This employee hung out the drive thru window and chit chatted with the guy in the car in front of us for almost 10 minutes. No one came out from the store to take our order and we literally sat for 10 minutes watching this woman talk to this guy. We and the car behind us both left and the employee didn't look up and kept on talking to the guy when we pulled out. We headed down to Starbucks and spent our money there. The local management at this location might want to hold their staff accountable and remind them about the basics of customer service.
