Waters were brought to our table and we put in some appetizer orders and drinks. The 'Red Dragon' cocktail was delicious! Pork dumplings were crispy, chicken karaage was fresh and yummy, shrimp tempura came as a roll which was packed with flavors and topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce (which we loved!) We especially loved the Hachicko roll, my personal favorite! Everything was fresh, service was great, and everything was clean. We are quite picky on our fresh fish, but the owners Remy and Peter are just as picky. The fish is fresh and amazing. Allan the chief chef created some unique dishes for us with amazing sauces. Just went in and they are currently doing a soft opening. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cute but relaxed. I sat up at the sushi bar and ordered some jalapeno poppers, a salmon roll, and Cheese Rangoons. The jalapeño poppers were huge, you get four and the jalapeño was specially spicy today but it was so good. The salmon roll was tasty as well, I'm excited to be able to get sushi so close to me. There was only one server on a pretty slow night, but it did pick up a little bit when I got settled. And you could tell that it was a one-man show. I love this place! Not only is the food delicious, but I can bring my pup and the owner always makes him feel so welcome by giving him water and lots of love. They have an outdoor patio so our dog can hangout with us while we eat! You can just park in the Muse apartment retail parking and it's such an easy walk over.
