This was a convenient location for us as it has access off the highway. We stopped by for a much needed rebel and they were pretty busy. The workers were friendly and our drinks were made a few minutes after ordering. We were also given stickers as it was the Drink for Dane day :) read more

Was headed to our hotel and had our Uber driver make a detour to scoop up a large coffee from Dutch Bros after a long day of travel into Tucson! This Dutch Bros is situated directly on S. Kino and while in the middle of lots, it is easy to get in and out of, equipped with the dual drive thru lines and they are efficient. Location was moderately busy, but they had two Broista's in the drive thru lines and things kept moving from order to window. I went with a sugar free torture drink with almond milk and enjoyed all 32 ounces of it! Service was friendly, quick and the drink was on point. Great detour and start to my week in Tucson! read more

If you're looking for a flavorful start to your day this a must-try! Their drinks are packed with delicious sweet flavors that give your morning the perfect kick. Whether you're into coffee, tea, or protein drinks, there's something here that'll satisfy you. I tried the coconut frost and the hopscotch mocha. If you're a coconut lover and enjoy ice cream this is a creamy sweet treat. The hopscotch drink allows you to get in your protein with a sweet kick of chocolate flavor. Pro tip: use their app or get there early this spot gets busy fast, and for good reason. The service is quick, and everything tastes fresh and energizing. Definitely a great way to fuel your morning routine. read more

I don't have a Dutch Bros in my home town, so in the meantime, I always stop in when I'm traveling. Plenty of delicious drink choices. Hot and cold. Delicious food to go along with whatever you are sipping on. Stop by and chill for a bit. read more

Thank you for being open at 10:30 at night when I need caffeine and energy to get through a very long night! Fast service and fast delivery.

O M G this location is busy!! Great friendly service but hands down the worst tasting hot White Mocha I've ever ordered from any Dutch Bros location. Which is a bummer because after waiting in line for 20 minutes I was thirsty and I had to drink disappointment :( read more

In Arizona visiting and decided to try this place for a coffee. Our attendant met us at the car window since the drive through had a long line. He was super helpful and nice. He was also patient as well as added some humor. No ambiance detected as it was a drive thru. My coffee was really good, just how I like it. read more

Great coffee and service. Very expensive though. I'm not sure $10 for coffee is worth it but it's sure tasty.

Pretty decent service, they are quick, but they are very short with ordering. I recommend they become more active with customers as to speed up the lines. read more

The service is horrible. I walked up to order, had to wait several minutes to get someone to acknowledge me. Then, I placed my order and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my drink before I asked about it and was told that I have to wait for the drive thru ones first since they were busy. WTF so because I walked up I have to wait until you clear out the drive thru lines before I can get mine? I love Dutch Bros and will not be going back. read more

Olivia is the BEST broista ever! She always asks how my day is and will always have a conversation with me whether she is at the window or working the drive thru line taking orders. Not to mention, she is the best at making the drinks! She is so awesome and the best ever!!! read more

My order is always exactly what I asked for. Amazing service from the barista Olivia, too!

I love that caramelizer drink on ice! That's my go to drink at DB. The team was efficient getting the drive through moving quickly. Great team, great service and great drink. read more

Olivia is my favorite broista!! She makes coming to dutch bros my favorite part of the week!!

Olivia Holguin is always so welcoming and makes my day whenever I stop by this Dutch bros!

I love Olivia Holguin! Such a sweet girl and great service. Enjoyed my drink a lot. The line was quick and efficient.

Olivia is the best! She listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out my new favorite drink order. I will definitely be coming back!!

