I've always enjoyed Yellow Brick Coffee and was excited to finally try this location. As a devoted white mocha guy, I was a little bummed to see they didn't offer anything similar. That said, the service was very friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful, and there was plenty of seating. Easy parking with lots of spots was also a big plus.

Always enjoy my visits to Yellow Brick and it's a I recommend and take many of my friends. Clean, bright and elegant...Great for just a simple hang, work or school. A varied food selection and great service.

Met some friends here for brunch. We sat at a table out on the patio. They had menus for their food items, but we were surprised the coffee menu wasn't on the back. The only one we saw was on their back wall. I ordered the Rise and Shine spinach salad. It was fresh and delicious. Spinach, a few roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, bacon, red onion, a fried egg on top, with an herb vinegarette dressing on the side. I also had a decaf cappuccino with creamy foam on top. The workers were friendly and efficient. It looks like they do a brisk business with lots of customers coming and going. It was nice to try a different coffee shop. Parking is a little tricky, but I was able to find a spot in their lot.

Food is wonderful. You could see green in the zucchini muffin !! The almond cookie latte was divine! Service is attentive and ambiance is bright and beautiful!

Sooooooo cute ! This coffee shop offers up some unique drinks. I did the espresso ginger tonic & vegan bakery item from Houldens bakery ( cherry pop tart ) . I love that they carry quite a few vegan items here. Everything was delicious, service was quick . Parking is free but does have a time limit & parking is very limited .

Latte (12 oz) with oat milk and lavender honey ($9!). 5/2025

Boy, this was a really mixed experience. I met a new friend here (neither of us had been before but it was on both of our bucket lists and it was located midway between us). We arrived around 11am on a Saturday and it was about 1/4 occupied. The venue is both bright, airy, clean, and inviting. I was the only one at the register so I took the liberty of asking about their business model. It turns out they don't have a loyalty program (unlike Cafe Luce or Savaya or BlackRock, Exo, etc.,) and they also don't do plain coffee refills on any of their fancy drinks such as $6-7 lattes. The only time you are eligible to get a refill (they always cost $1, never free) is if you originally purchased a plain coffee to begin with. My friend opted for a latte (there is only one size, 12 oz, and it's $7!) and she also got oat milk (their only alternative to cow's milk... no soy, almond, or coconut, which is her fav) and lastly she added lavender honey as the sweetener. BOTH of these cost an extra $1 each, resulting in a total of $9 for what amounts to a small latte at most other cafes. The taste was good (but to be clear, Not worth $9). The bigger disappointment was the Chai latte ($6.50 + $1 for oat milk, also just 12 oz). While the flavors (made from a powder/mix) were quite good and perfectly (medium) sweet, the execution was awful -- it arrived barely warm, just a fraction above room temperature. My friend and I had such a good conversation going by that time I didn't want to interrupt to protest the chai that became downright cold within 5 minutes, so I drank it as is. The staff was friendly, except for the one brunette with full arm/leg tattoos (and we love tattoos). She was... extremely sparing with any charm or politeness. Parking is ample and free in this small but elegant strip mall. There is also one bathroom and it was tidy. Wifi is free with password at the register. Note: neither of us noticed that the cafe closes at 2pm (daily) and at 2:10 we were gently advised they had just closed (indeed there was no one left, Doh!). Note: they don't have actual decaf drip/coffee. The only way they can make a cup of decaf is via an "Americano" which is decaf espresso diluted with a bunch of hot water (this is horrible tasting vs true decaf coffee). Other places may not have a pot of decaf ready at all times (understandably) but they'll do a no-up-charge pour-over of decaf ground coffee... it makes a big difference. It turns out both of us normally drink decaf daily (a trend I have noticed among more and more of my officemates too). Just something to keep in mind with YBC if you are a decaf drinker this would not be the place to get it, plus the refill Lol.

I visited the new Downtown location by the courthouse and it was so nice! This is more like a grab and go coffee place though. Not many seating tables, but the grassy area towards the front of building has some games like cornhole. I did see some tables to sit and relax, but they were on the other side of the coffee area so they might be missed. Service was great and they had some yummy pastries. I tried the raspberry matcha and it's one of the best I've had. 10/10 recommend

While visiting Tucson this shop was on my list to try! The reviews were great so we decided to go on a Tuesday morning and they were not too busy. The decor is very clean and light. There is plenty of seating but by the time we got there the only place to sit was outside. The baristas were a bit cold when answering questions and our conversation really seemed one sided. Maybe they were having a bad day so it's not a big deal, plus the coffee definitely makes up for it. I tried their seasonal special the B.A.N.A.N.A.S latte and my husband tried their summer shandy. Both drinks were lightly sweetened and I appreciated their house-made syrups. After my latte I also ordered a pour over which was phenomenal. Overall, this place is worth going out of your way to try. I'd definitely recommend it!

