I'm a DoorDash driver. I'm a very polite person up until the moment someone intentionally ignores me just because you know I'm a Dasher. I came in. There were customers here, but they've already been helped. I was the only customer in line. I waited and finally got help. As soon as I got help, I heard my DoorDash customers name called out as ready to be served. I politely said to the cashier "Hi, I'm here to pick up for "customers name"". The cashier literally looked at my customers order, ignored it, and began to help the customer that was behind me. The cashier was very polite and kind to the customer behind me, asking him all sorts of questions, helping him order his items. Ot wasn't until she helped all other customers before she decided to acknowledge that I've been waiting for my customers items to be bagged up before they got cold! Is this really how ya'll treat dashers? Why do Starbucks employees hate us dashers so much? This happens frequently at every Starbucks I've picked up from. DoorDash customers have already prepaid for their items and aren't any different than any other customer. I've frequented this spot in the last few months because I've been working at a near by office. The thing I like about this store is that it has a drive through that typically moves at a decent pace. The bummer is that I order the same thing every day and it is never made the same. In addition I get charged differently for the exact same order (if I don't mobile order it). I will simply say that I am so glad I moved to drinking my own, fresh-ground coffee every morning. I spend about $.50/large (venti) iced coffee that is more coffee than ice. Why am I so glad.... Because about two weeks ago (been busy so didn't have time to post until now) I went through the drive-thru, because I was given a gift car, to get a slice of bread. For some strange reason my window didn't roll down so I couldn't order at the remote teller. However, by the time I got to the payment window my car window finally worked. Here's the kicker... The lady waiting at the window had her arms folded and looked at me as if I had intentionally not ordered. I think her name was Nichole. I quickly explained that I would be happy to go back around so as not to delay others behind me but she rudely said "what do you want". I still said that I would go around but she just said again "what do you want". So I just ordered my bread. I was handed it with a frown and not one more word after that. Even though I apologized right upon my arrival I received the absolute worst service that was not deserved. This is Starbucks in the 21st century. This is why Starbucks doesn't get my money. Used to be a cool place but its got the worst service these days.... Although Ft. Lowell/Swan still has pretty good service. read more

This location is the Starbucks closest to home - so when I do have a hankering, this is where I usually end up! I've always had a good experience here. The drive through can get very backed up during peak times due to limited space, so I usually order ahead and park/run in to grab my drink. There is a small but nice outdoor patio that has a great mountain view. The location further north on Oracle is much bigger, but I prefer this cozier shop that is far more manageable and well run (at least in my experience). Thanks, crew! read more

I frequently visit this Starbucks location and the establishment is always clean, shelves orderly, and the staff is extremely nice. Today when I went into Starbucks with my husband, the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was great. My husband ordered his usual and I ordered a water and a white mocha. He received his coffee and my water pretty quickly and we sat down waiting for my mocha. We waited for a few minutes and when he went to check on the status, an employee had already made it and placed it on the counter and someone picked it up. Realizing this, they apologized (totally wasn't their fault) and quickly made me another. I really appreciated the fact that they immediately made me another drink and apologized- even though the apology wasn't necessary. read more

I had an Uber drop me at 6:30 am only to see a BS paper sign (clearly having been used before) saying they had decided to close the inside. Because, you know, they wanted to. Surprisingly when I walked in there was a couple in front of me ordering. There is normally a long line when I come in or go through the drive-thru. Today when I went to order the barista was not friendly at all. I usually have a great experience when I go to starbucks. This woman didn't say anything until I ordered a croissant and she asked warmed? Then she asked for my name. This was the worse experience I have ever had. They are usually very friendly. Terrible customer service and rude manager! Our office regularly purchases from this location and we have never had any issues until today! In an already long line we patiently waited then placed our order for a few of our co workers. One of the drinks was made incorrectly so it was sent back to be made again with no issues. Once the team member came back she said "next time you have such a big order you need to come inside." Mind you it was not an issue when the order was placed only when they made it incorrectly. When we called to speak to the manager we kindly let the manager know that we were unaware of a drink limit in the drive through, she said "there isn't a limit but large orders of 4 or more are asked to be placed in the store for the sake of the other customers" . A typical family consists of 4 members at least, so you mean to tell me that you ask every family with 4 drinks or more to place their order in the store? Very doubtful and very disappointing to receive such terrible service from a customer based company like Starbucks read more

Ordered two tall mobile order drinks. Both took an extremely long time(17 minutes) for ordering ahead. Baristas claimed that it was very busy but the store didn't appear to have a high occupancy. Almost drove away without one of the drinks because it took forever for a tall lemonade. read more

I don't know why this happens but when it's only the male employees working they mess up Orders, forget orders and don't call out name. I'm on a time limit. Last time I waited 10 minutes I walk up to employee area and said if you can't make my drink I have to leave I'll take refund. The guy said oh you didnt get your drink. He said to other guy where's his drink. He said I am didn't get order. What the Hell they are 3 feet away from each other and using ear pieces. I'm done with this location. I will say when the females employees work no issues. Management need to be updated on this and changed if they can not train correctly. Maybe giving money back on this issue. The employee there was a you know what. I'm 13 and I can realize what she did wrong. My dad was on the phone in the drive thru, and In the beginning she was nice, not rude at all. When I realized Maybe it might be easier for her to hear me at the window we pulled up. I asked "can you hear me now?" She responded with "yes" so having that she can hear me now I order and all is well. Until she repeats my order back to me and says banana bread instead of pumpkin. I try telling her it's not banana it's pumpkin, but before I can even get a word out she runs off to the back to get banana bread. Then, she comes back and my dad tells her nicely " that's the pumpkin bread, correct?" At this point the lady snaps and goes "no it's banana bread, and in the future I'm gonna need you to not be on the phone and order because it backs up the line." Now, yes I understand that my dad made a mistake, but instead of being a total witch about it she could've been nice. If you have a stick up your butt please try and pull it out! I waited over 20 minutes for a drip. I was standing there for almost 10 minutes, then noticed they were taking out filters. Not sure why, I ordered a simple drip. I was in a hurry. It's Starbucks so I can't say much. I enjoy a latte now and again, but of course, it's pricey. This particular location can get really congested. I'm not a Starbucks fan, but sometimes it just can't be avoided. Had to be on this side of town and was meeting an ex-coworker for coffee to catch up, so Starbucks was convenient. Its not a very comfortable Starbucks as the seating is kind of on top of one another, but the shop was clean. The service was polite and quick. The coffee was just meh. I've become addicted to the Cafe con leches in Miami. Ask one of the "baristas" (said in my most sarcastic tone) at Starbucks for a cafe con leche and you'll get a blank stare. I ordered a Caffe Latte as that is the closest they have, but still just meh. read more

Every time I go to this Starbucks I am disappointed. There was probably about 5 baristas behind the bar and not one greeted me when I came in or acknowledged me when I got to the register. I basically had to wait until the girl on the front till saw me and acknowledged me. They leave far too much room in my iced coffee when I asked for no room at all. Using the drive through is ALWAYS a delight. At this particular location they seem to "get it" and always get my order correct. In a world full of ups and downs this is a constant- yes. My favorite location.. place is beautiful and I get tons of work done here =) The only problem is I have is with the lack of outlets.. and table space. The tables in the middle are pretty much without outlets, and if you plan on staying long.. you have the option to either sit on a bar stool.. or a one person arm chair.. or that long table they have up in the front where everyone pretty much is fighting for because its the ideal place to study. read more

The part that needs work is to have an electrical outlet by each table or in the table/on the floor - this is my mini-office and I can be here all day - java it all up - yet need better electricity outlets!
