The weather for this family trip was pretty hot and humid due to some recent thunderstorms so this smoothie king location came in handy a few times to cool us down. The service was fast and courteous and the value was fair for what we received. I'll be back if I get the chance to come back to the area In The future. read more

Smoothie King - Acai bowl Berry Goji Getaway - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I stopped by Smoothie King and tried the Peanut Power Plus in chocolate -- and it did not disappoint! Super smooth, rich, and packed with flavor. When I arrived, the team was running a bit behind on opening duties due to a new staff member, but the manager quickly stepped in to help get orders processed. I really appreciated how proactive and kind they were about it -- great leadership in action! And bonus points for Free Upsize Fridays -- who doesn't love a little extra smoothie to kick off the weekend? I'll definitely be back! read more

I have ordered these smoothie bowls multiple times and have really enjoyed it every time. This time however the staff was not very friendly when trying to make changes to bowls as well as the amount given in each bowl is quite less than what I usually get. Waited in line for 10+ mins with no other cars and this is what I got. Disappointed on the service and product I received today. read more

I am absolutely thrilled. Im pregnant and having an extremely rough first trimester. I sent my fiance the attached screenshot, and he showed it to the attend and stated that I was pregnant, and by his account the woman taking his order, Alexa, LOCKED IN. She knew what was up and my smoothies came home PERFECT and DELICIOUS. Thank you Alexa!!!! read more

Every time I go to this location, they are always out of something and service takes a long time. Not only that, but the cashier's are not the friendliest either. I waited about 10 minutes today for the PB swizzle bowl since they were out of the pitaya base. As you can see from the photos, there's hardly any açaí in there. Will not be coming back. It sucks because I love smoothie bowls, especially for the convenient location. read more

The Smoothies are great! Angel was super helpful and explained the differences between some of the protiens. My brother had been getting a smoothie with way less protien than he thought in the past because of the way he would order it and Angel was the only one to take the time to explain the discrepancy in macros due to us subbing vegan protien instead of whey. Definitely will be coming back thanks to Angel. Angel is really out here saving our gym gains. Thank you! read more

Reasonably priced. I enjoyed reading the names and was impressed with the amount of options to choose from for Smoothies. Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha, Island Storm, Chaka laka were the 3 smoothies we asked for. We went through the drive thru. The cashier at the window was polite and it did not take long for our drinks. I would definitely come back and next time check out the lobby. read more

Went through the drive through and waited in line for my order for over 30 minutes! Smoothies per my kiddos were good. However, I just feel like two basic smoothies in a drive thru shouldn't take that long. There was no apologies made and it's quite pricey for being so slow. read more

No spoons. I bought one of their yummy bowls I only stopped here because experience told me that their bowls are good. I ordered a peanut butter drizzle bowl They didn't hand me a spoon so I asked do you have a spoon? They said no we're out of spoons! I told him I wish you would have said that when I was ordering this! so I left with my bowl, drove a half a mile to a pharmacy store. I purchased a box of spoons for 3.00. I took it back to them Open up the box in front of them laid the rest of the box on the counter and said This is what your manager should have done to save you from losing customers. read more

In today's environment, where staffing is lacking and things are overpriced, where does the client come into consideration. Furthermore, the staff you do have, not being knowledgeable about the "self service" options that is forced on us ever so frequently. There is an app for this and an app for that.... Granted, while this ever changing electronic world adds plenty of value... knowing how to educate your clientele on how to leverage it, is imperative. Today not only did I get the run around on the app and points. I was told there was no corporate number I could reach out to for help. The manager was required to remain anonymous and they couldn't provide any information for me to follow up on since it is "franchised". So.... Here is an app that the company wants you to use. But can't tell you how to use it. Cant provide any other option than to "google" it. WHAT! Additionally was told "so do you want your smoothie" when I asked her to refund me and use my coupon that I did have. Again, was told she couldn't do that (it's an app malfunction apparently). It's not the $2.00 savings, it's the principle that, quite frankly feels, the clients don't matter anymore. read more

Quick service always refreshing. Easy to order from the app and pick up. Staff is always friendly

The worlds slowest drive thru. When I told the girl at window " hey you need to pick up the pace, this is a drive thru" .... She looked at me with a dumb bewildered face and said " really? " ... I also noticed that they made the smoothie for the car behind me before making mine. Come on manager, get this crew to work a bit harder... 8 bucks for a drink, let's have some quality service read more

Can't deny that smoothie king has great smoothies, but recently had a ridiculous experience! It was a Sunday morning and we placed an order online at 8:00 when they opened, order was said to be ready at 8:19. When we arrived there was not a person in site and doors were locked. I double... triple checked their opening time and it was in fact 8:00, plus the website had allowed to me to place and online order! We came home frustrated and around 9:00 I called just to see if anyone had showed up as I wanted my money back. An employee answered and sounded very annoyed that I was questioning her about not being present when the store was supposed to be open, she then said "well your orders ready". Because we live so close and I was starving at this point we decided to go pick it up. We had two Açaí bowls (which BTW are extremely overpriced and mediocre) and a smoothie, when we returned home they were completely melted!! I know this probably a fluke, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. I know businesses are having staff issues, but at least put a sign on the door if you have to open at a different time! read more

I've been going to this location since it opened, while their smoothies are always pretty good, their customer service tends to be lacking. I just waited in the drive through for just over 20 minutes. The car in front of me ordered multiple drinks which understandably takes time. That being said, an "I apologize for the wait" would have been nice. Instead I was met with a monotone attitude and proceeded to have to wait another 5 minutes because they hadn't started making my drink yet. read more

The smoothies are almost always good, but this evening, the customer service was pretty poor. The guy taking our order never looked us in the eye and was very "flat" in his tone toward us. Basically rude. The girl who gave us our orders was the same. Made it awkward because the employees just seemed like they didn't like being there. read more

The store has made so many changes from crew's friendliness to the store cleanliness. Definitely somewhere I'll be going after the gym!

Really good! Every time I come through they are quick and friendly. I feel like a lot of smoothie places masquerade as health but are actually full of sugar, but Smoothie King had a lot of healthy options. As a pretty active person I love that most of the smoothies have protein. It is a little pricey, but reasonable for what you're getting. read more