This is my Sunday AM, pre-church stop. I really enjoy their Breakfast sandwich in Barrio Bread ($11 + $1) I'll take it, an iced mocha, and a hot mocha to go. The baristas always make sure the drinks come out balanced and delicious. The sandwich travels well and tastes great! It's a comfy little local spot to chill at while waiting, so sometime I'll come back to dine in.

First time here and will definitely be back! I drive by this place every morning and finally decided to check it out, only regret is not going sooner! I got the rosemary brown sugar latte which was sooo delicious. I would order again and explore their menu! The breakfast bagel was amazing, the bacon was nice and crispy and it was super filling. The baristas are really friendly and the vibe inside is so cute. They also carry vegan pastries from houlden rise above! It's spacious and not too loud so it would make the perfect spot to bring your laptop and hang out.

What a nice surprise this was. i had to drive into Tucson to pick up a dear friend from the nearby hospital complex. Not wanting to sit around in a boring hospital lobby, I opted to drive to the closest recycling center and drop off sone cardboard and glass bottles. (I live in Sierra Vista and Cochise County does not recycle, so I use day trips to Tucson as an excuse to visit this great little town.) I saw YBC as I was nearing a right turn to the recycling center and knew I had to try this place out. It did not disappoint. It was just after 11am on a Wednesday and the place was busy. I ordered an iced latte and took a seat at the side counter. The barista was very efficient and friendly. The upholstered seat was comfy! I noticed the many AC and USB outlets everywhere. Free guest wifi with the password posted is also available. My latte came out promptly. I added two packets of raw sugar and I had the perfect late morning pick-me-up while I waited for that phone call from my friend to come get him. The place was busy until 1pm when the crowd began to thin out.

A friend and I stopped in on our morning walk today, and I'm an immediate fan of Yellow Brick Coffee's laid-back, quiet vibe and their delicious food and drink options! I got an iced matcha latte and the Goat Toast -- an excellent combination, as it turns out! The matcha is unsweetened (my preference!) which just lets the flavor of the tea shine. The Goat Toast is a thick slice of toasted bread slathered in a delicious fig jam, topped with goat cheese, walnuts, and a drizzle of balsamic. The result is a perfect savory-sweet bite that feels breakfast-y without being too heavy-handed. I would 100% get this again, though I also had my eye on the smoothies. My friend got the PBC, and said she loved it! The shop was quiet and the staff were friendly; it was a very relaxing space to sit and chat, and I'll definitely be back!

$11 breakfast sandwich on bubbes bagels is such a treat! I love how clean and aesthetically appealing this coffee shop is. The staff is very kind and welcoming. This is my new favorite place!

I was after something basic, my usual of a cold brew with some variety of flavor and almond milk. Sadly, they did not have any sugar free flavorings beyond matcha, which I was not interested in, so I went for half sweet salted caramel with almond milk. I went with a large cold brew and with the add-ins, it came to around $5, which is a solid price! Sadly, the iced coffee was not good. It was borderline sour, which means it had been hanging out for a bit too long. The flavoring and milk couldn't even mask it and I could only stomach about half of it before calling it a day. Additionally, service was "bleh". Both baristas I encountered were low energy and just odd vibes for a cute local coffee shop. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, as it sounds like their more complex house drinks are a bit more exciting. Now I know, and I wouldn't mind giving them a second go when I find myself back in the area. But until then, solid 2.5 for me.

All 4 of us have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and appreciate the stresses. Since we are unfailingly friendly customers, as so many servers are, & because there were only 6 other customers at your coffee shop at the time, sharing our experience is warranted. We visited the Main Gate shop just after noon on Saturday, 4/18. The barista was wearing a cap & O'Neill-branded t-shirt; he has a salt & pepper beard. Requesting my cappuccino in a ceramic cup, he stated, with obvious exasperation, "You can just say 'for here'." He was also visibly irritated when we requested 3 Dirty Chais of various sizes & shot strength, as if this request was overly complicated. We would have ordered food, but he was so unwelcoming we did not. Nor did we linger. We have visited this location other times and have only been treated warmly. Clearly this barista does not represent the customer service your employees normally provide. You can train people to make a good coffee. Training them to be pleasant is more complicated & best documented. Hence, this review. An unpleasant experience like this has no place in Tucson. It's not who we are & it's not who you are either, I know. We hope this gentleman finds another line of work soon
