticed that their outside dining area is very nice and large but who wants to eat outside in this crazy hot weather? The interior is very nice too and I liked the atmosphere. We got here a bit after 11am and saw the great lunch specials Monday - Saturdays from 11am to 2pm. There were many options but we both decided on their Sushi Combo as we love nigiri and spicy tuna. For only $13.95 it's served with soup and salad, 4 pieces of nigiri- tuna, yellowtail, salmon, and shrimp, 8 pieces of California roll and 8 pieces of spicy tuna roll. It was a lot of food! The miso soup had just the perfect flavor, which is kind of a big deal for me:) The salad was a bit different. The dressing tasted like soy sauce, vinegar, bit of sugar and sesame oil, not the typical ginger dressing. The nigiri and the rolls were very fresh and tasty. If I'm being really picky, I'd say the nigiri pieces were small but for $13.95, it's such a great deal and you get a very satisfying meal. We were very full and still had 16 pieces of the rolls left! Our server was very kind and efficient. She even gave us a small zip log bag with ice for our leftovers. How sweet is that? I'd totally come back next time I'm in the area. read more
Quality has gone down I love this place people and owner but as they have grown they have changed. The primary chef in the Eastdide opening a new project such a loss. I will say so.thing they are serving half portioning. Im so disappointed I feel they lost the vibe from Sushi Vibe. Don't think im coming back. I always raved them e eryo e I told goes there now but as service quality dropped im saddened I loved Sushi Vibe amazing quality but Sushi Vibe has list its vibe. read more

Our server Sedona was attentive, kind, and timely. I got the chicken fried rice and it slapped like an angry girlfriend. All the food was excellent. read more
They have great lunch specials Monday through Saturdays from 11AM- 2PM. I always get their sushi combo. It comes with miso soup, salad, 4 pieces of nigiri, 8 pieces of California and 8 pieces of spicy tuna rolls. It's a ton of food at a really great price of $13.95. You really can't beat it! I'd been waiting ages to get back to Sushi Vibe. Still the same. Well. Almost. You see, I love katsu curry. L-O-V-E I-T Sooooo......don't go messing with the sauce, or I'll notice. Guess what? I noticed. Anyhoo. Took one bite and I knew the whole meal was a wash. I don't know if the blend was off (restaurant made with a new chef?), or the product purchasing has changed. But, it changed. It's not me..... The good lady-wife's sushi was nice. Meal for two - very affordable! Fun decor. Excellent service. Katsu had great sticky rice, brócoli and great chicken! The secret to a great katsu? Sauce. I'm so disappointed. Looking for recommendations for another katsu place. :( read more

What are your vegan dishes?
We don't have much vegan dishes at the moment. Vegetable yakisoba, cucumber roll, avocado roll and seaweed salad are the only options.
What time is happy hour and is it daily?
Closed on Sundays. Happy hour 6 days a week 2 to close.
Do they offer all you can eat sushi?
No we don't. We do have happy hour from 2 to 9.
