I ordered a coffee but found out quickly that they don't have a cup of coffee but rather an "Americano" which is a diluted espresso with hot water. What a disappointment. The Americano was a weak, watery version of coffee served in a big cup. The question is: why don't you serve coffee? (Your name suggests you do!) If you are going to push on us to buy Americano at least don't make it a watery imitation of coffee. What a disappointment. read more

This specific location is going down the drain. I used to be able to come here and know I was going to have a good experience. Employees used to care and now seem so burnt out that they could care less. Had a horrible experience with them this morning. The women was snarky and lowkey rude. Both of my parents even noticed it. So I didn't take the service. When I spoke to management it was like speaking to a wall. Not that I expected anything from them. But no offer to speak with the employee on trying to better understand the customer instead of being rude. No offer to take outlets order at the window. No offer of any way to correct the mishap or possible misunderstanding. Just I'm sorry have a good day. I will never be coming to this location again. Revised review: I have been going to this location for 5 years. The customer service has gone down exceedingly low. I ordered a drink on the Dutch Bros app today 01/11/26. By the time I walked up to the window, I wasn't greeted and the barista was very cold to me. Didn't have my drink ready when I told her I was there for pick up. Silently made my drink without telling me that was what she was doing. I don't know the name of the barista but she was a heavy set, tall hispanic girl with a flat affect. I should have asked for my tip back. This isn't the only time I received lackluster customer service at 120 S. Wilmot location. Super quick location on a sunny day morning! Stopped in here for a treat on my way back to my campground. This place is located next to a big shopping plaza but make sure you enter from the main road as it's not connected. The parking lot can definitely be a bit of a mess when it's busy so park smartly to get out of the lines super long! Decided to finally try Dutch Bros Coffee. We went on a Sunday afternoon and ordered at the window. We tried the carmel eggnog iced latte. It was so bitter, my friend said to stir it around and let some of the ice melt. That did not help. I could not drink it and dumped it. While on vacation with the family, my son, my nephew, and my brother-in-law and myself walked up to get ourselves a coffee. As we walked up, the music was so loud it was completely annoying as we looked around the building there was no menu posted outside or anywhere in sight so when it came to our turn, they instructed us to scan the QR code, and the menu would auto populate, it did not. you have to download an app, so I did not want to do that. I asked if they had a menu that I could look at, it was not available for us. I am sooooo disappointed!! Dutch Bros is definitely my to go ALWAYS ! However after my last two visits , I got extra flies with my hot sugar free golden eagle soft top ! Two separate visits , first one I accidentally drank it down and open up my cup the other fly was on the bottom of more than half drank coffee . I gave them another chance my next visit I crunched the fly with my teeth and pulled it out !! It was disgusting. I know we are having flies in Tucson everywhere . However I feel they should be more careful and pay attention . I know they are in a rush to keep up with the crowded lines , but be more cautious when making the drinks PAY ATTENTION . A time prior to this I ordered sugar free golden eagle breve .., unfortunately it wasn't SF , and my sugar spiked ( diabetic) . I went on their first day, around a quarter til 7am and while I was expected a bit of a crowd, drive thru was busier so I just parked and ordered a drink. Iced vanilla americano. As an obsessed coffee person, I was not wowed. BUT, I have only gone once so I am willing to adjust this review after another visit... particularly after looking at their online menu. This location is a bit tricky to get into depending on which direction you are coming. The hubs and I stopped in after hearing people rave about it. I ordered the Cold Brew Mocha, the hubs got some sort of hot holiday drink. I will say that I loved the customer service and the person taking the order (and paying) before you get to the window. Our drinks were okay -- don't get me wrong, but I would not even go as far as saying they were good. My cold brew Mocha was not sweet it was cold brew with some unsweetened cocoa in it (maybe that is how it is supposed to taste?) I was in it for the caffeine so the sweet part was not a deal breaker. The car in front of us ordered at least 17 drinks (we were counting) Many of which they ordered when they got up to the window. This is my only true beef -- we were held captive, along with two cars behind us in the drive through. We literally had our drinks for 5 minutes and were drinking them (along with the 2 cars behind us) before we could get out of the drive through. Okay, I guess it was cool that the guy ran our drinks out to us so we could enjoy them at their particular temperatures. The gal at the window should have told the car to move up and park, but we sat and waited -- fully paid, drinking our drinks while the people in front of us continued to order more drinks. read more

Employee told me that I would not be served at window and I would have to pretend I was in line like a car and pace myself on the sidewalk. Straight from Grant's Pass, Oregon is this curiously intriguing joint that caught my attention many times as I drove past it. What is it? What do they serve? Why are so many cars lined up in their driveway? Until one of my coworkers from Grant's Pass convinced me to visit the establishment. I was really interested in was the Rebel. It is a house blend energy drink which you can customize with what seems like an endless list of syrups. You can get it as a slushy if that's your thing. For my first time to Dutch Bro's I decided to take the purist's route and get the OG to set a baseline of what I can expect, so I got a plain Rebel. It tasted like what I expected, a Red Bull but with less sugar. There will be many more trips to try their coffee and perhaps more flavors to the Rebel. I really like this place! Nestled in a hard part of town though with the parking and everything. There is drive thru and an option to have 5 parking spots if you want to order outside. I didn't realize this place didn't have an indoor seating area. But that didn't deter me from trying Dutch Bros. I ordered the Birthday Breva (half and half) cold instead of the latte (2% milk). I am not a regular at Dutch Bros so I would suggest looking at their menu online before ordering or talk to the person at the counter at what flavor of coffee you would like. Their menu is very simple on the walk through so I would highly suggest viewing ahead of time. Overall, it was about $5 for a medium coffee which the flavor did not disappoint. I love Dutch Bros- I REALLY DO!! I was so excited when I found out they were coming to Tucson. Especially because this location is dangerously close to my house. I always get the same thing- cold brew kicker. I really only drink cold brew and their cold brew is one of my favorites. The kicker is the irish cream flavor they put it and it is so awesome. They are very heavy with the sweetness, so I always ask for the drink "half sweet". This has always yielded the perfect drink. HOWEVER, as of lately, my "half sweet" is unbearably sweet. The first few times it has happened I took it home and pour half of the cup out and added my own cold brew, which I didn't mind, but still shouldn't be something I have to do. This last time I went, it was too sweet to even do that. This has only ever happened to me at this particular location. I have never had any issues with the locations in Phoenix. I would think that DB has set recipes and set serving amounts, and that "half sweet" of a drink should be the same thing across the board. Perhaps this location needs a retraining of what that means. I hope this is something that they can fix at this location, otherwise, I will make the trek across Tucson to try out the other location when I am craving DB. read more
