First time at Serial Grillers and it definitely did not disappoint! I ordered the Hannibal Cheese Steak, and it was absolutely outstanding. The sirloin was fresh, tender, and full of flavor, and the combination of grilled onions, hot cherry peppers, sweet peppers, tomatoes, pickles, and white American cheese was perfectly balanced. Every bite was on point. The bread was soft with a light toast that gave it the perfect texture without overpowering the sandwich. I also had a Barrio Rojo beer on tap, which paired perfectly with the meal. The service was amazing--friendly, fast, and welcoming, especially for a first-time customer. The place itself had a lot of character and a great atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. This was my first time here, and it definitely won't be my last. Second time visiting during El Tour de Tucson and my bike crew are big fans. The pizzas are the main attraction but don't sleep on the cheesesteak sandwiches (sirloin or chicken). Went back today for lunch with a friend. Had the gold wings and a slice of the Red Dragon Pizza. They were really good. They have updated the interior since I was last there. It has been a while since I moved from the area. Still had an issue with a damn fly like last time. I guess he was waiting for me to come back. But the A/C works now, good thing since it was over 100 today. The slice of pizza was actually two. Not sure if it was a mistake or if that is standard. First time I ordered just a slice. The Red Dragon is a meat-lovers pizza, and it delivers on the promise. The wings were meaty and delicious. I was not able to finish it all, so now I have lunch for tomorrow. The service was great. Love a creative spin and a murder theme restaurant is . After I saw a video on IG of their burgers I stopped in to get one and was not disappointed. The burger was flavorful and the portion size was generous. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. I will absolutely be back for another and to check out their craft beer. read more

I don't recall how or where I heard this, but somehow I learned that Serial Grillers has a Buffalo chicken pizza and as someone with a specific Buffalo chicken pizza from a local place back in Alaska as my death row meal, I had to try it out down here in Tucson ASAP. It's not something you see on a pizza menu often! Service was quick, always appreciated when dining in with children. Coloring sheets are always appreciated as well. The beer menu was quite large with a great variety. I didn't look too closely at any of the other menu options with my eyes set on "the bone collector", to be honest. My kids had cheeseburger kids meals that they enjoyed. As far as the pizza goes - the flavor was on point! Great buffalo flavor with homemade ranch and crispy chicken. The cheese was chewy for my liking. If it weren't for that, I'd give a higher rating. But, I do feel biased as someone with a #1 Buffalo chicken pizza pick already. Take that with a grain of salt. The food was hot and delicious! I appreciated the warm welcome when I walked inside the very unassuming front door, and the cashier was helpful in narrowing my two top choices down to one. I got a Buffalo Bill version 2.0 sandwich and it was pretty good. The mosaic mango manifesto was good and I usually don't like beer so this was nice. The ordering system is easy and that you walk in to a line, go up to the cash register, then sit and wait for your food. read more

Serial Grillers has become a Tucson staple at this point. The food never misses and while they might be "known" for their pizza everything I have tried has been delicious. This time I tried the Suspect Zero V2 Cheesesteak and it was perfect. The cheese was the right amount of melted and the quantity of chicken is worth the price. Eating it in the lobby this time, instead of taking it home was a nice change. The lobby was clean and comfortable and the ambiance is casual and fun. Who orders a salad from a pizza place anyway? Well I guess I do. Feeling lazy but wanting something healthy I ordered a small Frailty Salad which resembles a Cobb with avocado. From the photos this salad looks huge, to be fair I did order a small but I expected a little more weight to it. The plastic container it came in was about 2 inches by 5 so I was already skeptical taking it out of the bag. Most of the ingredients in this salad was fresh but the one thing I didn't like was the chicken was chopped almost diced and hard to chew, a bit dry. I wished I'd ordered a pizza, I will order again and review. But I don't think I will be ordering a salad next time. read more

I wanted to give Serial Gillers a try. Friend and I met there for lunch. The place was pretty empty for a Saturday at noon. It's spacious, a little on the dark side, but looked clean and well kept. The laminated menus were on a stanchion at the front door. There was a note to tell us to order at the ordering counter, which wasn't visible at the entrance. We got a table (metal chairs), and perused the menu. Friend settled on a hamburger. I decided to try a pizza. We walked over to order. There was one couple ahead of us with the woman in a quandary over what beers to order. We waited a good 10 minutes for her to decide (no employee came over to wait on us although they saw us standing there). Finally, friend ordered a hamburger with mushrooms and blue cheese, and onion rings on the side. I ordered Children of the Corn V2 mini pizza. After getting our drinks at the dispensary, we sat down with our numbered flags and waited maybe 10 minutes for our food to be delivered. My pizza was delicious The feta gave it an unexpected flavor, the corn was plentiful and the crust was dry and a bit chewy (which I like). Friend was not happy with her hamburger, stating it was extremely greasy. She didn't finish it. The onion rings, while expensive (over $8), were really good, and were served with a side of ranch (catsup dispenser was at the drink station). How to rate this place? Friend voted for 2 stars. I was inclined to 4 or 5 stars. Since I write the reviews, 4 stars it is. Friend won't go back; I will definitely return. read more

The burgers were OKAY. Nothing special or different aside the names. The price range was a bit higher than what these burgers were worth in my opinion (In N out is better). They have an area were you can grab a drink, so maybe they are catering more to that aspect and the burgers are just an added item?
