Kino and while in the middle of lots, it is easy to get in and out of, equipped with the dual drive thru lines and they are efficient. Location was moderately busy, but they had two Broista's in the drive thru lines and things kept moving from order to window. Then, I placed my order and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my drink before I asked about it and was told that I have to wait for the drive thru ones first since they were busy. I come to Dutch often for a regular drink , a banana latte blended with cinnamon sprinkles , they were too busy talking to see that it was blended to I politely said it was blended , girl starts to have an attitude and gets mad she has to remake it , while she's telling about about her new bikini , after she also forgets my cinnamon sprinkles on time and dosent do anything but tells me I should've said something before. Visiting Arizona so first time at a Dutch bros coffee. We pulled in at 3pm on a Saturday and there was a huge line of cars for the drive through so we got worried but there were 2 people with iPads walking around taking everyone's orders. They actually came up for our order before we even had a chance to look at the menu. We went with the White chocolate chai and white chocolate lavender latte and we loved them both. Neither was too sweet. And as soon as we ordered we pulled up, waited maybe 2 minutes for a car or two in front of us, and got our drinks! Service was also very friendly! What a great spot. Normally when we go to Dutch Bros, the staff is incredibly friendly. However Brianna was very rude and not helpful at all, she had an attitude when we asked what kind of teas there were. It was crazy packed, but fortunately I was able to get a parking spot. I walked up to order, which was way faster than the line. It was filled in both lanes up to the street. Wish there was a better parking lot but I was able to get in and out. Would be nice if there was some shade as well for those of us who walk up. Remember like everybody they're short staff so be kind to the people who are working. It's a nice chain that really focuses in on cold mixed drinks mostly fruit and some coffee,  For hot coffee they basically have what's called in Americana which is some espresso with hot water.   The service was fast in the coffee was OK.  It seems to be very popular with young people I was glad I stopped by to check it out but It's not what I expected for a coffee house. Just orders a kids smoothie and it was Not drinkable dues to not be blended correctly. You couldn't even drink it through a straw. Very disappointing.
