Every time I go to this location, they are always out of something and service takes a long time. Not only that, but the cashier's are not the friendliest either. I waited about 10 minutes today for the PB swizzle bowl since they were out of the pitaya base. As you can see from the photos, there's hardly any açaí in there. Will not be coming back. The Smoothies are great! Angel was super helpful and explained the differences between some of the protiens. My brother had been getting a smoothie with way less protien than he thought in the past because of the way he would order it and Angel was the only one to take the time to explain the discrepancy in macros due to us subbing vegan protien instead of whey. In today's environment, where staffing is lacking and things are overpriced, where does the client come into consideration. Furthermore, the staff you do have, not being knowledgeable about the "self service" options that is forced on us ever so frequently. There is an app for this and an app for that.... Granted, while this ever changing electronic world adds plenty of value... knowing how to educate your clientele on how to leverage it, is imperative. Today not only did I get the run around on the app and points. I was told there was no corporate number I could reach out to for help. The manager was required to remain anonymous and they couldn't provide any information for me to follow up on since it is "franchised". So.... Here is an app that the company wants you to use. But can't tell you how to use it. Cant provide any other option than to "google" it. WHAT! Additionally was told "so do you want your smoothie" when I asked her to refund me and use my coupon that I did have. Again, was told she couldn't do that (it's an app malfunction apparently). It's not the $2.00 savings, it's the principle that, quite frankly feels, the clients don't matter anymore. read more

Can't deny that smoothie king has great smoothies, but recently had a ridiculous experience! It was a Sunday morning and we placed an order online at 8:00 when they opened, order was said to be ready at 8:19. When we arrived there was not a person in site and doors were locked. I double... triple checked their opening time and it was in fact 8:00, plus the website had allowed to me to place and online order! We came home frustrated and around 9:00 I called just to see if anyone had showed up as I wanted my money back. An employee answered and sounded very annoyed that I was questioning her about not being present when the store was supposed to be open, she then said "well your orders ready". Because we live so close and I was starving at this point we decided to go pick it up. We had two Açaí bowls (which BTW are extremely overpriced and mediocre) and a smoothie, when we returned home they were completely melted!! I know this probably a fluke, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. I know businesses are having staff issues, but at least put a sign on the door if you have to open at a different time! read more

I've been going to this location since it opened, while their smoothies are always pretty good, their customer service tends to be lacking. I just waited in the drive through for just over 20 minutes. The car in front of me ordered multiple drinks which understandably takes time. That being said, an "I apologize for the wait" would have been nice. Really good! Every time I come through they are quick and friendly. I feel like a lot of smoothie places masquerade as health but are actually full of sugar, but Smoothie King had a lot of healthy options. As a pretty active person I love that most of the smoothies have protein. It is a little pricey, but reasonable for what you're getting. read more
