If you come here and see the employee in the picture attached to this review, I would suggest you leave and go to another coffee shop that values your business. We were at this location this morning at 6:45 and there was only one other car in front of us. This employee hung out the drive thru window and chit chatted with the guy in the car in front of us for almost 10 minutes. No one came out from the store to take our order and we literally sat for 10 minutes watching this woman talk to this guy. We and the car behind us both left and the employee didn't look up and kept on talking to the guy when we pulled out. We headed down to Starbucks and spent our money there. The local management at this location might want to hold their staff accountable and remind them about the basics of customer service. read more

Came to the speedway location and met Brooklyn who was very cheerful, informative, and efficient. As far as the staff is concerned it's a positive but my wife just had her blood work done today and we had just recently started drinking Golden eagle sugar-free coffees lo and behold my wife's blood work come back her ldls and hdls were all elevated due to this stupid ass coffee. GREAT customer service CRAZY assortment of drinks SUPER friendly vibe The drive thru is well organized and Sierra was knowledge and helpful in choosing from their large menu. Dylan working cashier was amazing. I only waited 1- 2 mins for my drink... and they even took the time to write a fun note on the lid. I have been to many Dutch Bros, both here in Tucson and in my hometown, and I can say that this one has to be my favorite. The people who work there are amazing at their jobs, the line moves quick, the drinks are consistently good, and the baristas are able to get you through the line without the interactions feeling rushed. I usually go to Dutch Bros on my day off from class and it is definitely one of the highlights of my week. I cannot stress how kind the baristas are. I'm sure it is part of the job to be super friendly with the customers but, unlike other places I have been to, the interactions here seem effortless. If that wasn't enough, their music choice is great and the volume isn't too loud to the point where I can't talk to the baristas. During my trip to Dutch Brothers on the speedway location I had ordered two drinks. The first one being the nitro cold brew and it was completely full with ice and didn't taste great. The vanilla iced chai was more ice than vanilla or oat milk and I took four big sips and my drink was gone. Look I get it, it's 98 degrees in Tucson and Dutch brothers cares about our body temperature, but I don't need that much ice in my chai latte I carry a water bottle. read more

I've come to this location many times. To order for my employees because they love dutch. I have never had this bad of service. Normally the girls are super fun and our orders are perfect. If I say something is off and not correct, then it is. How are u going to have someone else come out (I'm assuming the manager) and ask what's going on, double check my order, and then tell me to pay and gaslight me. Do not try to educate me on my order when I know what I ordered and just admit you didn't measure correctly. Anyone with eyes could tell my cup was closer to half full than full. I am amazed. Visiting from SoCal, needing a coffee on this Thanksgiving Day. Starbucks was packed, too packed and crazy, so we left without coffee. While driving dejectedly back to our hotel, we spotted this cute little drive through place, and leaning out the service window was a server wearing a turkey hat! We had to stop! So glad we did! I go to Dutch Bros everyday but I went Saturday morning and had quite an unpleasant experience that has made me hesitant to return- at least to this location. I was in line waiting for my coffee and a car full of employees (from what I was told) pulled up and the entire store flocked out to greet them and their Joe Biden cut out. Don't get me wrong, I am completely in support of it and expressing your own opinions, however it was extremely inappropriate to see every employee come out, take photographs and videos on their phone of these employees and hold up the line. (Not to mention it is not very sanitary to have phones being touched in the workplace either.) This went on for at least 4 minutes and at least 5 different employees came out to do this. All the employees were cheering and yelling "Biden 2020", in their videos and to the customers around. I get that the presidency is an exciting moment to celebrate, however it seemed as if these employees were essentially shoving their political views in EVERY customers face in line that day, and it was not even in a discreet way. I had to wait longer for my coffee, and watch this go on, along with others in line. To top it all off, I got my drink and they had written Biden 2020 on my lid?!! My political views are kept private and I do not mind this, but piss of the wrong person and it might not end the best way. ALSO, my drink was completely wrong from what I ordered, maybe I got the drink that was supposed to go to the employee in front of me? My daily coffee is a way to escape the world and enjoy my day, but with a topic this heavy and with the stressful times we are going to this is completely inappropriate and should not be happening at a coffee establishment. Everyone deserves to have their own views and I don't enjoy employees pushing it on others during work. Hesitant to ever return to this location. read more

