Amazing food, but horrible service. Not only was our server inattentive to our table only coming to get our order and check. When the check did come we promptly put the card as payment and waited for her to come back. After 10 minutes we asked a server passing by to take the check so we could pay and leave. Our server came back claiming she had made a mistake on our first check, the one that we had looked through and approved the payment on, and had taken our card to charge more into. In my experience at restaurant those mistakes should be taken care of by the sever/restaurant or a new check should come for approval before charging to my card. As I understand it this place is new and maybe they're still working thru things. Came for breakfast on a weekday. Our food orders had some issues which need to be stated. An order of eggs Benedict had underdone muffins, soggy and raw tasting. The buttermilk pancakes came with raspberry jam/preserves on them, it contained seeds which I know isn't shocking but frustrating while chewing soft pancakes. My cubed potatoes along with the benedicts potato side we're underdone. They weren't cooked to a brown; edible but not pleasant to eat. We did mention potato issue to server who said she'd "let them know". Polite and friendly service for sure and the interior is really comfortable and clean. Took my kids for breakfast on a Saturday. Not too crowded. I haven't been in this space since it was Bluefin. It looks very similar , brick and wood , clean lines. I had the Croque Madame and it was very tasty. Some one else complained about it getting too soggy but I didn't have that problem at all even without any toasting of the bread. It's much easier to mop up the gravy and egg if the bread is not toasted in my opinion. One of my kids had the Hong Kong waffle and he enjoyed it. It was too much for him so we had to take it to go. We also had Three Little Pigs which was fine and Savory Crepes which were apparently quite good. My son even thought the greens that came with the latter were tasty. I am so happy I found this place. I tried the "Three Little Pigs" & "Dutch Baby". Both did not disappoint! I've drove by this place so many times and never noticed it. Came here on a Saturday because my boyfriend and a couple of our friends wanted mimosas with breakfast. Was actually excited to eat here after looking at the menu. They are located where the old bluefin use to be. Cute spot. As we walked up to the front door we were excited because there was one one table being used on the patio and only 3 tables were being occupied on the inside. With more than 15 tables open we were excited to sit down and order food.....nope. The host took down our name and number and told us a table would be ready in 20min. Well she wasnt kidding. It took them 20 min to seat us with more than 15 tables open. Once we were finally seated on the patio no one came to our table for another 15 min. Finally when our server showed up he made no introduction as to thanks for coming, saying his name, or talked about any specials for the day. We ordered 2 unlimited mimosas to start and a diet coke. It took our server another 10 min to bring drinks back.....but I'll give him credit he brought a huge pitcher for the boys to start drinking and they liked the balance of the mimosas. We ordered the crab and lobster omelet, sausage and pepper skillet, the bubble waffle and a blueberry French toast. Server never checked back on us until our food came. The food was amazing. Everything was lovely and tasted great. Everyone at the table was able to try everyone's food. Big enough portions to share with 4 people all around. If you want good food they have great food. But if you are looking for quality service this is definitely not the place for that. The staff is poorly trained with limited communication skills. I've opened and trained staff for restaurants and this was just pure laziness of staff and management. Only way I'd go back there is just for friends who want to drink. Both times I've been here, it was around lunch/brunch time, so I don't know how it is for dinner. The first time I went, it was for my friend's birthday brunch. They were able to accommodate a large party as we had called ahead in advance and made a reservation. Most of us did the bottomless mimosa and entree deal (I think it was $27 which includes an entree under $17 and as many mimosas as you can drink for an hour and a half). You can choose between regular mimosas with orange juice or grapefruit onces for a small upcharge. I was able to try a bunch of different menu items as my friends and I sampled from one another's plates. The blueberry muffins were so good! My favorite sweet item were the bubble waffles. They were served with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. I ordered one of the savory skillets, which came with egg and bell peppers, and potatoes it was so good! It came in a mini cast iron skillet. I also enjoyed the eggs benedict. They were good, but I must say they didn't stand out from any other place that I've gotten them (standard). Overall, I've enjoyed both of my experiences here and would return with friends. read more

My friend & I had an excellent brunch here on recent sunny weekday - everything was just right. 1) the hostess was friendly, 2) had a choice of seating inside or on the patio, 3) the waitress was adorable & gave us menu recommendations, 4) the food was timely and delicious, 5) reasonably priced, 6) nice open decor/ambiance, 7) plenty of parking in back lot. Sadly, the employee just walked away, never asked if I was OK, never apologized. I was in miserable pain. Te table we were seated at was shoved tight against the wall, we could hardly get in or out, and when we did, the table was right up against up. We are not large people, either. Came here for brunch. I wasn't really hungry so I ordered two side dishes, pancakes and sausage. As soon as the waiter put the plate down I noticed the two sausage links were actually one link split down the middle. I asked if that was correct, an order of sausage for $3.50 ? He said yes. I asked for the manager. The pancakes were about an inch thick which I thought was unusual. Then I took a bite. It tasted like pancakes but the consistency was more like dough. It was heavy, not light and fluffy like they should be. When the manager came I showed him my plate. He says the sausage is by weight and it's 4 oz. I laughed. It was more like 1.5-2.0 oz. I told him about the pancakes and all he said was the regular order of pancakes are better. Shouldn't they be the same just a smaller portion. I will not return. read more