I come to Dutch often for a regular drink , a banana latte blended with cinnamon sprinkles , they were too busy talking to see that it was blended to I politely said it was blended , girl starts to have an attitude and gets mad she has to remake it , while she's telling about about her new bikini , after she also forgets my cinnamon sprinkles on time and dosent do anything but tells me I should've said something before. Like what? Why take my order then if your going to give me something completely different. Not coming back worst people working there . read more

Visiting Arizona so first time at a Dutch bros coffee. We pulled in at 3pm on a Saturday and there was a huge line of cars for the drive through so we got worried but there were 2 people with iPads walking around taking everyone's orders. They actually came up for our order before we even had a chance to look at the menu. We went with the White chocolate chai and white chocolate lavender latte and we loved them both. Neither was too sweet. And as soon as we ordered we pulled up, waited maybe 2 minutes for a car or two in front of us, and got our drinks! Service was also very friendly! What a great spot. We've already discussed picking up again in our way out of town. read more

I'm a fan of the Banana Bread Freeze! I love an occasional Rocky Point blended Rebel as well. Every location has awesome staff and I can't wait for the one on Sandario Rd to open. Great rewards system! I love racking up my points and earning free drinks! read more

Fast service and coffee that is consistently good. They are also happy to give you suggestions based on your palate preferences.

My family likes going to Dutch Bros where ever we are. They are always so bubbly, happy, friendly and knowledge about their menu. The lines can be a little long but don't worry they go fast. They have all different kinds of drinks from hot to cold to frozen and they are willing to adapt to your liking. read more

Their walk up menu is not really user friendly so if you're not a frequent guest, how are you suppose to know what to order? The young woman in the window wasn't very helpful or clear, she seemed like she was in a hurry... She signed for MY cc also which I've never experienced... I ordered a strawberry smoothie which was not smooth at all. I also had a chocolate chip muffin top which was fine, nothing special but that was the only food item they had. read more

It was crazy packed, but fortunately I was able to get a parking spot. I walked up to order, which was way faster than the line. It was filled in both lanes up to the street. Wish there was a better parking lot but I was able to get in and out. Would be nice if there was some shade as well for those of us who walk up. Even though it was the beginning of November it was still pretty sunny and hot. I couldn't imagine how it would be in the summer. read more

Normally when we go to Dutch Bros, the staff is incredibly friendly. However Brianna was very rude and not helpful at all, she had an attitude when we asked what kind of teas there were. So, please do better or make sure to hire staff that will keep the same friendly, kind staff that Dutch bros is known for having. read more

Always polite, and if you don't know what to get ask for the drink takers favorite. :) 10/10 read more

Remember like everybody they're short staff so be kind to the people who are working. It's a nice chain that really focuses in on cold mixed drinks mostly fruit and some coffee,  For hot coffee they basically have what's called in Americana which is some espresso with hot water.   The service was fast in the coffee was OK.  It seems to be very popular with young people I was glad I stopped by to check it out but It's not what I expected for a coffee house. I also tip everybody even when I'm going through the drive-through I think it's a good practice in these covid-19 times. read more

Strong, tasty iced coffee & always friendly service! What's not to like? I'm a big fan, & plan to be a return customer!

One of THE best Dutch Bros I've ever encountered. This stand is pretty much the only one I go to since the employees seem to have such a brightening vibe and they always care enough to make sure your drink is made properly. You can tell this team makes their drinks with love! Even on their busiest days they will make sure they ask how you're doing and spark up a small conversation. Not much customers understand that it is their job to talk to you! However they can read social que's very well and will understand when a customer is in need of some venting. All in all this crew takes their time to perfect your drink, make your experience worthwhile, and spread positivity. KEEP IT UP DUTCH ON KINO! read more

What's the point of going to this one and getting in line!!! The girl took everyone order in the same line. Then stopped went to another car that was wayyyyyy after all of us and took their order first? Literally did whatever she wanted and had to reasoning behind it. It's pretty bad when you stop an entire line and only take one sides order. Oh, then she asked if I wanted to tip her. Rightttt.... I always tip $3 on every drink. I spend almost $12 on 1 drink when I come. So nope... not tipping you ass for making me wait 30 mins in a coffee line. Suck it. read more

We come here every time we make it to the west coast and I think it gets better every time.

Just orders a kids smoothie and it was Not drinkable dues to not be blended correctly. You couldn't even drink it through a straw. Very disappointing. I didn't notice until I got it home for my granddaughter. It didn't even come in a kids cup like it always does. Had to scoop out chunks of ice and still couldn't drink it. read more