Since arriving in Tucson, we visited approximately three or four different Dutch Bros Coffee locations. If memory serves us right, this particular location off of E Speedway was the one we went to last weekend (some way off from Beyond Bread/Back Dough). The staff at the window was friendly while we wait for our drinks. BTW, the wait time for our drinks was decent considering the number of cars ahead of us. But here's the interesting thing... We placed an order for 2 iced coffee lattes with sugar free Irish Cream syrup/flavor and 2 iced soy chai lattes (all with light ice). Note: We didn't mention a special type of milk or creamer to use for the coffee lattes... Our drinks were handed to us (placed inside the drink cardboard tray), then we received an important call we had been waiting to receive all day so in all honesty, we didn't pay any attention to the drinks that were handed to us that we placed on the floor. That is, we didn't pay any attention to it until we arrived back at our place within 20 minutes. Lo and behold, our drinks all looked anemic! It was almost like it didn't have any coffee in it :( Even the soy chai latte looked particularly paler than what we're accustomed to in comparison to other Dutch Bros orders we've had from other locations... As it turned out, our soy chai lattes were indeed made with soy and chai tea/flavor, but both tasted weak or watered down. The coffee lattes with sugar free Irish Cream syrup also had soy milk and tasted really heavy on the sugar free pumps. Again, we typically order the same drinks from other Dutch Bros locations in Tucson and had never been disappointed. We're not sure what happened this time around, but we love the Grant and Wilmot or Wilmont (spelling?) Dutch Bros better lications better in terms of their drinks making skills. Wondering if this particular location is a newly opened one and perhaps the staff/baristas needs to adjust their mixes? Or was this a fluke and we received someone else's weird drink order? Either way, we'll stick to the two other "proven" Dutch Bros locations. read more

I had an extremely bad day today so I went to this Dutch with my sister to get my favorite drink. I was in tears and every worker came up to the window to check on me and ask how I was doing. They wrote this message on my drink for me and their kindness was the highlight of my day. I'd just like to say thank you so much to those workers, I don't know their names but I wish I had paid more attention so I could personally thank them. I'm not a bug fan of big chain coffee shops but I was DYING and needed coffee NOW. On January 15.2021, on my way through the drive thru, I hit my rim on the curb and the whole thing fell off. By this time I'm already over it. I drive up to the guy and he asked if I was okay. I said I was dying for coffee because I was falling asleep driving and I still had a long day ahead of me. Since he saw the whole thing, he said my coffee was on the house and not to worry about it. He took the time to talk to me and comfort me so I didn't feel so embarrassed haha. I wish I would have gotten his name! He was a young white guy with brownish hair probably in his 20s and was wearing a tannish sweater and jeans I think. They give you a free drink on your birthday and their service is the absolute best! . I had gone to Dutch bros earlier today and ordered a lemonade.. we'll lucky me i had my dog in the car and he stepped on the cup in the cup holder while i was driving and the lemonade was everywhere!! I pulled back into Dutch and explained what happened and the girl ringing me up and at the window were so kind and took care of my order for me and gave me a ton of napkins to help clean the mess up and a new lemonade without charge. This location is great and the staff is very friendly. This was my first time at Dutch Bros and I took a while to figure out what I wanted. Luckily, the location wasn't busy at all and the employee actually helped me decide on a drink. The drink itself was okay, maybe it's just because I'm used to my Einstein Coffee and Starbucks. I would definitely recommend trying Dutch Bros at least once. It might be your cup of tea (coffee) and they have a really large variety of drinks to choose from. read more
